Ceci est un appartement de jardin avec vue. Décoré avec goût avec une cuisine moderne équipée avec tous vos besoins de base, y compris trois gros appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un grand îlot. Vous trouverez un canapé-lit queen size, foyer au gaz, piano, pouf, télévision à écran plat, et une connectivité wifi dans le salon. Dans la chambre, vous trouverez un lit queen size, une commode, deux tables de nuit, deux lampes et un grand miroir. Il y a trois luminaires, salle de bain lumineuse. Il y a une terrasse couverte avec barbecue pour votre usage exclusif et cour arrière commune clôturée. Il y a une buanderie commune et un parking pour deux véhicules (tandem). Nous serons plus qu'heureux d'aider avec des directions ou des recommandations aussi bien que l'aide avec le transport en commun si demandé. L'emplacement est à quelques minutes en voiture des magasins, des parcs, des lacs, des plages et directement sur la route de transit. 40 minutes en voiture de votre choix de trois pistes de ski locales et 90 minutes en voiture de Whistler.

We stayed for two nights at the end of our holiday travelling from England to Seattle and Canada. I honestly wish we had stayed for longer. Everything was just great. When we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. The view from the garden was incredible. The property was spotless and very homely! If we ever come that way again, I would not hesitate to book here again. Can't recommend enough!

We spent our time in downtown vancouver. This place was easy to navigate to downtown using public transport. Great value stay. Beautiful property and great views. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. We would definitely stay again!

A very well equipped, spacious property with good transport links to Downtown Vancouver. We loved the views from the patio area (saw hummingbirds visit the hanging baskets!) - a lovely space to eat breakfast /relax in after sightseeing.

The VIEW is stunning! To wake up to the mountains every morning seemed like being in a movie. No photograph can do it justice.
Gina is a wonderful hostess - very approachable, quick to respond, and just an all-around lovely human being.
The rooms are spacious and decorated tastefully. Make sure to read the instructions for the fireplace, and you will be cozy whenever you wish.

This is our second time staying at the Howard Johansson, and our stay was even better than the first. It will continue to be our first choice location for our twice a year visits to Coquitlam. The bear was a nice added touch, but don't feel like you have to produce him every time we visit

Pictures don't do this justice! Its very spacious, clean and some of the best views you will get in PoCo. We loved having our own little oasis in the back yard where we could enjoy with family. Gina and Peter are great hosts, they made us feel very welcome. Thanks again for a great stay.

The best two weeks we have ever spent with the possible exception of The Old Key West Resort at Disney World. Attractive, comfortable furnishings. Bed better than we have at home. Plenty of extra towels and bedding. Well stocked kitchen. Well-organized guest book that answered every question we could come up with. Quiet neighborhood
The stay was great, just as advertised online. The host was very friendly and apologized for some noise in the house when they had a graduation dinner. It was fine and didn’t bother us at all.
The only improvement would be a new mattress as the one in the bedroom was very soft and uneven. For one person it would be fine. We would stay again!

Beautiful morning sunrises
We stayed here for a month while visiting family. The location is great. Beautiful parks/trails close by. Amazing sunrises and wonderful views. Gina was very accessible when contacting her regarding any issues, places to eat and other suggestions.
