Cette superbe résidence fermée est l'un des nouveaux quartiers de Big Island et propose des maisons de luxe joliment aménagées avec des vues sur le terrain de golf, des plafonds voûtés et des plans d'étage ouverts parfaits pour se détendre avec votre famille et vos amis.
Notre maison revendique le plan d'étage de Mahina de 3 chambres à coucher, 3. 5-salle de bains avec de grands espaces ouverts et une tanière privée. Comparé au plan d'étage Mahina de 4 chambres à coucher, notre maison dispose d'une tanière privée au rez-de-chaussée parfaite pour un repaire d'un enfant ou une retraite privée du niveau principal.
La vie intérieure et extérieure fusionnent avec des plafonds voûtés, une grande salle expansive et des portes de lanai pleine largeur. Le spacieux Lanai donne sur la verdure luxuriante et le putting-green KaMilo avec des vues occidentales sur Mauna Kea.
En entrant dans notre maison, vous êtes accueilli dans une architecture et un décor de style Kamaaina haut de gamme. Notre maison est équipée d'une cuisine gastronomique expansive avec des appareils en acier inoxydable améliorés jumelé avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un festin gastronomique. Nous avons équipé cette maison pour ��tre notre propre retraite personnelle donc aucune dépense n'a été épargnée. Notre système de divertissement comprend une grande TV HD à écran plat, un câble HD, un lecteur DVD et un accès Internet Wifi haut débit.
Le niveau principal "mini maître" chambre est idéalement situé à l'étage, offrant une retraite privée pour ceux qui peuvent vouloir limiter l'utilisation des escaliers. Cette chambre est située juste à côté de la salle d'eau principale et dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un grand placard et d'espaces de rangement ainsi que de sa propre salle de bains privative. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche complète et est séparée de la salle d'eau de niveau principal offrant intimité et commodité au client.
L'étage inférieur de la maison dispose de la Master Suite, d'une grande chambre supplémentaire et d'une salle familiale privée. La grande suite principale dispose d'une salle de bains surdimensionnée avec une douche séparée, un bain à remous et un lavabo double. La chambre principale est une fusion de l'ancien décor hawaïen et de luxe avec un lit king size et surplombant sa propre véranda privée avec vue sur la pratique putting green et luxuriant aménagement paysager tropical.

Fantastic property. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t have to worry about the small things like enough toilet paper or garbage bags. Rooms were comfortable and very clean and the common areas totally suitable for 9 adults! Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend.

The property manager (Mike) is very responsive for any questions and quick in taking actions. My group of 10 are really enjoy our stay in the property. The swimming pool in the rec centre is amazing. Would recommend this place.

The house was clean and spacious in a beautiful neighborhood. Nice new appliances. Great neighborhood near Foodland and shops. We also enjoyed the access to the beach club near by. Mike, the property manager, was helpful and available to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Property was well maintained, and very quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the pools and hot tub. The property manager Mike was extremely helpful and kind with all my previsit and visit questions. Thankful there was directions for use of remote controls, for the non tech savvy. The kitchen was wonderful for a large family. I highly recommend this property, the house fit all of our needs and then some. Having access to private beaches was amazing. When we went to the Hilton for the dolphin experience, we were so happy we didn't stay there. Gorgeous...but way too many people. This home was quiet, relaxing, peaceful and made it easy to switch into the Aloha state of mind. Being close to the Mauna Lani Auberge was ideal. Great restaurants and less crowded. The local market was close and the most hospitable and had what we needed. So location was ideal, cleanliness perfect, well kept and managed. We will definitely be back and will stay there. Thanks again to Mike, we had a dream family vacation.

This place was perfect for our multigeneration family. Lots of space with a great layout. We enjoyed the large and open family/kitchen area. The pool area is great, and we enjoyed access to the private beach club. Plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, and toys. We would happily stay here again!

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place for our multigenerational family of 9. Our stay was September 2-9 2023.It was like a model home and had an extremely comfortable floor plan. We in our 70’s took the mini master bedroom and bath on the main floor. While the adult kids and their families took the 3 bedrooms downstairs. What a quiet home! Together we enjoyed the open concept on the main floor level where the kitchen, living room, dining room and extended patio were. Everyone could still interact while sitting/working in different areas. The home had Subzero and Wolf kitchen appliances which we were not expecting! It had a well equipped kitchen for cooking but you will need To purchase all ingredients from the store. No salt/pepper/spices etc. it is in an upscale gated community of Ka Milo with 2 pools and nice recreation center. Also well located to grocery store, beaches, restaurants but must everywhere. Very close to Queen’s and King’s shopping centers and Waikoloa Village. Mike from Shiwota Management Co. was so professional and accommodating the entire process. A few issues arose but everything was quickly resolved. Considering we never met Mike, we would be happy to use his company again. We really loved our stay and hope to return in the future!

