Schön, dass ich hier was schreiben kann... Aber wo anfangen? Vorweg: bei Google Maps wird dieses Haus nicht mal als Hotel angezeigt. Sollte ein Zeichen sein... Man bekommt einen Türcode, betritt das Haus, geht zum Zimmer, in diesem liegt der Zimmerschlüssel. Es gibt keine Rezeption; niemanden, den man ansprechen kann. Die Bewertungen, dass das Personal freundlich wäre - ein Witz, es gibt kein Personal! Das Zimmer war klein, alt, der Teppich dreckig, der Schrank schief, die Spiegel beschmiert, die Lampe an der Decke ist eine nackte Glühlampe. Die Matratze unbequem, man spürt die Federn durch. Das "Gemeinschaftsbad" ist noch schlimmer - die Armaturen der Dusche sind dreckig und voller Flecken, der Toilettendeckel ist schmutzig und schief, die gläserne Ablage über dem Waschbecken verschmiert und voller Flecken. Dieser Eindruck zieht sich durchs ganze Haus, auch das andere Bad ist dreckig, mit Schmutzrändern an der Dusche etc. 369 Menschen bewerten das Haus mit einer '10', lasst euch davon nicht täuschen! Keine Ahnung, wo diese Bewertungen herkommen. Für mich ein Skandal, dass dieses "Hotel" überhaupt betrieben werden darf und bei booking.com als Vorschlag kommt.

The location was ok for me because I could access major areas in middlesbrough easily. For the breakfast I feel there should be atleast biscuits to go with the tea and made them available in each room so that guest can easily access them. Thanks

It will be better if the tea is made available in the rooms because it's not easy for a guest at the top most floor to easily go downstairs for tea.

The facilities were great if you needed to cook your own food or store some food in the fridge. At night it was nice and quiet. The toilets were clean and well looked after.

The bed was uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep.

The rooms were incredibly clean and warm. The ambience in the room was outstanding. As a professional, I was more than happy by the silence and the security of the place. Not forgetting, the owner, he maintained his professional approach when communicating with me and he gave me tea for free. Small little things that counts in business. That was incredible. The guy was very kind to me , he gave me free lift when moving out , though not far from the place but it really blessed my heart.

Everything was awesome.

My phone was broken at teesside University, and the landlord helped me go to a new place of residence and drove me there and also helped me communicate with my family.
