Clean, convenient, comfortable.

The property is so beautiful and is in a fantastic location. You cannot beat the sunsets from the deck or beach. Paul is a great host. We had an issue with the grills and he came right away and kept in contact with me to let me know what was happening. He arrived so quickly, we still managed to eat without a delay. The house was in pristine condition. We hope to stay again next year!

The condo was at a great location, right on the water and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Paul was a wonderful owner. He met us upon arrival to show us around and explain how things work. He was very responsive to texts. The condo matched the description perfectly.

If you are looking to stay on Madeline Island, the location and views of this condo are ideal. It is a short walk to a public park/beach, market, coffee shop, restaurants and the ferry. The location was very quiet. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay from the beds to the kitchen supplies. We were so happy we found this condo and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. The owner met us to explain how things worked. No one had ever done that. This is a perfect location for beach fun for little, boat launch, fishing from the dock and of course my favorite, a Sunset. I would stay again! The BBQ grills were nice and he supplied the propane. We all enjoyed the jetted tube after long days!!! We even ate right next door when we were exhausted and finished with a fire!!! I watched the moon set and Sunset from the backyard!!

This lakeside condo did not disappoint! Beautiful and spacious with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, large bedrooms, and bathrooms conveniently located on Madeline Island within walking distance to restaurants, local shops, and pubs. We locked ourselves out one evening while sitting outside watching the waves while enjoying a glass of wine. Our host Paul, was over in minutes to let us back in. Extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again!

Clean comfortable and right on the wate!

My husband, daughter and I loved this rental. Beautiful location. Amazing condo. Very clean. Very well organized. Had all the things we needed. And the owner did a great job at keeping contact. Would highly recommend this wonderful place

We brought everything but the kitchen sink not knowing what to expect. That was not necessary as the place was stocked with everything a person needs besides food. Condo was beautiful and also had a Lakeview. And also, hats off to Paul. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available with any questions. We will definitely stay again!

My 4 sisters and myself have vacationed on Madeline Island for 8 summers now. We like booking with Paul on VRBO because he makes sure we are set up upon arrival, takes good care for the property, comfortable and clean with prime location on the water. We had an exceptional time!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week on Madeline Island! The condo is spacious and lovely, with amazing views of the lake and gorgeous sunsets. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking, and there's a lovely patio where you can eat your meals and enjoy the lake view. There is a small private beach which is nice for swimming. Paul is an excellent host. He is very helpful if you need anything. The condo is a great place to stay!

Great location and really nice property!! Loved it!

Paul was great. Met us when we arrived and showed us around the place. It had everything you need for your stay. Temps were in the high 80s so the a/c was an added plus. Traveled with friends so it was nice have 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Well built so we didn’t hear traffic or people upstairs. Great location and could walk to downtown for coffee or the Beach Club. My husband and I love Lapointe and we will be back. Thank you Paul

Relaxing, clean condo with great location.

Clean comfortable View wonderful Relaxing ...

The condo's patio is steps away from Lake Superior with a beautiful sunset and a small private beach. These features were easily the highlight of the stay for us! It is an easy walk to all restaurants in town which were all very good, but the kitchen was also well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc if you want to cook. Pack your own foil, oils, spices for cooking but the host provided coffee and filters, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, sponges, paper towels, and toilet paper which was very appreciated. Paul met us upon check-in to show us around and was responsive to the questions we had during our stay. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the condo itself, and while there were a couple of minor updates needed (new screen doors and carpet), it sounded like these are in the works and it is definitely well cared for. We had a wonderful long weekend relaxing and taking in all the Madeline Island has to offer!

Superb location with access to anything you need. Quiet, peaceful, extraordinarily clean and well maintained spot for a lakeside getaway. Paul was very responsive to our needs and you will not want for anything with this rental. Very well appointed kitchen and baths. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but had a couple of issues. Screen doors and coffee pot were broken, but Paul replaced coffee pot same day. Screen doors remained a hassle. Also rugs in bath seemed worn/unclean. Staying in Bayfield would have been more convenient with shopping, restaurants and ease of touring the area.

Everything about this condo is exceptional. The location is right on the water. A wonderful place to spendthrift the mornings before a day of exploration, shopping, hiking, eating. The afternoons relaxing. The evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you want. The condo was stylish and beautifully decorated. Plenty of towels. The city of la Porte has good restaurants if you don’t want to cook....and we didn’t. You can also eat in Bayfield before coming back over the ferry. The ferry to and from Bayfield was convenient. We had no problems and barely had to wait. The condo is immaculate. Loved the fireplace. Paul is terrific. Best host we’ve ever experienced.

Great location on Madeline Island, faces west looking over the water to Bayfield for amazing sunsets. The property is very clean and well stocked. The manager, Paul, came over when we arrived and walked us through everything and was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We will definitely rebook this condo.

Incredible property

Beautiful views, amazing location with personal beach, steps away from great beach-side pizza/pub. Walk to downtown. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
