The property had a good view of the lake and was close to town. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Our group of three women stayed at the cabin for three nights. The place was spotless and the perfect size for us. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfy. The views are wonderful. We have zero complaints. While there we had deer and fox in our yard up close. So cool! The fenced in dog area was perfect for our four-legged companion. We could not have asked for a more convenient spot for visiting Seneka and Keuka wineries. Everything was within 30 minutes or less. There is an Aldi grocery within 5 minutes of the cabin and the town of Penn Yan is lovely. The owner was a fantastic communicator and was quick to respond to any questions we had. What a great get-away!

This is the best rental property that we've experienced so far in The Finger Lakes. Our 2 chocolate cocker spaniels loved the large fenced in area to safely run and play as well as the large deck which we were able to block off with a few gates we brought along from home. It's location is perfectly private with quick convenient access to Canandaigua, Keuka and Seneca Lakes and all their wineries, vineyards, breweries and great restaurants. Eating in? Fantastic functional kitchen and a gas grill on the deck with plenty of seating available both inside and out. Rainy day? Plenty of table games for the whole family, and ping pong, foosball and air hockey tables in the basement. You have to share your view of Keuka Lake with the deer and foxes, but that's just fine. This was our first time here and we loved it so much that before we left we booked a week for Summer 2025! You'll fall in love with it too!

I spent a week here with my 2 dogs. It’s a beautiful area and the house is very nice. It seems the hosts had put a lot of thought into making it welcoming and comfortable. I am planning on going back.

I absolutely loved everything about this cabin! The location is great and very private with a large yard. We watched deer come into the field several times a day it was so peaceful. The cabin itself was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner made sure to reach out and let us know to bring our own linens and bath towels. We spent our nights by the fire ring watching the stars and the game room downstairs was an excellent touch. I highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be returning, one of the best rental properties I've ever been to!

We love the place. There is a fenced part of the yard that our dog loved to run around. It is so cozy and relaxing. We're all speechless with the awesome view of the lake from the backyard. Check-in process was easy. The host provided timely responses. There's so many vineyards/distilleries to choose from. This won't be the last time.

We did a little weekend away for Easter. Althoigh the weather was a little damp to enjoy the porch or fire pit i did get to enjoy a sun rise with my coffee one morning. We took a drive down to the glass museum Sunday afternoon and visited the college canpus Saturday. The cabin was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The check in process was easy. I can see us visiting again.

Wonderful house in a picture perfect setting. Great view of the lake and close to Seneca Farms for ice cream😊 Our dog loved watching the deer that stopped by in the morning to graze. Highly recommend!

This was the third visit to A Beautiful Place for me, my husband and our two Boston Terriers. As always, the cabin was clean, cozy and convenient. The fireplace made our stay even cozier as we watched five inches of snow fall outside. In downtown Penn Yan we highly recommend Amity Coffee Co. for breakfast, coffee and pastries; the 18th Amendment Kitchen and Cocktail Bar for seasonal craft cocktails and crabcakes; and the Main Deck for food with a view. We're looking forward to our fourth visit to A Beautiful Place because it feels like home!

This cabin was a great getaway spot! The fenced in yard was a great addition to be able to bring four legged friends. The cabin was so nice, inside and out. The owners were great and easy to reach. Great place to stay!

Perfect location and a great view. Hope to walk the property a little more next time. We were able to see some deer the first night, they came up from the lower field. We had a blue bird stop by just outside the living room window. And before we left, we had a fox scamper across the front lawn. The cabin had everything and more. The fenced in area was just the right size for my dog to get some exercise. If it wasn’t so cold out we may’ve had a bonfire. We were able to warm up inside with the gas fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preps, whether it was snacking or making a gourmet meal. It really was a beautiful place!!

We (two couples) stayed for two nights and it worked out perfectly for us. The house is right around the corner from our favorite brewery (Abandon) so that was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and dinners and we loved the open concept. Watching the sun rise from the living room and loft bedroom was so relaxing and we were fortunate to have warm weather in February so we actually were able to enjoy the deck in the afternoon after we checked in! The location of the house was perfect for enjoying all the great "hot spots' in Penn Yan (so many great breweries, wineries, restaurants and hiking spots)! Managing the one bathroom with two doors (kept forgetting to unlock both doors) took some getting used to but we survived :). We would definitely stay here again!

The photos do not do this place justice, it is BEAUTIFUL. Very good stores nearby, wide field with fire pit in the backyard, the upper loft has a gorgeous view, and the basement having game tables was a really nice bonus. Very highly recommend!!!

This property completely matches the pictures in the profile. If you're looking for a rustic, country retreat in the Finger Lakes region, this is a wonderful option. I would definitely visit again.

Our family stayed at A Beautiful Place for a weekend, winter escape. We loved the quaint, quiet retreat. We spent time together at the cabin, and explored some winter hikes. The owner was very accommodating and responsive!

My husband and I chose this property for our first vacation with our baby! We were so happy with the check in process and communication prior to our arrival. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog as well! We all enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect for heading into town and close to amazing local wineries! Thank you! Thank you to a Beautiful Place. We had a medical emergency in the family and had to be up in that area for medical appointments and proximity to the hospital. A Beautiful Place was a wonderful respite for the weekend. The view is relaxing. The fireplace keeps you warm. The fenced dog area is great for nighttime. The host communication was easy.

I was looking for somewhere to get away for the weekend with my boyfriend and parents. Together we all have 5 dogs which was next to impossible to find a place to accommodate them all. Coming across this place was the best! The property owners were super helpful and very nice to talk to. I appreciated the understanding and felt very welcome to their property. The cabin was very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and I loved the privacy from the neighbors. It was great being able to spend the whole weekend relaxing at the cabin playing games and watching the deer explore through the yard. I would love to come back again in the spring time to be able to enjoy the porch and fire pit in warmer weather! :)

Gorgeous cabin with scenic views of Keuka Lake. Close to multiple wineries, the village of Penn Yan, and just very relaxing. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need!

Your property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely gorgeous. That was the first vacation we took our black lab as well and she loved it with the fenced in yard. Penn Yan is a cute little town and we enjoyed the Keuka Restaurant. Thank you very much for opening your beautiful house to us.

The cabin was extremely clean, beautiful and well-stocked (except I didn't find a pair of scissors). I loved the skylights and the view out the sliders and off the deck. Deer feeding at night and returning in the morning. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. The weather for October was unusually warm. Sasha and I sat on the deck and actually fell asleep. Sasha enjoyed the fenced-in yard. The rest of the acreage was very well-maintained. A hammock in the back would be a great addition! We visited LETCHWORTH PARK which was about an hr and 1/2 away but well worth the trip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a BEAUTIFUL PLACE and would consider a return trip. Martha P and Sasha/Jefferson, NJ
