Suite au rez-de-chaussée de ma maison bien-aimée dans une rue calme très proche de tout! Entièrement autonome, 1 chambre à coucher; entrée privée et autant de la maison que je pourrais verser dedans
S'il vous plaît envoyez un courriel avec toutes les questions concernant les dates. Ouvert aux locations mensuelles jusqu'à 60 jours maximum. Il est un grand quartier, avec un terrain de golf de 9 trous à seulement quelques minutes de marche, avec un centre de loisirs, en plus d'une puce piste 5 km de marche le long du parcours. Centre commercial Hillside se trouve à seulement quelques minutes. Le bus n ° 4 de la ville permet de rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 minutes (2 $. 50 pour les adultes), et l'arrêt est juste autour du coin. Il est pratique au centre-ville, l'Université de Victoria, l'Hôpital Royal Jubilee et Camosun College (Lansdowne Campus). Coffre-fort, le stationnement dans la rue est disponible.

Had a wonderful stay at Rita's place while in town for a few weeks. Cozy space with all the comforts of home. I would love to stay here again when I'm back in VIctoria!

The place was wonderful. Low ceiling but not a problem for me at 5'3. Cozy bed. Good for walking to restaurants.

Small but comfortable living room and bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was small but adequate. Location was great and Rita was helpful and friendly.
Parking on the street was good 95% of the time but can park in the driveway the other times. Clean quiet and economical.
Two month stay was very nice. We really enjoyed doing many things in Victoria and we would stay here again next time we’re back on the island.

Excellent location
We very much enjoyed our time at Casa Grosvenor. Rita’s place was cozy and comfortable and it was easy to get anywhere from her place.
Rita was extremely helpful and accommodating and very knowledgeable about things to do in Victoria and surrounding areas. She was so easy to communicate with and always answered any questions we had promptly.
I will definitely refer any friends or family members to Rita’s place.

Rita is just the friendliest and most helpful host you could ask for and her place is cozy colourful warm and convenient to transportation. I could even walk downtown in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Rita and her place. Many thxxx Rita😊

My daughter and I stayed four comfortable nights and look forward to visiting again. Rita was super nice and fun to meet. Victoria is such a great place to visit and Rita has provided the perfect place for us to stay when we visit. My daughter is 5’11” and was comfortable with the ceiling height, but said she wouldn’t want to be any taller.

Rita the owner is amazing, she makes you feel so welcome and makes sure you have everything you need.She also has lots of information on sightseeing and local restaurants.
This is a great place to stay, as you can take the bus all around the Victoria area using a $5 day bus pass.

It`s cons were that there was no patio or outdoor relaxing space (as shown on pictures, but rather two metal chairs on a driveway next to a parked car), no fresh flowers on arrival (as promised), frequently no place for parking (owner takes driveway and street parking is very full), a dirty smelly fridge full of items left by others (including expired dairy), no laundry facility, 2 old towels per person for 2 weeks, and a hazardous beam at 5 ft 8 in the middle of the kitchen/living room area that could cause a serious head injury.

Excellent Location
Nice little suite with enough amenities to make it very comfortable.
The location is also central, good parking, city bus access and quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

This place has a very HARD BED! I had to sleep on the cushions from the couch for 3 nights!!! Also don't like that you are in a basement. Very dark.

Wonderful place to stay
Thank you Rita for all the comforts of the lovely stay at your very comfy abode, We had everything we couldp have wanted and more. No need for a car with the excellent public transit system at our disposal just 5 mins walk round the corner taking us downtown in 10 mins and much further if wanted to other interesting places throughout Vancouver Island.

Great Cozy and Quiet Basement Suite
My wife and I were in Victoria for me to race a triathlon and visit the city. We wanted a quiet place because I wanted to get a good nights' sleep and had to get up really early for the race on Sunday. This unit is very quiet, cozy, and private.
It's a full suite, way more room than any normal hotel room and has a full kitchen and living room area. Furnishings aren't luxury or anything but nicely kept up and clean. We loved it.
The only thing to keep in mind is the low ceiling. I'm 6'4" (192cm) and my hair was brushing the ceiling. If you're any taller than me you won't be able to stand straight up. For most "normal" sized people , as my wife would say, it's no problem.
The owner was super accommodating let us check in early because our ferry was in the morning, and let us come back in the afternoon on checkout day so I could have a shower after my race before leaving town.
Lovely, stay.

Comfortable and easy stay
Casa Grosvenor is a lovely place to stay when travelling to and around Victoria. It is a generous and comfortable one bedroom suite; the kitchen is well equipped; and it is centrally located with easy access to the major routes. It is a mature house in an older part of town; and so some local tolerances are in order: don't be too tall and drive a smaller car. In sum, Casa Grosvenor is easy to enjoy.

Rita has made this a very comfortable place to stay. It has everything that you'd need, including a little patio area. It's cosy. Loved the bright colours and paintings- perfect for a basement suite.

Rita is awesome! Very genuine, thoughtful and considerate. She wanted to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy and take in all of Victoria; right down to sharing her favourite places to eat out. Overall so terrific!! We visit Victoria frequently and would highly recommend this location for others.

Beautiful suite❤️
Thank you, Rita, for this lovely space. I visited my twin for our birthday and each day my nieces picked me up and we either walked or caught the very convenient BC Transit bus to get out and about in Victoria! We hiked at Lake Thetis and it was breathtaking. Each night I was able to relax in your beautiful suite. Rita is a very hospitable owner. It is perfect for one person and probably a couple too. The shower is a bit snug but not uncomfortable at all. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Comfortable, gracious host but short ceilings
Rita is a good host who tries to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed everything about our stay except for the ceiling height, since we are 6'4" and 6'2". At 6'4" my head was just touching the ceiling with my shoes off ... so you will enjoy this property if you are not over 6' in height, but if you are very tall it may not be suitable for you. Great location, central to everything. Enjoyed having the Netflix available too!