The home along with the beauty and activities in Hawaii, made for a great vacation for 2 generations, 4 adults and 3 children ages 10-16. Mike was very responsive with our questions, and the Guest Guide is excellent. The house has comfortable beds, complete kitchen, and beautiful decor. The exceptional pools and workout room are within easy walking distance; a fun surprise was a putting green just out the back door. The Mauna Lani Beach has snorkeling, beach chairs, cabanas, and convenient parking. We recommend lunch at Lava Lava Beach Club for a fun and delicious Hawaiian experience. SRP Management would be our first choice to rent again on the Big Island.

Upon arrival the check in process was extremely smooth and easy. The upstairs was very spacious and open. The lanai was very large with an outdoor bbq that we used several times. All of the bedrooms were very spacious, clean and well organized. The pool(s) we’re a short walk from the house along with the gym. There is also a nice outdoor area for entertaining at the recreation area.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this home.

We rented this house for two weeks directly from SRP management and loved it. We had three couples for the first week which worked excellent and added a fourth couple for the second week. Even the twin bedroom was comfortable and plenty large to accommodate us. The pool and spa complex was quiet and the Beach Club access was great to have. Mike did a great job and was responsive to all our needs. Wonderful group to work with and I would highly recommend this home.

Our family of 18 from age 7 to 75 had a great experience over Christmas vacation. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed the fitness and pool areas as well as the beach and snorkeling. Mike was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchens were well supplied with dishes and cookware.

We had a great family experience with 7 of us, which included two children. Everything was lovely, except for a few items we are noting: (1) There were no sponges in the kitchen, so we purchased our own; (2) There was a broken wine bottle opener, without full parts, so we purchased a new one and left it. (3) Made bacon and the broiler pan was cracked and grease leaked over the bottom of the oven and smoked. We tossed the pan. (4) The BBQ on the deck needs a cleaning overhaul, and we used it about 4 times that week. (5) The KING size sheets in both master bedrooms were stained.Overall, the home was lovely and clean, had a great mountain view, with morning sunrises. The amenities were great for a family, which included the beach access.

We had a wonderful experience. House very welcoming and immediately felt like home. Beautiful place to be together and also room for solitary time. We really enjoyed the lanai. Will definitely use VRBO again.

Everything we needed
This property was everything we needed. It was clean, open and spacious. It's was conveniently located to most of what we wanted to do and needed. Every morning I enjoyed watching the sun rise while having my coffee on the balcony. Mike Shiwota (property manager) was always available to help with whatever we needed. I would gladly rent any of his properties again.

This is a nice property in a good location. Unfortunately the owners have not kept it up. It appears that the property has all the original appliances, carpeting and furniture, all of which has seen its better day. Two of the cook top burners didn't work and the oven hinges were broken. The oven was unusable unless a chair was propped against it. The property managers attempted to repair the oven without success.
The grill on the lanai has outlived its life. The control knobs are hard to see and don't work very well. The carpet throughout is worn and stained.
It is sad that the owners are unable or unwilling to update.

KaMilo was the perfect place for our family of ten to get away and enjoy each other's company! We woke up to beautiful mountains and stunning sunrises from our patio. The children enjoyed the putting green that was located just outside of our back yard. The pools, communal cooking area and fitness facility were an easy 2 minute walk from our home. Having golf carts allowed us to branch off to browse at the outdoor shopping mall or enjoy the sunsets at the Fairmont and Auberge hotels. Our favourite moments by far were spent at the private beach. Breathtaking! Accommodation was well stocked and the furniture was beautifully crafted! Our host was cheerful and incredibly accommodating when needed. We would definitely book here again!

I must say this was one of my best experiences with management. The condo itself could use updating. Still comfortable, but worn. The outdoor grill had not been cleaned. Old grease buildup caused a lot of smoke. The oven had problems as well. Not clean and the door didn't close properly. We don't like to cook that much on vacation so we brought neither issue to managements attention. When the toilet backed up we did indeed call maintenance. Mr. Shiwota was quick to respond. Problem was fixed first time. Thank you. But my most grateful experience was the last day. My granddaughter had contracted food poisoning. She had been up all night tossing her tacos. We were packing up and worried about what we should do with her until a 9 pm flight. I called Mr. Shiwota and asked for a late check out. He was very helpful. He offered a 6 pm checkout and gave us information abut local urgent care centers. We were most grateful for the late departure. Issue was resolved and we caught our flight.

You cannot go wrong with this place. The home was clean, amenities were great, location was superb, and the owner was awesome to work with. In fact, I specifically booked this place because the owner was responsive and accommodating relative to other homes in the area. I’m so happy we stayed here.

Property was spacious for our family, well maintained and in a nice community with access to a private beach. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals. There were a few minor quirks but these didn't impact our overall stay and we would be happy to stay here again in the future should the opportunity arise.

Beautiful spacious home that fulfilled all our needs. Enjoyed close walk to community pool and fitness center. Mauna Lani beach club was very convenient with parking pass. Would recommend Mauna Lani area and this house for beaches, snorkeling, and fisherman’s trail. Enjoyed restaurants at the resorts Mauna Lani and Fairmont and Mauna Lani beach club.
