Raven's Landing Studio- Romantic Getaway with Spectacular View!
Ravens Landing Studio est vraiment loin de tout. Au sommet d'une colline avec vue à l'ouest des montagnes olympiques et de Puget Sound. Il fait face à l'ouest donc il capte le soleil tard dans l'après-midi. Nous terminons la journée avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Des kilomètres de sentiers pédestres et cyclables. Pêche, kayak, peignage de plage, exploration et à quelques minutes de la péninsule Olympique. Bainbridge Island et Kingston ferries à trente-cinq et vingt minutes. Excellent espace pour écrire, peindre, se détendre et rêver. Raven's Landing Studio est un espace studio de 400 pieds carrés avec un lit confortable en taille réelle. L'espace est idéal pour la plupart, mais si vous avez plus de six pieds, cela peut être un peu difficile. La plupart aiment la beauté de l'espace et la taille n'a pas été un problème.
Il y a une grande terrasse avec barbecue aux portes françaises. Bar à manger, mini cuisine complète avec micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, cafetière, four grille-pain, théière électrique, évier de cuisine, vaisselle, café, thé, miel, crème, etc. Petite table de bistrot devant pour le petit déjeuner du matin. Un kayak et un VTT sont disponibles. Granola, flocons d'avoine, lait et fruits frais sont complémentaires. Les sentiers de randonnée et de vélo sont à quelques minutes. Point no Point Beach et Light House à cinq minutes. Parc aquatique de Buck Lake à cinq minutes. Épicerie et restaurant à trois minutes. Nature Preserve à cinq minutes. Excellente pêche, chasse aux champignons et crabe en automne et en été.

We had a peaceful stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the view outside the french doors was spectacular. We especially liked watching the birds visit the bird feeders. Owner was responsive.

The property itself is lovely and has a beautiful view. It is not set out away from other houses. While there is a separate entrance to the room, it is not a separate property. We were greatly uncomfortable that there was a shared wall with a door leading into the rest of the house, even though it was covered by a piece of cloth. In addition, the property was occupied which was NOT mentioned anywhere in the description, including open windows on the deck so there was no privacy. The indication that it is a romantic getaway is misleading as we were not alone, were fully aware of the two people on the property, and felt very uncomfortable to speak above a whisper. It should be clearly identified in the listing that it is an occupied/shared space so that people can take that into consideration when choosing to stay.

The view on the back porch is breath taking. There were days I just didn’t want to leave. Darcy is an amazing and attentive hostess. I hope to be back!

Lovely place to recuperate and find tranquility. Disappointed to discover no hot tub or even directions of where to locate said hot tub in her listing. If you post states that you have it please make sure you have it clearly marked and ready for client use. That was one of the reasons we booked here. The place was very lovely and quiet. May return again. Thank you

Gorgeous property landscaping and view. Attractively furnished and very clean. Perfect for one person or a couple w/zero interest in any cooking. Refrigerator is dorm room sized and and there is no umbrella to shade the deck from direct afternoon sun. Wonderfully quiet and very pretty place to stay. Kind and responsive host.

This was a charming studio, in a quiet neighborhood, with gorgeous views, anytime, especially sunset.
As advertised, all the basic needed items are there, on a smallish scale, but PERFECT for one or two people
Darcy is super friendly, totally enjoyed her ready smile, and, easy conversation.
We explored the beaches... Mostly shells, lots of sand dollars, not so much actual sand, if that's your thing.
Great to explore part of WA that I was not at all familiar with.
Recommend short drive to Kingston for walking about and ice cream!

I needed to recharge in a quiet place and both indoors and outdoors were lovely (books, art, view and a comfy bed). Easy access to trails and beaches, and Darcy (the host) is gracious and caring.

Peaceful getaway
Darcy has thought of everything you might need to relax and feel at home. Nice porch and yard to let dogs run around. Bed was comfy. Thoughtful decorations and supplies to make your own meals. And if you love books, this little room is like a library.

Tranquil, beautiful get away place
A lovely place to enjoy gorgeous, peaceful gardens and outside art, deck, views, as well as an artistically appointed studio. A short stay for us while in transit so didn't get to take advantage of nearby hiking trails and other amenities which in hindsight wish we could have. Would indeed be a wonderful place for a retreat. Enjoyed meeting/chatting with owner Darcy who was respectful, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Darcy!

Quiet, relaxing, well appointed.
Darcy was a delightful host and her dog Amber very sweet. Darcy came by with a fresh bowl of mixed berries and stone fruit. Coffee/tea/milk/sugar provided was so welcome on our first morning there. The patio was a good place to enjoy a glass of Prosecco and enjoy the view. So beautiful. A hummingbird feeder is right outside the back patio so we really enjoyed them. We ate all our meals out. The Hansgrill has a very good breakfast and lunch menu. It's a short drive away.

Perfect for everything we needed
We stayed at Raven's Landing while attending a family reunion down the street and it was just perfect. It was close to the Hansville Store, Hood Canal, hiking trails and the family cabin. The cottage was very comfortable and the views from the deck were stunning. Darcy was a gracious hostess and very helpful.

Cute but little tight
Very quiet neighborhood, great views, beautiful garden, great house, good craftsmanship, studio with high ceilings, plenty of windows overlooking backyard and view to water and mountains in the distance.
The layout of the room with the bed in middle made this actually quite big room very tight. Better layout could accommodate a queen size bed with bedside tables, I missed those.
Three big bookcases with enough books and artwork plus additional art on walls and hanging from ceiling made it a bit challenging for my items to store.
Darcy was ok for me to move the bed to the side and out of the way. I had planned to cook most of my meals but found not much place to store my groceries in the miniature fridge, smaller than an unter counter fridge. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook a meal, but needs a real kitchen sink for cleaning dishes. Was afraid a dish could chip while cleaning.
For myself the bed was plenty big but extremely uncomfortable and made noises when moving, especially knowing that Darcy’s bedroom is behind the adjoining wall. Except for a squeaky bed the nights were wonderfully peaceful and quiet.
I adjusted what I needed it and made it work.
Overall I got plenty of relaxing time, and Darcy’s place gave me that.

Beautiful setting, quiet, peaceful and perfect for reflection. Watching the sun set from the secluded back deck was a joy. All the amenities are provided in this charming little retreat. Close to a nice little beach-lovely spot!

We enjoyed a peaceful retreat in Hansville full of peaceful walks in the Hansville Greenway and amazing sunsets off the cabin’s deck.
Darcy was an unobtrusive yet gracious host and the tastefully decorated room had everything we needed for a weeks stay.
Very pleasant and we would certainly stay again!

WOW, You're going to love it here!
I have to tell you I saw the clawfoot tub in the description and I was SOLD> Then I saw the views and the super awesome arts and grounds and I pulled the trigger and booked it.
And let me be frank here, I'm one of those people who get nervous around lack of privacy, because, I'm scared of bugging other people. So when I realized AFTER I booked this studio is attached to the owner's house I was a little concerned.
WOW, I did not have a reason to be at all.
FIRST, Darcy is so sweet and great at communicating and her place is so thoughtfully done.
She has carpet and a big bookcase (filled with super cool books) on the wall that is against the main house. I felt better immediately.
The views are amazing, the clawfoot tub divine, Darcy has lots of little touches around to make things feel upscale and homey. The sheets were great as well, very soft.
Loved to be able to go out on the deck and do yoga and breathwork.
I would totally come back and I highly recommend this sweet place. Thanks Darcy.
