We are over the moon happy with this property and all its amenities! Our stay was enjoyable, Everyone had such a wonderful time, the kids didn’t want to leave! It felt like a home away from home.

We enjoyed staying at the chalet. Spacious, clean, lots of light and comfort. Highly recommend it.

We are a young family who lives far away from my parents. We would usually stay with them during our week+ long trips. 3 kids later and staying in my sister's old room just wasn't an option anymore. This gave us space to sprawl out and was only minutes from my parents (and to town for groceries, etc. I grew up in Crestline and staying here gave me a good view of my hometown. The mountains/forest recharge me. The extended time discount was a huge help for is pulling the trigger!

Ron was always responsive to all communication. The home has a gorgeous view and fun things to do during your stay. Very close to Lake Gregory. Great spot - highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was comfortable and clean and there was ample space to relax and enjoy are time away. The view from the deck through the trees of the mountains and lake was beautiful A plus was definitely the game room with the ping pong table.

Was excited to be able to fish and be so close to the lake with them s location.

The house was in a perfect setting to see the lake and the fireworks on the 4th. Kids loved the game room…ping pong, foosball, card games …they had a blast! Couple of items: Beds could use some upgrades; several very squeaky! As it’s set up for families, lake activities and hiking, more towels would be helpful. No laundry facilities! When I texted the host about laundry location. I received no reply. Nevertheless, we had a great time!

Staying at the Morse’s rental house was a great experience. The place was very clean and cozy and the communication with Ron was excellent. It’s a great place to stay for a relaxing gateway. Lake Gregory and grocery store are only five minutes away from the house which makes the experience even more comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this lovely home that overlooks the lake. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet which was perfect for us. We were looking to unplug and refresh from the everyday hustle and bustle and this property provided everything we needed to feel relaxed and comfortable. We were close to the lake for fishing and hiking and lots of places to eat. We would highly recommend this listing!

Had a great stay at the Crestline property. Ron was very accommodating with any needs and responsive to all questions. Property was clean and spacious with great views. Would highly recommend and hope to be back one day!

We stayed in this nicely upgraded cabin for a week in March. Though it has beds for eight, it was just my wife and myself. We enjoyed drinks on the deck with a view of Lake Gregory each evening. We had lots os blue jays and squirrels visit the deck railing for the treats we put out. The cabin has a beautifully upgraded kitchen and primary bathroom. We only used the downstairs area to play table tennis, but it was great to have it. As fellow VRBO owners, we can see how great for kids that area would be. Highly recommended.

The property was great. views fantastic. Be aware this is very high on a mountain. Drive is not for sizzy old ladies after dark.

We had a great time at the Morse Family Cabin. Very clean. We have 4 kids that range in age from 8-13 and they loved playing in the game room. The living room was very warm and cosy for family night movies by the fireside. Very close to amenities and did dinner at Toni's Mexican where service and food were great, and take out Chinese another night from Mandarin Garden. Did the short drive to Lake Arrowhead to walk the village and where we found a place for sledding for the kids. Also took kids to MacKay Recreational Park where kids had great time and view overlooking the lake was fantastic. Also did the very short drive to Heart Rock Trail in Crestline which was great to see the heart formation in the rock at the falls. Would definitely return if visiting Lake Gregory again.

Rented this beautiful home over the weekend. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Lake Arrowhead and Bug Bear. Beautiful view of Lake Gregory, great amenities such as game room, propane BBQ, A/C and heating throughout the home. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to use to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner for my family. I would definitely come back again. Ron and Rheta were great hosts and have a beautiful home.

Property was very quiet, Upstairs bathroom and kitchen was very nice, the kids loved the game room downstairs. There was a beautiful view of the lake. The only thing that was little off putting was we found a large chunk of jet black hair left on the bathroom wall.... none of us have black hair and I noticed it and had to remove it before the first shower. Other than that, the property worked great for us. Would recommend for any type of family.

This house is perfect for families with lots of space and a family room with a fireplace for gathering . I love the high stools around the island separating the kitchen from the living room so you can socialize while cooking too. The area is beautiful, especially in the snow, and not far from skiing and other activities. We loved it!

Had a great time here at this beautiful cozy cabin. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t any internet or cellular signal but that was due to a storm they had a few day before. It was still an amazing time, we had to disconnect in order to connect.

The overall stay was overwhelmingly calm and peaceful. It’s a great place to stay during the winter. During the snowstorm, the property manager was attentive and easy to contact making it a great stay for a family of city folk. The house is very cozy and accessible, excellent for groups large and small.

We stayed in this cabin for three nights and generally our stay was pleasant. The home was clean and the kitchen was stocked with helpful items like pans, dishes, plastic bags, and tea. There were a few issues we faced. The first being we could not get the heating on when we arrived and the home was 40 degrees when we walked in at 7 pm. Throughout the whole trip, we were never able to get the heat working in the downstairs of the home (we later figured out that this was because the nest which controls the downstairs heating was offline). The entire time we were there the wifi did not work- hence why we could not use the nest to put the heat on in the downstairs. We contacted the owner who suggested we call the 800 number for the spectrum internet provider to get their help to fix these issues (this is not something we wanted to do while on vacation). He also suggested we call his handy man to come remove ice from the driveway instead of offering to handle this himself. He ended up calling this handy man the following day for us and they arrived to take the ice off the morning that we were leaving. In the meantime our car get stuck on the ice in the driveway and we had to remove some of the ice ourselves and push the car out. Lastly, the beds were not comfortable- you could feel the coils on all the beds except in the master bedroom bed which was fine. In the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds one bed squeezed loudly when my kids moved in bed and kept them awake and the downstairs beds were very thin and and uncomfortable. The owner seemed like a nice person so we don't want to give a bad review but we probably will not be staying here again due to these issues. Some guidance would be to have 1 property manager available to address all issues so tenants don't have to do themselves. If they have a good property manager then it could be a great place-- especially for families-- it even has a nice game room downstairs which we would have loved to use if there was heat in the downstairs.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was great! Perfectly located close to town and other attractions. I would love to rent again.

It was comfortable and clean. Beautiful view, nice basement with ping pong table for everyone’s entertainment. Quick responses with the property owner and great instructions for everything.

Beautiful home in an incredible location. Only a 15 minute drive into San Bernardino and right up the hill from the lake. By far the best place I’ve stayed in the area. Will definitely be back.

What a joy this cabin was. With the open kitchen into the living room it was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of sitting room to enjoy everyone. The cabin was well appointed and very clean. Will definitely be back in the future.

Nice home is a lake community. House was clean and the bedrooms were perfect for us. The bathroom was newly renovated and we loved the rain shower head. It is a steep walk to get to the house and the home is on a hill. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the tranquility.
