La mer est juste à votre porte, au-delà de la belle piscine. Il y a une petite plage privée avec classe mondiale et la plongée sous-marine passé (il y a un mini-mur vierge juste là, et le «Big Wall» est à cinq minutes de baignade de la côte). L'une des meilleures plages du monde est à quelques minutes en voiture, mais vous pouvez échapper à l'agitation qui va de pair avec sa popularité, chaque fois que vous voulez. Les vues sont magnifiques, rivalisaient seulement par la paix et la tranquillité. Il est détendu, Caraïbes, vibes île toute - oh, et l'un des restaurants les plus célèbres de l'île est littéralement juste à côté ...

Une belle, simple, rez-de-chaussée, appartement 2 chambres 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan à West Bay sur l'île de Grand Cayman. Facile d'accès - pas d'escaliers.
Vous souhaitez louer avec nous parce que vous n'êtes pas venu dans les Caraïbes pour rester au 7ème étage d'un immeuble de la chaîne d'hôtel, vous ne voulez pas payer pour un "turn down service», et parce que vous appréciez obtenir loin du bruit et de la musique forte qui va de pair avec 7 Mile beach le soir (mais ne vous inquiétez pas, cette plage de renommée mondiale se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de là!).
L'appartement dispose d'un très grand espace de vie, et son plan toutes ouvertes. La cuisine est grande avec des tabourets et beaucoup d'espace de banc. Il y a un canapé qui peut accueillir 6 personnes confortablement et une grande table à manger pour correspondre. L'appartement est entièrement meublé - serviettes, linge, couverts, casseroles, poêles, tout.
5 étapes sur votre porte arrière est une belle piscine et espace barbecue avec beaucoup de chaises longues, et la mer est juste au-delà. Et vous êtes au rez-de-chaussée, donc toute la zone de la piscine se sent comme son votre propre espace privé.
Il y a la plongée de classe mondiale tout droit sorti du dos, des chars et des guides disponibles sur place, et une petite plage privée avec lits de jour et de chaises.
L'un des plus célèbres (et meilleurs) Les restaurants de l'île est à côté, et certaines des attractions les plus célèbres de Cayman, y compris le Centre de Turtle Cayman et le Centre Dolphin, sont tout aussi proche.
Et puis il y a tout ce qui Cayman a à vous offrir - (! Plus grande île de son pas le monde) qui est tout super proche aussi.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Bay! Our condo was well equipped, very clean and had the perfect amount of space for us. With 3 kids we used the pull out bed and it was great! We enjoyed the pool practically to ourselves, the lovely view and the snorkel opportunity right there. Loved having so many places close by as well. Would highly recommend this condo!

Everything from booking to check-in to our 8 day stay was perfection. Tim, the owner, and his management team were all amazing to work with from Day 1. The property itself is situated at one of the best spots on the island - West Bay! Immaculate, clean, and located right by the pool with an excellent view of the Caribbean right out the back door. The property came with all the necessary cookware to eat in, washer/dryer so you can pack light, and lots of toiletry items including shampoo/conditioner/body and face wash. Ample towels and blankets were also provided for our stay. Macabuca and Cracked Conch are only a 2 minute walk from the lroperty and ample dive shops in the area. If you are a diver this is definitely an excellent place to stay! We loved everything about it and plan to return in the near future! Many thanks again to Tim!

Our family of 5 stayed 6/2024, about 5 days. This condo is fresh and clean and appears recently updated. It has everything, from beach towels, ample dishes and flatware, and plentiful blankets and pillows for 5 of us. The furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the AC + ceiling fans keep the temps pleasant. Teapot, blender, good pots & pans, food storage; many extra little things that made the stay convenient.
The pool and ocean view are right out the patio door so it's the first thing you see when you walk in. It is a small and quiet complex so you may at times have that beautiful pool and beach to yourself!
It's far enough from 7 mile beach that you can spend the entire vacation in quiet, but it's also easy enough to get around for restaurants, etc. Pretty much everything you need is a few minutes drive, and in some cases, just a walk: we walked to the Turtle Centre and Dolphin Discovery, and to the Cracked Conch next door.
Check in was a piece of cake, communication with the owners and the management company was also super easy. Checkout was very simple as well: we tidied up, put a load of towels in and loaded our dirty dishes, and out we went.
We appreciated that there were no surprises upon arrival. Uncomplicated house rules, easy checkout process, and the photos you see online are exactly what you get. We were able to enjoy every moment of our vacation without a care.
We would 100% come back to this rental, it was perfect for our family!

Such a beautiful condo and the pool is right outside your back door. Amazing snorkeling only a couple of miles away at governors and cemetery beach. Loved it.

This condo was the perfect place for a week in Cayman. The condo had everything you could need during your stay. The pool was also like our own because rarely was there another person using it. I cant say enough about this stay.

