Property was as advertised, no disappointments. Roomy, well appointed cottage with plentiful amenities on site. Large comfy great room with big screen was nice to watch the NHL finals. Right on the lake with a private dock and multitude of water toys. We weren't too lucky with the weather but still had some nice dock time to unwind and catch up with old friends. Our host Chris was informative and easy to work with. The last couple km in on Dwyer is a real roller coaster and the nearest town with any amenities is about a 20 minute drive, so I would recommend coming well supplied with provisions...park the car, relax, and enjoy the surroundings!

Lovely cottage in a quiet setting with all the amenities. Our family had a lovely reunion. There was plenty of indoor space and outdoors we made use of two decks and games on the lawn.

The owner of the cottage offered us great service on all levels. it is my second time staying at this cottage. Having two bathrooms and a kind size bed was a delight. Felt like home away from Home. the water was calm, the scenery was beautiful with the leaves turning colour. I so look forward to renting this property again!!!! a Beautiful cottage.

Such a great stay! The lake was awesome for swimming and the area was so friendly. The whole family had a great stay. We had a big group and we were able to fit well even on a rainy day. Would absolutely return for another visit

The cottage is rustic but well appointed and suitable for a family getaway. The description is appropriate and Chris is very responsive to any questions. The is our second visit and we plan to return.

The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could need or want. It is a very pretty cottage with great views. Chris was very helpful and just a call away.

This cottage is perfect for a large family to relax and enjoy nature! It has all the amenities you'd want for a cottage stay - BBQ, fire pit, the dock for swimming plus the paddleboat, paddleboards, kayaks and canoe. The lake and the property are beautiful. The cottage has lots of space and seating, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and even has 2 fridges, and a washer/dryer. However, the place was not well cleaned before our arrival. And the power went out for the last night of our stay, which was out of anyone's control - just be aware there's no running water or cell service without power. Chris updated during the outage, which was helpful. Overall, it was a fun weekend. If the power was on, we'd have enjoyed to stay longer.

We had an amazing weekend at this perfect family cottage. Chris was a wonderful host, easy to get in touch with, flexible and very helpful. The cottage is located in a beautiful area of Chippego lake looking out on an island. Everything you need to have a relaxed holiday is provided: A well stocked kitchen, games, comfortable outdoor chairs and lots of areas to relax in. Thanks again Chris!

This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for a nice vacation away from the city. Chris is a great host and dealt with any issues promptly. The place is great and the views are breathtaking! The whole group loved the stay here.

Chris was a great host. Every time there was a minor issue, Chris quickly addressed it and offered a way to make up for it. The property is lovely and we had an amazing time.

Remote enough to feel ‘away’ but still close enough to towns/parks if the mood takes you. Homey but with a cottage vibe and the views are to-die for. It was everything we were told it would be…and more!!! Would recommend this cottage!

Very tidy and lovely cottage equipped with everything you will need. Comfy beds and the coziest couches you will every sit on! Big beautiful property and lake. Chris (the host) is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This was our third time staying here and we will be back again!

lovely property, peaceful, childrens toys there which was great for my friends' infant. loved the fireplace too. it was rainy all weekend so we didn't spend much time outside but we went swimming off the dock and really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Chris!

This cottage was a perfect place for our family to get together. The property and waterfront were beautiful and we enjoyed taking advantage of the kayaks and paddle boat. The cottage had everything we needed for the weekend and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

What a beautiful idyllic spot! We spent a few days with our daughter and son-in-law visiting from Nova Scotia and an adult granddaughter. The cottage is very well-equipped, the kitchen would put mine to shame, There was nothing lacking - paddle boards, kayaks, board games, etc. Chris responded quickly when we called him. We stayed at Chris cottage for a long weekend ( labour day ). The best cottage ever ! There are everything what you need & dream about!! The property is big, view unforgettable, inside so nice, clean, rustic & modern ! Wifi & tv works great , fire pit and patio excellent! The cottage is located on a perfect sized lake. Very peaceful and quiet. The cottage itself has all you could ask for. A home away from home. The lake is perfect for swimming and fishing. Can’t wait to go back!

Was looking for a getaway with the family to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We were not disappointed at all. Thanks Chris for sharing your beautiful property with us. Kids were never bored with the water toys and games. My grandson loved fishing off the dock. Weather even decided to cooperate but during those few rain spells we enjoyed the TV and game options.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Although we were only there for a few short days, we tried to take advantage of all the property had to offer. Being out on the lake in the kayaks during an incredible sun setting sky was a definite highlight. Accommodations were very comfortable and the cottage was very well stocked with your everyday necessities. Chris was super to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely return!

We had an amazing time! Our children loved paying outdoors as well as indoors as there were lots of fun games for guests to use. The cottage was very well equipped and had pretty much everything you would need. The layout and the setting was wonderful and we would definitely come back!!! Chris is an amazing host, the cottage was well stocked with all the essentials and amenities we needed. He was also quick to respond to all the questions we had. The cottage was in perfect condition, clean and really comfortable, lots of upgrades not shown in the pictures. Overall our stay was fantastic and it made our Christmas extra special. Will definitely stay here again.

Our host, Chris, was very thoughtful and good at answering questions before and during our stay. The cottage was very comfortable and well-stocked with everything we could need. We really just needed to bring food and linens. The property and the view were beautiful. We would definitely visit again! The roads are very hilly and winding though, so if you are traveling in winter, I wouldn't attempt it without winter tires.
