The house was just perfect for family and grandchildren. Large and open, well stocked kitchen, plenty of plates, utensils, etc. Downstairs was perfect with the Jack and Jill bathrooms. Short walk to the beach and no crossing highways to get there. Chrisy and her husband were very attentive and responded quickly for any issues. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you Chrisy for sharing your house with us.

Nice house. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Great location-close to beach. Some minor cleanliness issues but not a big problem. The twin beds were uncomfortable in one bedroom but all of the other beds were fine. Road noise was a little loud at times especially on upper deck in front as the house sits right next to the highway. Parking was good and it wasn’t hard to get out of parking area that was in front of the house. Overall, it was a great visit.

This was our family's first trip to Fenwick Island and couldn't be more thankful for coming across this property. The house is spacious, clean, and very accommodating for a large group. The location is great with restaurants and stores within a few minutes drive, and the beach is only a block away. The beach road is immediately behind the house and was great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Only thing to take note is the number of parking spots available in the driveway. Max capacity to allow for cars to go in and out comfortably is 4, so something to keep in mind since the house is meant for a large party. Looking forward to staying at this house again! Ty for a wonderful stay.

Everything about this property was as advertised and wonderful. The set up was perfect for our whole family of grandparents, mother with 5 yr old and couple with 5 and 1.5 yr old. There was a simple walk to the beach, a walking/biking street out the back door, a little playground in the backyard, fantastic tv service. The neighborhood had easily accessible playgrounds, water park, bars.restaurants...We look forward to staying there again..The host was very responsive!!!

Overall we had a great stay. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax back at the house if needed. Easy access to the beach, it was only a block walk which was great since we have a 1 year old. Would highly recommend.

The house was great for our family get together, was very clean, and spacious. Only a quick walk to the beach, and very close to food, shopping and fun! Owner was very responsive before and during our stay. Would book again!

Enjoyed our stay here. The house was impeccably clean and a very short walk to the ocean. North of the Fenwick Island hubbub, but close enough to everything you need. Chrisy was great about communication.

We love this house. The fully stocked playroom is perfect for rainy day play and the proximity to the beach is just what we need with so many toddlers. Evenings were often concluded with a five mile bike ride through the side streets or a stroller parade under the moonlight. We have rented this home for the last two years because the floor plan allows for all three families to have their own bathrooms and the children can have the twin beds. It is furnished so tastefully and the extra sunrooms on the back allow for some quiet space away from the larger group playing board games or watching a sporting event. We appreciate the use of the large cart to transport our pile of beach chairs and canopies too. This year we did not grill but who can ask for anything better than a Weber grill! Our favorite playground and crabbing pier is just a few minutes away and in September the neighborhood was very quiet. The owners were quick to correct a garbage disposal issue and check-in and check-out were very easy.

Wonderful property for kids and adults. Easy beach access. If you plan on cooking every meal, I’d suggest bring your favorite utensils/tools and a sharp knife or three. But if you’re cooking every meal in a VRBO, this isn’t your first rodeo and you know to do those things. 10/10 would stay here again.

Overall a very positive experience, except for a couple of minor issues. The toaster doesn't work properly. Does not pop up - you have to watch it like a hawk to make sure your toast doesn't burn. Also, ice maker has an issue. It couldn't even keep up with a group of 5 adults using ice. By Friday we couldn't get enough ice for drinks, etc.

This property had so many nooks and crannies that no one felt crowded, and we were a group of 12 from ages 7 to senior citizens. We all fit at the large dining table which made meal times fun. The sunsets on the front balcony were spectacular. Enjoyed our 2 weeks here.

This house and it’s location is a wonderful option for families wanting a laid back beach vacation. The house has a good layout with ample space to have time together or apart. We were surprised by the misquitos in the area so be prepared for that if wanting to enjoy the backyard or balcony. The house needs some cleaning out- all cabinets were full and there was very little space to store the snack items we brought. We thought the toy room could also have a deep clean and the broken toys disposed of. Owners were very responsive to a repair issue we had upon arrival.

We had a great experience. Loved the short walk to beach. Had great weather. House was spacious. Would love to return next year.

I want to compliment the property owners for the swift action they took as well as gift they provided us when on the first day of the trip the washing machine was broken...with as little disruption as possible the machine was replaced. Since we didn't pack enough for the whole week - the timing was perfect.

This was our forth visit and will return again next year. The house has everything you need with a short walk to the beach. Big plus the area has plenty of restaurants and fun water sports

Excellent location, highly recommend for friends and family

This is very close to the beach despite being on ocean ave. Christy was very responsive. I think the owner took the previous comments about the kitchen not being well stocked to heart and we found it to have everything we could need for a week.

We loved this house. It fit our growing family so well. There were three couples and five children ages three and under plus another baby due in five weeks!The four bedrooms downstairs were perfect for naptime and the extra sitting room off the back was perfect for reading a book or watching a TV show. But what sealed the deal for us was the toyroom! It was equipped with soooo many options like a dollhouse, play kitchen, train set, Barbies, stuffed animals, and a library of books for all ages. The house is conveniently located a short block to the beach. Speaking of the beach, I never rented a house with so many beach toys! There were boogie boards, and a beach cart plus a Little Tikes wagon. . The Weber grill was well kept and the swing set occupied the older toddlers. The open concept main floor had a well-supplied kitchen and the best refrigerator. I am putting it on my Christmas list! Having a second refrigerator was a bonus too. We enjoyed family games on the front deck and when we didn't eat outside, the huge fabulous kitchen table worked perfectly. There was a crib and even a highchair. Thank you Christ for sharing your beachouse with us.👍

Believe a ceiling fan in master bedroom should be added. Jungle gym set outside is a plus with children, but probably could use a little maintenance.
