Il est comme remonter dans le temps lorsque vous entrez dans ce chalet. La cuisine de pays a toutes les commodités encore conserve le caractère rustique des jours passés. Le salon / salle à manger combo est spacieuse et accueillante, avec un poêle au propane pour accueillant jusqu'à. Il y a 4 grandes chambres (3 lits doubles, 2 lits simples), toutes avec des ventilateurs de plafond. Il y a aussi un ventilateur toute la maison et l'unité AC 1 fenêtre. La salle de bain complète dispose d'une baignoire sur pied et il y a une salle de douche séparée. Il y a aussi un demi-bain à l'étage principal.
Le porche est enroulé autour de 2 côtés de la maison avec de nombreuses aires de repos et une balançoire. Il y a un parking de la rue pour 2-3 voitures.

This lovely cottage is beautifully furnished with antiques, but also has updated and very functional bathrooms and kitchen spaces. The location and porch are also wonderful. Our group really enjoyed our stay. The only misleading part of the listing is the claim that the 4th bedroom has two twin beds. The one twin bed was very comfortable, but the other “bed” is just a small upholstered bench.

Wrap-around porch elevates outdoor living. Functional kitchen makes meal times easy. Four bedrooms give everyone their own space. And there’s parking! We would be happy to stay again at this quaint and comfortable cottage.

Loved the stay and the peacefulness of the area. The only negative was the one bedroom did not have a twin bed nor single. It was more like a bench with a pad but other than that we loved it!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The cabin was charming and antique with a huge porch. We loved the claw foot tub, the fireplace, and the proximity to the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. We only wished we'd had more time and indoor space to hang out together!

We lucked out with perfect cool weather for the weekend. Not sure how cool the house would be with typical August temperatures. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. When we were at the house we spent most of our time on the porch or walking around in the neighborhood. Very friendly neighborhood. The inside was dark and could use some better brighter lighting.

I have been wanting to visit Mount Gretna for years and this visit did not disappoint. The community is beyond charming and our home was absolutely stunning. The home was a time capsule filled with unique antiques and curiosities. I spent the first day admiring all of the treasures right down to the original rope beds amongst all modern day luxuries. The house was so well appointed. There was not one item we wished for. Our trip was so relaxed and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking this home!

Wonderful experience especially the family dinner on the porch that lasted for hours. Location is excellent, kitchen is well supplied, it’s dim inside- needs brighter lightbulbs, the carpet is older, mattress in the room with AC is ready to be replaced soon, other rooms seemed fine. This is a rustic atmosphere in Mt Gretna so this place is as you would expect; relaxing and family and dog friendly. We will return.

This expansive cottage was exactly the rustic vacation home we were looking for! The location was ideal and close to restaurants and the lake. The porch was an amazing extension of the home. It was also nice that they accepted pets.
We recommend this home to couples or families. There is plenty of space for everyone!

Great neighborhood to stay in. House was cozy and had a nice rustic charm. Shower curtain was covered in mold and dusting and vacuuming was needed, but we still had a great time.

Cute cottage! But when they say bring your own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper) they mean it. Also towels. Including hand towels! Other than that the cottage was perfect for our family!

This property was great for our family. Plenty of places to sleep, very quiet and comfortable. My husband and I sat on the porch swing every night and enjoyed the cool evenings together.

I absolutely loved the house. It was like stepping into history and the past when you opened the door. The Antique and vintage furniture was neat to look at and the rope beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The antique decorations were also well placed and neat to look at. Definitely a intresting place if you like that sort of thing.

Well, we aren’t in to antiques and dark walls and ceilings and tiny lamps and furniture. So, it wasn’t the best place for us. Chilly upstairs bedrooms as well.....kitchen is very old fashioned and again, we aren’t into that.

This was a perfect vacation for our family in the historic and beautiful little village of Mount Gretna. The narrow streets, walking trails, wrap around porches on every cute cottage, and decorated scenery in every direction was a magical step out of regular life into this little wonderland. The people are as nice as you’ll ever meet and this cottage was idyllic. So many careful little touches added to the magic and mystery of this special place. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The house was perfect for our group of 7 friends celebrating 50 years for Grace! From the amazing front porch to the claw foot bathtub, we adored and enjoyed everything. It was very accommodating and our neighbors were friendly and kind. Thank you for sharing a very nice property. May God Bless you

Every thing about this place was great, I am a artist specializing in papermache Santas with a primitive look, and this place was so fitting for me, loved the article in Early American Life about the owners, absolutely loved the primitives, we enjoyed the lovely porch and lucked out as the Mt Gretna yard sales were going on! It was close to the wedding venue which made it so convenient for a bridesmaid. Forgot to sign the guest book, we will be back to stay again.
