Oh man, where do I start….. We arrived and was greeted with warm welcome from Racheal, who made sure we could get in okay and welcomed us. I thought that was very thoughtful❤️ The bungalow was older style but very clean and just perfect for our week stay. Then there is a path way to lead to heaven….the ocean!!!! The beach is very clean and quite and not busy like manatee beach in Anna Marie . The only down fall is NO SHELLS!!! ( Only littles) Thanksgiving was spent relaxing after I cooked us a good meal at the beach. Sunsets were amazing the orange rays were just breathtaking. The bungalow had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Unfortunately it is all just a memory now!!!!

We have stayed here a few times and plan to come back. Great location right on the beach. Always clean.

This is has been our 3rd year staying at this location which is simply perfect. A very short walk to the beach which is a plus. Everyone is so nice. Can’t wait to come back!

We love the cottage; especially the location on Holmes Beach. Not real big or “fancy” but it is super clean, great property managers, everything you need plus the great location.

Great communication and direction to the property. It's an older place. Which was no problem for us. The price was right for an on the beach rental. After all, we spent more time on the beach than in the rental. The beach isn't overcrowded at their location either. We have a camp, so living in less than perfect conditions was not a problem. We'd stay there again !

The property was so lovely and RIGHT ON THE BEACH, with our own private little path. It was so awesome, and the property manager, Raquel, was amazing! She was so helpful and super nice. I would definitely stay again!

Such a lovely location, right on the beach. Easy to get to the trolley stop or shops that were walkable distance from the unit. Loved seeing the sun set over the sea every evening and wake up and walk along the beach in the early mornings. Owner is very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Just a wonderful overall stay and would highly recommend.

Very clean, well stocked, and convenient cottage with a very short walk to the beach! Loved the separate a/c units and location too! Very nice and helpful owners!

The rental was a bungalow style.. The bunk beds were very creaky and definitely not for adults. Shower needs updated. Wi-Fi was great. Coffee on the beach was only a few steps away!

Nice little cottage for two. Friendly owner, clean and well supplied with everything you need. Our only negative is the kitchen floor. They need to replace it. Will stay again next year if they update the floor.

Great location and place for a much needed getaway! So easy walking right onto beach and to the trolley when heading out to explore. We look forward to returning soon!

we love staying here. proximity to beach cant be beat. private safe parking although slightly cramped. everything you need is there or a three minute drive. Racquel was very nice. we dont like the bed, but it was negligable in the mix. we will most definitely be back

We absolutely loved the location of this place with nice little outside areas to relax or head right down to the beach!! Overall, the place was neat & tidy and while I'm not one to complain, the only real issue I had was the tile floor in entry could definitely use a scrubbing. We absolutely will be visiting again as the place pretty much met all of our requirements.

This is our second year staying at this property. Actually, last year we stayed upstairs and this year downstairs. I would recommend down stairs. Nothing wrong with upstairs, but you have to climb a lot of stairs. Either way, upstairs or downstairs, Mike and Kelly are very responsive to any needs. The cottages are clean and are right on the beach. We will stay here again!

This little beach cottage was perfect. You can't beat the location!! It was clean and had all the amenities needed.

Nice casual getaway with great access to the beach. Owner: please do something about the air purification lights that shine on the master bed all night.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the outdoor patio and seating area where we were able to observe lots of different types of birds, lizards and even a bunny with easy access and quick path to the beach. They also supplied all you needed to enjoy the beach from chairs, umbrellas & sand toys! A welcoming space to enjoy beach, family and wildlife!

We really enjoyed our stay with one HUGE exception, a very needed and easily fixable issue. The main bed needs a new mattress!!! If they replaced the mattress , we would recommend this little gem.

From the moment my family and I walked past the manager/owner's place towards the beach, she started yelling at us. My sister who is legally blind was walking with her service dog on what we thought was our rental property. First the manager/owner yelled that we had to have the dog on a leash. I tried to explain that we were not walking out on the beach. But she insisted and so my sister put the leash on the dog. But then she started yelling at us that we were going to have to pay another cleaning fee because the dog was large. I tried to explain that we have rented many times on Anna Maria and have never had to pay an extra fee because it is a service dog. Even the next day she yelled at me about the cleaning fee. Again, I tried to explain about the Americans with Disabilities Act but she still insisted I was going to have to pay an additional cleaning fee. (I had advised the owners through VRBO that we had a service dog and their response was "no problem") She made it very clear this was her property and she could do what she wants and continued to harass us very chance she could. I definitely would never stay at this place again.

Just as described, comfy bed, walked out onto beach, safe, quiet, and lovely!

i really liked staying there. Raquel was great, very warm and friendly. we love Anna Maria. the beds need help and the bathtub needs work. overall, i wish i was there

My family had a great time in Anna Maria. Our unit was very clean and had just about everything we needed. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and very convenient for catching the beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms are a good size. We never felt cramped. The living room was a little small for a family of four but it was cozy. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The onsite manager, Raquel, was super friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We'd definitely book this unit again.

This property is older and nothing fancy but it had everything we needed, personally I was very satisfied me and my husband had a very relaxing trip and we had great upstairs neighbors, we will definitely visit again!

nothing during rental agreement about a curfew (property manager came out firing at that one) BUT, there was one listed in a folder inside the apartment/condo after the fact. Oh but it is ok for the property managers college aged kids to walk around with flash lights at midnight. Bit of a double standard there. No bother at all though with them. Nice kids. you can hear a pin drop from the upstairs.bathroom tub is disgusting (I have many pictures to show)The amount of extremely large cockroaches was very disturbing. We had a family friend in town for 2 nights and his daughter was surprised to see one run out of her suitcase. Also have pics of them after i killed them.if elderly bring your own means of comfort. My 74 year old mother was visiting us for a day on the beach and was yelled at for bringing a outdoor patio chair onto the edge of the property sand. Not asked to take it back but yelled at very rudely by said property managerMy previously mentioned friend suffers from epilepsy and has a medical marijuana card to take his medicine. Again property manager smelled it and yelled at us once again. Im sure she didnt know his medical history but trust me she didn't seem to want to ask. He left right after embarrassed and apologetic. One mistake was made by my sister in picking up a small turtle while on the property. Huge no no in Florida but my sister thought you just couldn't feed them. She wasn't told in a professional matter. She was once again yelled at for it.Even after all of this i went out and bought $75 worth of brand new beach chairs for youngsters and adults which seemed to go over well at the time but a few days before we made our decision to leave the property early the manager must have went through all the beach accessories and removed the new items and set them along the front of the unit to make sure we knew they were not welcome. Even though all but one of the beach chairs were rusted, worn and past retirement stage. So we donated them to another unit next door. So we left 3 nights early as we had another house in West Bradenton with another owner. We finally felt at peace and not like we were being watched like a group of elementary students. We did not tell anyone we left. We don' want anything in return. And although we have been vacationing on this island for the last 6 years we will absolutely never be back in this unit, at least not while this property manager and her family live in the front.

We’ve been coming to this sweet little slice of Heaven called Anna Maria Island for years now, and you really can’t beat the price of this rental directly on the beach! Raquel, the property manager couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating! She added that special homey feel to our stay and I hope we get to rent this place for years to come! Thank you!
