This was a wonderful place to stay: perfect location, quiet, peaceful, beautiful decor, wonderful view, and an easy walk to White Rock sea front with all its facilities. Because of an unexpected family bereavement, this was a challenging vacation. Nevertheless, our stay was enjoyable and even restorative, thanks to the lovely location and to Ginger's kindness, warmth and hospitality. We will be back for sure!

Lovely lovely hosts, and I sincerely appreciated their check-ins, leading up to arrival, and while I was there, making sure I was happy with the unit. The unit is so well equipped, organized, CLEAN, and thought of everything! Was able to work remotely during the week, and enjoy the sun much of the day, changing from patio view to open door view. The space is so well thought out and ready for guest(s). This was perfect getting to meet fellow "one day" White Rock residents, and was another stay helping me make decisions on wanting the WR area as a home. One day... one day... thank you!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Jessi's Hillside Gem. This one-bedroom unit is immaculate and welcoming. We felt right at home. It is beautifully decorated, and it lacks nothing. The outdoor patio with its bright, colorful furniture was so relaxing and allowed us a wonderful view of the beach. It was the perfect place for our morning coffee. We enjoyed walking down to the beach for ice cream. Jessi is the friendliest host ever! She brought us delicious blueberries and welcomed us upstairs to her patio which had an awesome view of the water. She is extremely kind and thoughtful of her guests. Ginger was a great contact. She answers every question and made sure that our arrival was flawless and our departure easy. We will return again next year without hesitation. Thank you, Jessi and Ginger, for your wonderful hospitality. Jake cannot wait to come back to go fishing!

This suite is so cheery and perfect! Ginger and Jessie were very welcoming. I’m a solo traveller, particular about safety and privacy, and this suite provided both. A great patio for lounging in the sun and enjoying sunsets. The best bed!!! Complete with a kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a walk-in closet, ideal for those of us who pack far too many dresses! Also, parking, which is a perk in White Rock. I drive a CX-5 and it fit in the driveway. I highly recommend this place and will book again if it’s available!

From the very beginning, Ginger kept in touch and made sure we had all of the information we needed. Not only was the apartment close to everything, you had great views of the beach from the deck. The space was tastefully decorated and had everything you would need for your stay.

This place is perfect! If you're looking for a quick walk to restaurants and the beach, amazingly kind and thoughtful host and views that will literally take your breath away, this is the one. The space is clean, welcoming and equipped with everything you need. Our family of 3 (5 year old daughter) loved it here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Thanks Jessie and Ginger!

I absolutely love this little condo/apartment. The location was fabulous with a great sea view from the large balcony (my favorite spot for coffee in the mornings). The condo was very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay an enjoyable and memorable one. And Connie and Jessie were super friendly. I will definitely try to book this place again on my next visit. Absolutely a 5 Star rating for me!!!!!!!!

Lovely suite, small but cute and cozy and immaculately clean, with plenty of room for us and our teenage son. The pull-out sofa was roomy and comfortable (even for a tall 16-year-old!) and the large deck feels private and has a beautiful view of the water. Great location, quiet and peaceful but only a short walk down the hill to the restaurants by the pier. Ginger and Jessie were super friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at this property during a quick business trip over from Vancouver Island. Very nicely appointed rental and super responsive owner.

It's a cozy little suite and very clean. Ginger and Jesse were very responsive. The room was ample big for 3 people and the outside patio furniture is great. My daughter slept on the couch and she said it was very comfortable. Parking in the back was perfect for a large vehicle. I would rent it again.

Location was brilliant and the apartment was the perfect size for a couple. White Rock is an amazing place for restaurants down by the water, and a short walk up the hill you can find good coffee also. The place had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area.

Immaculately clean with a large deck that doubles the living space. This is an ideal space for a couple. It was a little tight for 2 people not sharing a bed and using the sofa, but the walk in closet provided a great space for a large 2nd suitcase. Very easy communication and an excellent location!

This is a quaint, quiet property! Extremely clean and well equipped! The owners have put a lot of thought and love into their suite to ensure your stay will be an enjoyable one! It has a well equipped kitchen, modern beach themed decor, quality clean bedding and plenty of towels! We loved the deck during our stay….it’s spacious, private and has comfortable seating….perfect for enjoying a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful ocean view! We will definitely be back!

We greatly enjoyed this cozy property with a beautiful view of the water and the islands across Semiahmoo Bay. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Marine Drive, the pier, and the excellent, well-maintained walking path along the beach and water’s edge. We will be back!

Efficient communication with owner. Clean, cheerful furnishings, nice to have kitchen to cook own meals. Parked two small cars but better if have only one car. Walked to pier. Need a bit of stamina for the walk back up the hills. View of the bay on lovely balcony.

We were visiting family in the area. Great location for our needs & a short walk to White Rock Pier. Beautiful sunset view was a bonus. Wonderful host too! We'll be back.

Ocean view which was fantastic. Close to the beach and nice walk. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely balcony with view. Very cosy cottage atmosphere and lovely decor. We were made very welcome and are planning to go back in April

Adorable cottage with beautiful water views. We were in White Rock visiting our son and this was like living in our own space. December is rainy season so we didn’t do much walking but we could have easily walked to the restaurants and shops. We didn’t use the patio either but it would have been perfect spot to have a drink or read a book on a summer day. The apartment is a nice size for two people but would have been tight for three though they do have a pull out sofa. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of blankets and towels and closet space. It was great to have a washer and dryer and we appreciated they supplied detergent. Check-in/check-out were very easy and Ginger was quick to respond via text with any questions. Really a perfect little spot and we would love to stay again in nicer weather.
