A nice cozy place! Close to the beach (1min walking distance). You need to bring your own bed sheets, pillow, blanket, shower towel, shower and body wash.

This cottage is in a great location and worked well for getting together with friends.

This was our first experience with renting a cottage and it was absolutely perfect!! Tim was an Amazing host! Right from the beginning with booking his communications with us was above and beyond! He had even text me once we were in to make sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything! The cottage was so welcoming when we arrived with the lights on low and the local radio station on to welcome us!! Pictures of the cottage really couldn’t do it justice as it was even more beautiful and cozy than we had anticipated!! The cottage was supplied with everything we needed and more and although we only stayed two nights both my partner and I wish that we could have had the time in our schedules to stay longer. Thank you Tim for everything!! We can’t wait to come back!!

Clean, everything is described perfectly. I will be back in warmer weather and enjoy everything within walking distance to the cottage. We held Thanksgiving here for our small family it could not have been better other than the rainy weather. Thanks Tim

Tim was definitely a host that went above and beyond, he assisted with a minor change that made his listing wheelchair accessible and was a pleasure to bump into while out exploring Sauble Beach. This unit is on ground level and only has a minor bump to get onto the deck and the rest of the building. It was perfect for using a manual wheelchair inside and out! Thanks!

The cottage was lovely. The location was great. Close to the beach and to the main drag. The owner was quick to reply to messages. The big issue for us was and still hasn't been resoved, was VRBO charging us in American funds, instead of Canadian which we had assumed. We live in Canada and were renting a Canadian property, why would that even be an issue? We're hoping this will be resolved soon.

This was the perfect cottage for our family of 4. Location was great. Only a few steps from the beach and downtown area. Tim was a great host. Always communicated with us and made sure we were have a wonderful time. I would completely suggest this cottage to my family and friends if they are looking for something in Sauble Beach. Really great cabin. Everything you need is already there. A VERY short walk to the beach and the main strip. Host was very helpful and quick for response. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

It was very relaxing and enjoyable time with convenience to all of Sauble and within walking distance of the beach, the local shopping and dining. The neighbors and occupants of the local cottages were all family oriented. The cottage offered all of the amenities someone would want in a rental property at the beach. Cottage was cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Beach access very easy, lovely clear water and not busy. Too bad about the fire ban. Would definitely recommend this property.

We just Loved the Lodge it was so, Clean and Close to the Beach we could hear the waves was amazing, We one block to the main shops and restaurants. My daughter and I had the best time and relaxed on the beautiful beach everyday of our vacation and listened to the waves, We enjoyed our coffee on the amazing front decks with the sun rise it was so, Relaxing. The Lodge was everything we dreamed it would be and the Beds where very comfortable, We had everything we needs for our stay and would recommend our rental to everyone that is looking for a care free vacation and beautiful place to get away. Vrbo and Owner was very Helpful and took time out to text Us to see how we where and made sure we where confortable with our stay, Thank You that was very thoughtful. We had a great stay here! The property was lovely and clean, and all we could have asked for a lovely cottage getaway. Tim was very helpful and responsive, and we all had a great time (including the dogs!)

Great location close enough to activities on the Main Street that you can walk to everything and far enough away that it’s quiet. Well appointed kitchen. We really enjoyed the fireplace. Very responsive host. Easy no contact check in. We’ll be back!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time in Sauble Beach. We needed a break to disconnect just for a short time, and this was the perfect spot. It rained quite a bit but that didn't stop us from having fun exploring the area, doing some shopping, trying out some of the local spots (Highly recommend Amici's for coffee - and we also had dinner at Heyday's at the June Motel which was out of this world wonderful!) and just focusing on US without being locked to a computer or to our phones. Really enjoyed sitting on the beach sipping coffee and just watching the waves :) Property is quite lovely and Tim made everything super easy! The decor is so beautiful and we appreciated the efforts made to make the cottage such a sweet getaway for guests. We enjoyed watching movies at night, playing card games inside while it poured, and just laughing a lot. We got back home feeling so refreshed and happy, and have told several of our friends about the cottage and location :) Thanks Tim and family for a lovely stay! Well equipped. Great location. Lots of sun and shade on the property.

Everything we needed and more. Best sunsets at a beach that is great for sand sculpting. Great to be able to have the dogs with us! Close to the centre. Well-equipped kitchen. Good neighbours.

The location is great - a short walk to the beach and many shops and a short drive to Sauble Falls. Kitchen was well equipped. WiFi was very reliable and there were no issues meeting on Zoom. Tim was very responsive before and throughout our stay. Would gladly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Beautiful inside and out. Very close to the beach and everything was provided and most important to me the dogs were allowed.

This property is a short distance away from the beach crowds and mayhem of Main Street but there’s a private path to the beach. We were lucky to have Tim and his family ( owners of this property) residing next door. You won’t find an easy going and hospitable host. Highly recommended!!

The communication with Tim was easy and his daughter was close if needed. Everything we needed and more was provided - we even turned the gas fireplace on one night when the temps dipped to 13. - The beach is so close - made nap times with wee ones very easy to accommodate. Thanks so much for a memorable stay.

Our cottage stay was a nice getaway. Great location, close to town and the beach. We enjoyed it very much.

Very nice and cozy cottage. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, pots & utensils. Short path that leads directly to beach. A few minutes' walk to downtown Sauble which is nice and convenient. Eliminates further driving and parking costs. Will definitely return!