The condo is in a great location - away from the crowds but a fairly short drive from the Georgetown area, depending upon traffic. Fosters (grocery) and Jacques (liquor store) are in a complex a quick 5 - 8 minute drive away. As noted in other reviews, Macabuca is basically a few doors down, and both Tukka and Calypso Grill are a short drive away.
Snorkeling off the ladder entrance was very easy and convenient - be sure to hit some other spots such as Eden Rock (great spot!), Smiths Cove, and Cemetary Beach if you are into snorkeling.
The condo was very clean upon our arrival, and was well stocked with towels, etc.
Communication with property management contact via WhatsApp worked fine, though sometimes a bit delayed.
As I believe some other reviewers may have noted, there is an onsite overnight security guard. In our week there it was a very nice gentleman who always took the time to say hello, and obviously took his job of patrolling the grounds seriously.
Two items to note: this unit does not have a BBQ/grill, and the Wi-Fi does not appear to be broadcasting in the 2.4 GHz band. We bring an older “vacation” laptop with us that has 2.4 GHz wireless, and it could not see the SSID for the condo. Newer 5 GHz devices such as phones had no issues. This should be an easy fix for the owner/manager to enable if they are even minimally technically inclined, but we did not bring it up to the property management contact Melinda since it was such a minor inconvenience.

If you are looking to stay in a family friendly, beautiful location in the Cayman Islands then you have to stay at Coconut Bay! From beginning to end, everything was pure perfection! We had the beautiful pool, ocean view, and luxurious accommodations for our entire family of five. Plus so many activities are just a short walk away such as the Turtle Center, Dolphin Discovery, Hell, and restaurants. To head into Georgetown, it’s a quick ride! Having a car for us was a must! Thank you for such wonderful memories!

Our family of four, kids ages 9 & 10, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation spent at this beautiful condo in north west bay! Upon arrival, and easy access to the property, it was immediately apparent the owners took great care in thinking of every convenience and accommodation to make their guests stay as comfortable as possible. We travel a fair amount as a family, and this condo has set a new bar with what it includes and provides, the property amenities and overall comfort and ease of the space both inside and out - everything was top notch! We would 100% stay here again!!

This property is absolutely stunning inside and out! It was perfect for our active family of five who spent most of our time underwater. How amazing to walk only a few steps out to the sea and one of the most beautiful dives in Cayman! Not only that, but when you finish with your dive, they’ve thought of everything you need in the condo from lots of drying spaces to no need for a key to worry with while you’re underwater. And the condo is pristine and clean, with modern furnishings, appliances, amenities, etc. We lacked nothing and had such a wonderful time.
Melinda was very knowledgeable and helpful and responded almost immediately both before and while we were on island. Check in was so simple and went very smoothly with the code. Our vacation was very special thanks to her recommendations and assistance .
We loved the area as well-felt like we got more of the true flavor of the island but could get to the more populated area easily if need be. We hope to come back soon to the Cayman Condo at Coconut Bay! Thank you so much for sharing your diver’s paradise with us:)

This rental is by far, the most amazing place we’ve stayed. Clean, safe, spacious, communicative, just perfect.
We traveled as a family of 4, one teen and one tween, and had so much fun.
We had so much information given to us prior to arriving, all questions on restaurants and activities answered before we arrived, we felt like we were locals.
Having the dive spot right out front was spectacular. Stingray was great with equipment and info as well. The mini wall was fantastic: turtles, rays, barracuda, eels, and more. So much to explore.
Can’t say enough for how clean and wonderful the home was. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens, and kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Always a huge bonus to have washer/dryer.

This is a great well maintained condo with an awesome west bay location. It is simple to get to and feels secluded but also close to everything you would need in west bay or seven mile beach. There was very little traffic from other residents or guests the week we were there so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool area is clean and maintained and right out the back door. The beach area is nice for relaxation and has a walkout stair for snorkeling or diving. No walkout beach but it's not needed in my opinion. Having the Cracked Conch and Tiki bar almost next door is also a major plus. Great place within walking distance.
The condo was updated, clean and everything we needed was provided. From kitchenware, to towels, to beach/pool items, it has it all. The owner was responsive and helpful for all my questions and check-in and out was very simple. I had not interaction with the property manager but also didn't need it. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back in the future.

This clean, comfortable, quiet property is a great find for an active yet relaxing dive vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed for preparing meals in. Furniture and decor are in excellent condition. Best of all, this property offers the most convenient shore diving experience imaginable!
Aside from a minor hiccup in communication with the property manager regarding entry passcode, logistics were simple and smooth as well.

