This was our 4th time staying at the beach bungalow and we absolutely love it!
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this is a dream home away from home.
I am in love with the kitchen and kept trying to find reasons to be in there. It was warm so we didn’t need to use the fireplace.
We probably spent most of our time either in the hot tub or in the kitchen!
The view is amazing! It’s located close to a wetland area that was nice and quiet.
We most certainly will be staying again!! We might bring the kids next time!! Maybe… 🙂

We love the house, the view. the peace. We did have one important issue. The single step from the BBQ covered patio to the Hot Tub patio is a tripper. My husband, my brother and myself all tripped on this step. My husband and I did not get hurt, but my brother went all the way down and got bloody. Since it was all three of us, we suspect this is a recurring problem and thought you should know about it. Again, we LOVED your house. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We hope to return.

The view, particularly from the second-floor living room, was stupendous: overlooking the bay. The house combined the desirable characteristics of being in a quiet location with convenient access to modern amenities, such as shopping, as well as the features we came for: close access to the beach.
As for the house itself, everything was exactly as we expected it. The amenities were complete, making it completely unnecessary to step out to buy things. All the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and all the appliances were in good working order.

We absolutely loved our short stay here and only wished we would have stayed longer. What a gem. Tastefully decorated like a home and not like a rental. Wow, what a beautiful home! The views were so great. We sat and watched the tides roll in and out. So many creatures to see and the provided binoculars were helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the shower downstairs is the best one I’ve ever used! Going from the relaxing hot tub then into that shower? Heaven. I’m so refreshed! We will definitely be back. Thanks for letting us stay at your fabulous home!

We have spent several Thanksgivings here at Bob and Robin’s bungalow. Every year is even better than the last. We love this property and will continue to create memories and traditions here.

We stay at the coast every year, and usually in the same place. We decided to try a new place this year, and were not disappointed. This home is well equipped, clean, well stocked, and located in a nice area. We tried clamming this year which was super fun since the bay is basically the back yard. The bathrooms are great, and my kids even commented on the great water pressure. The master bath is probably the nicest bathroom we've had at a vacation property! The layout of the home is nice as well, and it allowed my adult and teen children to hang out together, but also have some individual time when wanted. It is also located far enough outside Lincoln City to have amazing views of the stars and Milky Way on a clear night. Highly recommend!

You won't regret staying here. It's the place at Cutler City that people walk by on the beach or see from the water and think, "I wish I could stay here." And if you're smart, you do just that.
We brought along our very young grandkids this time and were impressed by how accommodating both owner Robin and the house were for them. You'll find not just a good crib, but a bunch of children's books and even some toys. A nice touch.
The home is very well-equipped, particularly in the kitchen. Plus you'd be hard-pressed to find a better view while cooking just about anywhere.
I'd say the only tricky part about staying here is the unusual parking situation. But once you figure it out, it doesn't matter much at all.

The views were spectacular, the home is so cozy and inviting. I loved cooking in the kitchen and watching the sunset.
I hot tub provided a great way for us to relax and wind down the evening.

Had an amazing stay at Robins place! The view was absolutely stunning from upstairs, every thing was clean and ready for us, there’s a short cleaning list before you leave that was easy to accomplish. This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My sister's and I planned our annual sister's trip and decided on this beautiful property. The pictures did no justice to how much we fell in love when we arrived. Quite and relaxing with a beautiful view of the bay! We plan to return to this property in a future visit! Thank you Robin for the hospitality!

Everything was in order for us to have a relaxing visit with good proximity to explore the northern and mid Oregon coast. We even completely got to see some whales. Beautiful sunsets and a very fine home. Thank you for our vacation time. VRBO did a great job organizing our reservation and the owner of this home provided everything we needed.

This was a beautiful home and fully stocked. I thought it was on the beach but it was the bay. Couldn't see the ocean waves at all. That was the only disappointment.

Property is in a prime location but far enough away to actually feel like a getaway. The units are a little close together for true privacy, but you will be so busy taking in all the sights to notice. Communication was great and it had everything we needed.

The house was in a great location. It’s situated in a very quiet neighborhood steps from the bay. It was fun watching the tide go in and out each day and exploring the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, check in was easy, and check out instructions were clear. We enjoyed the hot tub, clamming in the bay and making s’mores on the fire-pit. I liked having the two living rooms, especially the cozy one downstairs with the comfy recliner. Every bedroom had their own bathroom and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. A great property and would stay here again

It is very evident the moment you arrive at the property that the owners take great pride in having a beautiful home to welcome their guests. It’s not just another vacation rental.
The weather was wonderfully unpredictable…spectacular rainbows, hail that thundered down, a white blanket of snow on the beach and sunshine with a sky of brilliant blue.
Favorite moments…sitting watching the scenery of the bay change from the comfy chairs and soaking in the hot tub while it snowed!!

This is a great place to stay! The photos don't do it justice. It feels truly like a home away from home. Everything was clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the dishes and accessories you would need just like at home. The views are great on both the 1st floor and 2nd floor. I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at this house. Everything was as advertised. Everything was very clean and it was well appointed. The only issue we had was the coffee maker. The cleaning had been missed from a previuos use. It was moldy. We attempted to clean it a few times. However, it was a lost cause. We let the owner know of the situation. I would not knock our stay because of it. Just an unfortunate, minor issue. Lord knows there are plenty of coffee sources! I do hope they replaced the coffee pot though. Beautiful house, engaged owner, and beautiful views. We plan on going back in the future!

Amazing views, very well stocked with all the essentials, and loved being within walking distance to sand and water! Could not have found a better place to make memories with friends! Would definitely stay again!!!!

The home is well-appointed and cozy with wonderful views of the Siletz Bay and within a short drive of Salishan and Lincoln City. Everything worked well and our entire family felt at home and relaxed. We explored the Bay at low tide, watched the rain pour outside, caught a double rainbow, and ate some great local food. Robin was a good host and look for an e-mail ahead of your trip versus having access information in the app. We’ll be back in the future.

This house is incredible. We couldn’t believe how fortunate we were to get to stay here! The views are spectacular, the house is gorgeous, and we had everything we needed. The house was well equipped for families and the location was perfection. Even though our trip was in December, we still had a break of blue skies to play on the beach. The beach is beautiful any time of the year!

It's our second time staying at this lovely house. It's perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with plenty of space, very functional kitchen, excellent furnishings, low key and quiet neighborhood....and of course the view is stunning.
