This is our second stay here and we’ve loved it both times! Great location, clean and quiet. We had a tropical storm while we were there and couldn’t even hear it from inside! The bed is nice and comfy and the shower is great. We’ll definitely stay again.. highly recommend!

This was our third stay at Nitza and Glen’s property and we loved it every bit as much as the previous visits. The accommodation is bright and modern with the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen is the highest quality and the bathroom has the best walk in shower ever! A good night’s sleep is easily found in the vast, comfortable bed. The lanai gives welcome shade until late afternoon and looks out onto the swimming pool, which is pleasantly landscaped with mature trees. As for location, St Armands circle is on the doorstep, with its multitude of shops and restaurants, and beautiful Lido beach is a two minute walk away.

We loved our stay. The owners did a great job rehabbing the condo and it was very nice given the covid situation where you spend more time in the kitchen! Nitza was very responsive and helpful. The unit does back up to the service ally to a bunch of restaurants and shops, so prepare for some intermittent noise from that. For the price, the location and quality can't be beat.

Third time here...property was great as usual. COVID-19 made for a less satisfying experience. We ended up leaving Florida 10 days before the end of the month.

Best vacation in 5 years staying at St Armonds Circle

Cleanliness not up to usual standard. Pool closed for 3 days without notice or any reasons given. Complex management company gave less than satisafactory explanation and did not know what was going on.

Our condo was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped and had a great view of the pool area. We really enjoyed meeting the other residents in the complex. There was always space at the pool and the hot tub was perfect. Every Thursday evening at 5 pm. there was a happy hour, which was a lot of fun. The restaurants in St Armand's Circle were diverse in their choices and all were excellent. It was only a short walk to the beach. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your vacation home. We will be back!

Lido Beach/St. Armand. Is beautiful! Everything is up scale and within a short walk from Kingston Arms. We will be returning next year!

My husband and I loved this place. It had clearly been recently renovated and it was SO clean and nice!! We loved the vibe of the place and how open and airy it felt. Also - the shower was so nice and big we took photos and want to renovate ours at home to be as good! The grounds of the complex were very well taken care of as was the pool. It was a nice quiet place to relax and recharge. The only thing that could have made it absolutely perfect would be a better bed. The king size was perfect but the mattress wasn’t super comfy. I would stay here again, however, so don’t let that deter you! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from it all. Great location as well! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Highly recommend!!

Unit 25B caters to your every need. The owners attention to detail sparkles throughout. You would be hard pressed to find better accommodations anywhere in this area. Minutes away from upscale shopping and dining as well as a short walk to the beautiful Lido beach. This all adds up to the ultimate stress free getaway! We have already booked our 2019 trip!

This condo at the Kingston Arms was absolutely beautiful, spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The whole unit has been recently renovated, providing a stylish kitchen, with every appliance of the highest quality and a good size bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom is large and comfortable, with an extra large bed and flat screen television. A minute's walk away is the fabulous St Armand's Circle, with its wide choice of shops and restaurants, while a three minute walk will take you to the lovely beach on Lido Key. Can't wait to be back.

Having stayed at Kingston Arms a number of times over the years we were well familiar with the area and all of the excellent restaurants, beaches and other attractions St Armands and Downtown Sarasota has to offer. This was the first time we had stayed in this Condo and we were well impressed with the attention to detail. The Condo was very well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. The Kitchen and Bathroom has been recently remodelled giving the Condo a modern and clean feel. The appliances were also well thought out providing everything needed with flat-screen TV and Hi Fi to the lounge area and a further flat-screen TV to the bedroom. The bedroom has good hanging space for clothes and is ideal for a vacation stay or even longer. The Kitchen area was well equipped with a good sized fridge and the all important icemaker. Cooking appliances were almost new including hob, oven and microwave. Crockery, Cutlery and everything you could possibly need is to be found in the cupboards. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable and from arriving it was evident that the owner of this Condo had taken the time to ensure that everything had been thought out to ensure guests have the most comfortable stay. The location is absolutely perfect too having everything within walking distance, beaches, bars, restaurants, clothing and gift shops. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property or recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

The unit is fabulously renovated, the ocean is a sublime aqua, shopping and restaurants are without peer....all within minutes of walking. (1 minute to shops/cafes, 7 minutes to beach). Only two concerns for us that may or may not affect your choice: the sunny pool area is fabulous but there is no true shady area to stretch out.....so if you seek refuge from the bright Florida sun, it's really tough. This condo community is perfect for senior citizens and their grandchildren. We were not the right age, at least not in the winter months. Gorgeous area! You will not require a car unless you need to shop for groceries....but there are car services available in the area. Bring your sunscreen!!!!!

I rented Apartment 25B for three & a half weeks and we found the accommodation excellent. It was furnished beautifully and had every single item you required for the holiday. Not only were there an extensive range of all cooking and dining utensils, as well as great entertainment products, there were also unexpected additional items like beach chairs, beach bags and sun protection tent shades for our use. Unfortunately the only thing missing were guests staying at Kingston Arms. The place was like a morgue with only a handful of people, in total, around the pool in the whole 23 days we were there. Although it was disappointing not to meet anybody at Kingston Arms, it didn't however spoil our wonderful trip. We had many wonderful days on the glorious beaches @ Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island, great food up & down that island as well as delicious meals at the St Armands Circle restaurants. I would highly recommend the accommodation and maybe rent it again, but in January thru March when it is busier. Dick & Mitty Thomas. Denmead, Hampshire, England. UK.

My wife and I have rented this unit for the last two years and will rent it again this coming winter. It is in a charming little community just steps from St. Armands Circle. Lots of restaurants, stores and fun on the circle. We really enjoy the people who own and rent there. That is the main reason we return each year. (we have been renting at Kingston Arms the last four years) Location is everything. the beach is wonderful and only a block and a half away. Easy and fun walk. The new owner has indicated (pictures) many improvements to the unit, which we can't wait to see and enjoy. The proximity to downtown Sarasota with all of it's charm. restaurants, stores and activities, including many theatres and festivals adds to the fun. Also, the Ringling Museum is a must!

We stayed here for 2 weeks last December, 2014, and found it to be extremely relaxing, with a quiet, hidden feel, though it's right around the corner from Tommy Bahamas restaurant. My husband and I (60+) loved eating breakfast on the 2nd floor balcony, looking out on the pool. The condo has an open, light atmosphere, especially compared to another condo we stayed at recently. We used the warm, clean pool and hot tub daily. It is wonderful to be able to watch sunsets on the beach and walk on St. Armand's anytime we want. One thing newcomers may not realize (I grew up in Sarasota) is how much easier it is to drive from St. Armand's to other parts of Sarasota, compared to driving from further out on Longboat or any other key in the often heavy traffic of high winter season, Location here is a great advantage. And, of course, it is possible to get most any place by bus. From seeing the photos of the updated furnishings and appliances, it looks like our stay in December, 2015, will be even more pleasant than last year's!

My husband and I stayed in this condo during the first two weeks of May, 2015. This was soon after the current owners purchased it. They were extremely nice to work with and obviously cared about providing a wonderful vacation experience for their guests. When we arrived we were impressed at how pleasant and clean it was. The condo was very comfortable with large airy rooms and everything we needed for our stay, including kitchen supplies, linens, etc. The property was beautifully maintained with a wonderful large and sparkling clean pool. The lovely two story condo complex was very private and quiet even though it is just right around the corner from St. Armand’s Circle where there are many great restaurants and shops. It is also only two short blocks from beautiful Lido Beach. The location couldn’t be more perfect. We highly recommend it and definitely hope to stay there again soon.