I have been to 20-something countries and stayed at a range of accommodations booked through every possible channel available. (And we are rental property owners too — so we take our rental experiences very seriously!) This condo rental was hands-down the best vacation find we’ve experienced as a family — which is going on 17 years now. The condo itself is perfection. The cleanest, tidiest rental I’ve ever been in; excellent location on a beautifully maintained property; and completely outfitted with everything you could need or want — from high-end, comfortable furniture to shower toiletries to laundry soap (this is huge, as us moms know!!!). In addition, the owners treated us like family (better, actually!) from the first inquiry on. They gave us excellent advice that worked its magic throughout our stay, and they were beyond accommodating and kind when our travel plans hit (massive) speed bumps early on. Their hospitality was simply phenomenal, as was the property manager’s. She too embraced us before we even arrived, making sure that we’d be immediately comfortable at the condo after a few nightmare travel days on the way there. She checked in on us during our stay too — could not have been more gracious. And easy… These people were the easiest owners I’ve ever worked with. We cannot thank them enough for sharing their amazing property but even more than that for being such awesome humans. This condo is the best — BOOK IT!!! Do not even waste another minute looking anywhere else on the island. You have found your slice of paradise! Go!!!

This is the perfect spot to be on as it's quiet and peaceful yet a short drive to the seven mile beach area. Our favorite restaurant Macabuca was within walking distance. The condo was well appointed, beds were very comfortable (including the pull-out couch which is unusual), plenty of towels and the pool area and small beach in front are great. You can rent snorkel gear right there from a neighbor and everyone we met was really friendly, including the security guard who roams the place at night (although it's so safe it's not necessary). The owners were great and responded to all of our questions very quickly. We kept saying "we are staying in the perfect place" as we drove around and explored. Island is fabulous (stingray boat trip, swimming with dolphins, drive to Starfish point and Rum point, dinners out on the beach, Governor's Beach...). Rent a car and the grocery store is great - has everything including all the gluten and dairy free stuff needed. The kitchen in the condo is super - didn't cook but did quick breakfasts there. They have a water purifier so the water tastes good. I would 100% recommend this place to family and friends.

This condo was amazing! The newly renovated property was comfortable and accommodating. The location was perfect with easy access to Georgetown or Seven Mile Beach area.
The beds were extremely comfortable from the mattress to the sheets to the pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for making our meals. We loved going out the back door and walking directly to the pool or beach for sunset! This condo was spectacular in every way! We will be back!

This property was perfect for our family of five. Everything is provided! Very clean, tastefully decorated and super comfy! The location is quiet, on the beach, and it has a pool, no stairs for the grandparents! We all want to live here!

Family vacation for four (2 teenagers). Property was exactly as listed. Clean and had everything we needed. Snorkeling immediately in the water. Melinda, the property manager was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and helped to make this such a memorable trip. I cannot recommend this property enough... it was clean and safe. Only note, Snorkeling equip didn't come with the condo, this is listed somewhere as an amenity, however dive shop on premises had gear on the patio for our arrival. We had full use of it all week for $50 per person. I was happy to pay it as we used it every time. Rented a car and toured the entire island, I would highly recommend that as well. Simply a wonderful vacation in paradise and a great rental to call your own for a short while. Many thanks!!

Fabulous property
Our family of 3 adults enjoyed staying at this property immensely. Self check-in was very convenient. Early check-in accommodation was also very greatly appreciated. We spent many hours in the back reading by the pool and chatting with friendly neighbors. Due to windy & choppy waters, we were only able to snorkel out back a couple of times but had wonderful swim. Plenty of beach towels, detergent for washer, shampoo, etc. We walked to restaurant next door and had awesome meals, especially conch ceviche. We also went to the nearby Turtle Center and snorkeled with turtles. Great communication with owner and also Melinda the manager. Would definitely stay again if we come back in the future!

Wonderful place to stay
Our family of 3 stayed here for a Spring Break getaway. The condo is well stocked with lots of water gear and beach towels, basic kitchen supplies, grill supplies and starter paper goods. It is very comfortable. The memory foam beds (I think) were very firm but comfortable. The condo opens to the pool with a view of the shore. They have some sand here but is not beach front but a rocky/coral edge. This condo is in the Northwest Point area of Grand Cayman so you will want a car. Walking distance to The Cracked Conch, Macabuca Bar & Grill (both recommended), The turtle center and Dolphin experience. It's about a 20 minute drive to George Town and the airport without traffic. You can snorkel/scuba dive from the complex IF it's not too windy. Our first 4 days it was too windy and the waves were too high to go out. It's a short drive to areas that you can walk in off the beach to snorkel/scuba. We enjoyed the rooster that joined us on the patio every morning for breakfast. This is a great retreat if you want to be away from the hubbub (nice in this Covid-19 environment). The owners were very responsive by email both before and during our stay even emailing to make sure we got in okay. MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO ON HOW TO USE THE LOCK BOX - if you do you will have no problems accessing the condo. My only suggestion for the property would be brighter lights in the bedrooms. All in all a wonderful place to stay!
