Good clean property, neat, nice neighborhood, many options for families

This property was everything it advertised. We were very pleased with the accommodations. I am in Tampa area often for business and also fish with Capt. Jason Pietro, leaving from dock behind Hooks Restaurant. The manatee were definitely still visiting the canal behind the property and the fishing was great. I hope to be able to return during my next business trip to Tampa area. This property may not be considered convenient to downtown Tampa or St. Pete @45 min. to an hour, depending on traffic. We made it to the airport in 45 minutes this morning. Great stay.

The unit is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We were able to see manatees every day out of the back patio. The living room is bright and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. The three bedrooms are good size and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see generous supplies for all basic needs provided. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The townhouse was perfect for us(2 adults/2 teens/1 toddler). Great communication with owner. Loved that the teens had their own space on one end & we had our own space at the other end of unit. We absolutely loved the multiple decks & were able to watch manatees in the cove every single day-it was my favorite thing to do! The townhouse had all the items we needed to prepare meals. And I was thankful that the unit had a high chair & pack-n-play for our 2yo grandson to use. That was one less thing I needed to pack. The only thing I was nervous about was our 2yo grandson & the tall staircases. He hasn't mastered going down the stairs yet & there weren't any baby gates. But we were just extra cautious & everything was fine. The teens loved the pool & swam almost every day. They only complained that the water was so warm. But that was to be expected in the scorching hot weather Florida was having. My only complaint was the beach. There was a ton of seaweed on the sand & at the shoreline that made it pretty unappealing. I would have thought there would be someone that cleaned that up daily for the residents. We did eat at the 2 restaurants located in the community-Hooks & Sunset Bar & Grill. Both were casual eating & were able to eat outdoors. We purchased the CityPass Tampa for activities to do. We drove 30+ minutes each way to places like Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, MOSI, & the 2 aquariums. But the kids liked the activities so it was worth it.

Clean, adequately stocked with basic needs (soaps of all kinds, TP, paper towels)!!!! Appreciate that! Cooking and plate ware were sufficient for a big family to stay there comfortably. (7 people) totally enjoyed our one morning of manatees in the back yard, a special treat for sure!! Can’t get that on TV on demand

We enjoyed the condo - plenty of room to spread out inside and on the balconies. Two restaurants and beach area within walking distance - perfect for our family!

Beautiful end unit! Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Loved watching the manatees swimming off the back decks! 4 separate decks on the unit was very nice. Nice carport to park in.

Title says it all, manatees every day right out back off balconies in canal, such a sight to behold. Condo was clean and beds were all comfortable. This unit, being on an end of a complex , was quiet and we felt private. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils and the like. A beautiful walk to a very good restaurant, sunset bar and grill, is always a treat for our family, and we all make a fuss over their key lime pie! :) Muriel was very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thank you, hope to return.

We absolutely loved this condo on the canal. It was quiet, we had lots of space to spread out, and we basically had the community pool to ourselves. We watched manatees every day from the balconies and enjoyed both restaurants in Little Harbor. This was a wonderful upgrade from staying in a hotel, which is what my family usually does for this 3 days trip. Muriel was very responsive to my questions and the home was just as described in the listing. I’d stay here again and I’d highly recommend it for a family.

The property was lovely! It was nicely decorated and very clean. We have family in Apollo Beach, and it was a convenient location for us. It was great for our boys (22 & 17) to have their own rooms. We saw manatees on the back decks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

The condos are beautiful and easy access to all your needs. You never have to leave the complex to have a good time. We rented a boat right at the harbor and went island hopping, enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Watched the sunset from the dock and ate and drank at both bars within walking distance. It is 1 hour from siesta key which is America's #1 beach and shouldn't be missed. I would most definatly stay again!

This property totally exceeded our expectations the home was beautifully kept it was also very clean and the location is perfect. We were able to see manatees and dolphins almost every day on either one or the other of the canals there are two canals that are easily accessible to you one is literally out your back deck patio and the other you just take a small walk across the street to get to and we took our paddleboard‘s out there and it was amazing the wildlife you would see each day. Not to mention the gorgeous sunsets you can watch from the master balcony.

Loved the location. Great place for our trip. Went to view manatee's nearby without luck and came home to a group playing in the inlet out back!

Nice and comfortable place to stay. The main floor is good to relax in and the kitchen is much bigger than I thought it would of been. The three bedrooms on the third floor are good size and comfortable. Only draw back is the stairs, a flight to get into the main floor, and a flight to bed room. But otherwise the place was clean, well kept, and had plenty of little extra's to make my stay nice

We had a wonderful time in Ruskin Florida. What a cute area and the townhouse looked exactly like the pictures. Muriel was great and her response time was fast. The food at Hooks and grill was sooooo good and the atmosphere was fun. My kids also had a great time at the beach and pool. I would definitely visit again.

Awesome place to relax and unwind. House is very clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great patio furniture to chill on the patio and watch the manatees play. If we are back in this part of Florida again we would definitely stay here again.

This place was ideal for my family. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. One restaurant was directly on the beach with a pier that was great to walk out on at sunset. The private beach is right next to the restaurant as well. The pool was a decent size. I was able to order drinks from Hooks restaurant and bring them over to the pool area to enjoy. Plenty of chairs and loungers. The rental itself was very clean and had nice balconies. It seems very well kept! The master bedroom had a foam topper which made it a little better to sleep on. The other two rooms had uncomfortable beds, which would be my ONLY complaint about this rental. We had an issue with the lock on the front door and the owner was very quick to respond. She was quick to respond with any questions that I had. I would stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group of 6 adults. My only complaint would be our mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

This is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets and the manatees from the balconies. The beach is very nice, just a little walk or a very short drive from the home. Muriel was very quick to respond to any questions and has a nice folder prepared with local information in it. Would stay again.

Nice, clean, and well decorated townhome. Property has private beach and pool that the kids enjoyed. My favorite part was watching the manatees everyday from the back patio area. Lots of wildlife around the property. Enjoyed our low key stay immensely!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was very clean, spacious and had what we needed. We enjoyed seeing the manatees in the river behind the townhome. It was very close to a private beach, and the pool was a plus with our kids! The restaurant that was in the townhome development had excellent food. We would love to return!
