Beachfront Condo w/ breathtaking full ocean & pool views, Top Flr, Small complex
Cette belle unité de condo Top Floor construit en 2000 est situé sur la belle Indian Rocks Beach. Une vue complète sur l'océan avec des portes coulissantes en verre qui se plient dans le mur pour une vue spectaculaire. Cette unité est un 3ème étage, unité de coin, ce qui signifie qu'il y a des fenêtres supplémentaires et les plafonds sont plus élevés que les unités standard. Cela vous donne l'impression d'être dans une maison par rapport à un appartement. (Cela signifie aussi que vous n'entendrez pas le bruit des personnes marchant à l'étage supérieur, car vous êtes au dernier étage). La peinture fraîche, la cuisine rénovée et les moulures couronnées en font un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la vue à couper le souffle. Nous entendons encore et encore que les images ne font tout simplement pas justice. Je suppose que nous devons prendre de meilleures photos :(

Si vous n'avez pas envie de marcher les quelques marches de la plage, vous pouvez vous détendre dans la piscine ou le bain à remous, ou profiter du soleil dans les chaises longues sur la terrasse de la piscine. Un gril à gaz est fourni pour ceux qui apprécient un bon bar-b-q. Et ne vous inquiétez pas, dans les mois les plus froids, la piscine est chauffée afin que vous puissiez toujours profiter du soleil de la Floride.
Les deux places de parking couvertes sont fournies très près de l'ascenseur qui vous emmène directement à la porte de votre unité.
L'emplacement de ce condo est au coeur de l'Indian Rocks Beach avec de nombreux restaurants, boutiques de crème glacée et boutiques. Quelques pâtés de maisons dans la rue est un merveilleux parc pour les enfants et une bibliothèque de la ville pour tous les lecture et les films que vous pourriez jamais regarder. Aussi dans quelques blocs est une belle réserve naturelle.
Sunset Paradise condo à Indian Rocks Beach est à proximité de plusieurs zones commerciales, un petit parc aquatique, golf putt-putt, un aquarium, quelques belles pistes cyclables, y compris sur le pont de Clearwater, un grand parc d'attractions est une heure, Lego Land, Dinosaur World et Disney sont à 1h45.
Il y a beaucoup à faire pour tous les âges ... ou vous pouvez simplement vous détendre à la plage, la piscine ou le porche arrière et profiter de la meilleure vue autour.

This condo is beautifully decorated with breathtaking sunset views, and a spacious deck. With only 55 steps from the pool gate to the beach, we loved this convenience. The hot tub needed a repair and the owner was quick to address this. We used the hot tub all day during the rain. I have hundreds of photos from the sunsets! We were not ready for this vacation to end.

This condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable far from home! The view of the beach and ocean from the floor to ceiling walk-out balcony doors was AMAZING! Quick, easy access to the beach!

Absolutely loved the location and the view. However, if you plan on booking this, make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish pods, and soap to shower with. For the price we paid for the unit plus $75 for beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella, some of the basic essentials should have been included.

We have stayed in every condo in the building over the last 20 years and this one was by far, the cleanest and nicest. Gordon was great and quickly communicated with us when questions came up. We appreciate you sharing your place with us!

We loved the place and hope to come back again soon. So convenient and close to everything. We traveled with a toddler and it having the elevator and direct beach access made it so easy to get down to the beach. He also loved being able to go in the pool. We could walk to multiple great restaurants. And Gordon was super responsive and helpful.

Great apartment in a great location. Views of the beach are amazing - we watched the sunset every night and the pool had great views too. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and there were some great dining options just a few mn away walking. Perfect for a family or a couple. Would love to come back!

This property was ideal for my top priority: a balcony offering an amazing ocean view. Nothing better than morning coffee or a happy hour beverage watching the beach and beachgoers, and of course, spectacular sunsets. The unit was immaculate and roomy; the owner was attentive and immediately responsive to any questions/issues. We loved being able to walk to excellent restaurants (especially Guppy's) and ice cream. This was our first trip to the gulf coast, and it was a great introduction to the area. Proximity to St. Augustine and St. Pete's and Tampa for interesting day trips also a big plus. Highly recommend.

We stayed with our five children and had an awesome week. The unit is dated but it’s still beautiful. One thing i didn’t expect: the photos show bath tubs, but the kids are NOT able to bathe in them. The drain is old and does not have a stopper. Hope that can help someone with planning.
The bedrooms and laundry set up are great.
The view is impeccable.
It’s a smaller building, which meant the pool was never very busy. It was kept at the perfect temp and the hot tub was great.
The dishwasher in the unit doesn’t really work, i ended up having to hand wash everything after running through the dishwasher. The soap door is missing so the detergent is gone after the initial rinse cycle.
Overall, we loved it and would have stayed again if it wasn’t already booked for next year. Don’t sleep on this one!

Gorgeous expansive view! Loved waking each day and enjoying coffee on the balcony. Walks on the beach, lounging in the pool and hearing the waves lap the shoreline every evening. And fabulous sunsets! This unit has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful property with Million Dollar views of the Gulf. This property has great amenities and is just steps from the Gulf. Host is great to work with and makes you fell welcome.

Our first time traveling to Indian Rocks and loved the place!
We experienced 2 days of full sun and 2 days of cold rain which allowed us to hang out in the apartment and do more than beach activities!
The apartment was spotless, the master bed very comfortable and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.
We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub on the cold days and walked to some local restaurants and shops afterwards.

Perfect location for people with small children, easy quick walk to beach/pool. Unbeatable view. Rooms were nice sized and beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies were decently stocked- a few dirty utensils in drawers and only 4 spoons. We had a little issue with one toilet- unable to fix but communication with owner went well.

This top floor condo is beautiful and was perfect for five adults and one child. Can’t beat the amazing view overlooking the beach and ocean! Some excellent restaurants and shopping within walking distance. When we wanted to go further we used Lyft and Uber which we found to be very reasonable. We all would like to return some day!

Our time here was really nice. Great weather and great views of the water. They were doing construction very close to us but it didn’t interfere too much. The condo was perfect for us as we had 4 kids with us and 3 adults. The pool was awesome for the kids and the hot tub was a nice plus for the adults. The only complaint I had was that there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for 7 of us staying 5 days. Other than that, it was great! Gordon communicated and answered all my questions. Nice place to stay.

Can't beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Lovely pool and hot tub. It was great being on the top level and not having to hear footsteps above you. Condo was well appointed with everything you would need for a stay.

We had such an amazing relaxing stay! We had young children and the condo had toys and plenty of room for each of us. The pool is below and breathtaking beach views. Very convenient for baby to come up to nap while other children stayed down at the pool with husband. We will be staying again at this specific condo! Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It was better than the first time (was 2017, I think--love the new couches!). We did not want to leave! The whole condo is beautiful! Plenty of room, clean, has just about everything you need. The balcony and the view, as is the proximity to the beach, cannot be beat. You can literally be on the balcony, be in the pool 5 min later, and be on the beach 5 min after that. My mom, in her seventies, is getting really old, and did not want to come at first, but she did, and had a wonderful time. We already want to come back next year! You will love this condo!

Spectacular views, awesome location and accommodating host sums up this property! We spent the month of February there and really enjoyed waking up and going to bed with the spectacular views of the Gulf. The property has all the amenities needed for a perfect getaway. The communication with the Host was phenomenal. Highly recommend for you next get away!

This is a lovely setting and the view of the beach is fantastic. The location is very convenient - able to walk to pickleball, seafood restaurants, bakery etc. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Owner did respond to inquiries promptly.
