Great location and house. Well maintained and well equipped, our family truly enjoyed the space, the pool and the beach. We will certainly look into this property for our next trip down to SK. Very good communications with the owner, always available to answer questions.

This trip could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The house was spotless and the owners had left us a nice note and a bottle of wine. I really did not want to leave, we were offered to extend and we did. The owners were a class act, checking on us giving us suggestions and could not be more helpful and inviting to their home. Gisele and her husband were a pleasure to work with. I can not wait to come back, this was truly an amazing trip. Hats off to the owners and thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. The only criticism is that we were not allowed to keep the temperature in the house cooler than 75 degrees. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

During such a difficult time with illness and death of my Mother Gisele the owner was so accommodating as we had to extend our stay. We loved the home and easy walking to the beach! We will definitely rent again when in Siesta/Sarasota!!

We had a great month-long stay on Calle Florida. The house was well-stocked, well-appointed and owners very thoughtful about all the details. We've stayed at other properties in other states where the property management company will literally leave nothing in the house for rents. Not the case here, we were so appreciative of the efforts to make the process seamless and easy for renters. The house is well located and the online description and photos accurate. I don't think we could have done better for our stay in Siesta Key.

We didn't have any issues - but the owner was so responsive to my questions that if we had I feel sure that it would have been taken care of right away! The house had everything we could need and having the pool right outside the back door was awesome!!

We couldn't be happier with our stay. Gisele and Rob are great and very accommodating. We will be coming back for sure!

We just returned from our stay on Palm Island. Could not speak more highly of this vacation home. The house is in the most perfect location, near the beach and the Village. The back patio is it's own tropical Paradise. Can't wait to visit again!

We were so impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and location of this home. It shows that the owners really cared in making it a pleasant experience for all visitors. Loved swimming in the heated pool during the winter!

The location is perfect. A 10 min walk to town. 2 blocks from the incredibly beautiful beach. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Giselle and Rob are the nicest people and totally responsive when you need anything. The pool is such a bonus. And the neighborhood is really nice with great people all around.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful and very cozy! I also love how all the rooms are positioned in the house, where everyone has privacy and can’t hear each other. The pool is clean and warm, so we were able to enjoy it a lot! The location is amazing! It is walking distance to the beach and short drive or free trolley ride to town with lots of restaurants and ice cream shops. The house also feels very secluded despite it having neighbors around, it is very quiet and peaceful. We are a family of four, including two small kids (1 year old and 5 year old) and everything was just perfect! The owner is also very sweet and welcoming! We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa and wont be our last. We love this place so much. From the moment you drive up to it you know you are going to be amazed. It is light ,airy ,clean ,spacious, everything you need for a perfect holiday. The pool is great for jumping into on those hot sunny days. 3 large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and fully kitted out kitchen with everything you would need. Beach towels, chairs,lots of suncreams,sprays etc left by other guest's it's great. I needed a plaster looked in cupboard and found a full box. It really is a home from home. Great location just 5 min walk And you are on siesta key beach. 15 mins walk and you are in the village, great for drinking eating and shopping. We just love it. The owner's are great anything you want to ask and they are happy to answer any questions you may have and quickly. We kept in touch quite a bit via email. Gisele is just great. We felt very safe walking round all the neighbours are really friendly and always say hello. We love it here and can't say enough good things about this villa. So please come stay and find out for yourselves. 😎�

I will struggle to get enough superlatives in to this review to adequately articulate how much we enjoyed our stay at this property. The house itself has three good sized bedrooms with two well appointed bathrooms. Lots of room in the open plan living space and everything you would need in a kitchen. Outside the pool is large enough to enjoy a good splash about and surrounded by beautiful trees and bamboo which provides much needed shade from the sun. The location too is great. Beach entrance 10 is a maximum of 4 minutes away and all the amenities of Siesta Key village are a 10 minute walk away. Communication from the owners was spot on and they were very responsive. I am afraid that I don't have any negatives to balance this review with and it would be impossible for me to find fault with my experience. Thanks to Gisele, Rob and family - we hope to see this place again.

The house and its amnesties are as described and the location is great. Heated pool, Air Conditioner, comfortable beds and furnished kitchen. The communication was perfect with Gisèle and Rob. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thank you Gisèle and Rob for sharing your paradise :).

What a great house! Our family had such a great stay at beautiful Siesta Key. This house is a 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min drive to the village. The neighborhood is very quiet so the time spent in the pool feels nice and secluded. The village has all your needs covered, from groceries to beach gear. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 10/10

We loved this three bedroom home with private pool and yard. A short stroll to the beach and 10 minutes from all the action and restaurants/bars in the village! Our fifth year in Siesta Key and we will be back to this lovely home. Thanks Rob and Gisele for sharing your paradise !

Close to beach and Siesta Village. We walked or biked everywhere on the Island. House beautifully decorated and well equipped. Gisele and Rob were wonderful to work with!

We cannot rave about this home enough. It was the perfect layout. Totally updated and could not have been in a better location. 6 blocks from town. 2 blocks from the best beach in the country. A couple things that were critical for us were a comfy bed, good shower pressure and good Wi-Fi. All were fantastic. The pool was beautiful and the house and yard are taken care of. We have already booked for next year. Rob and Giselle are the nicest people and were great about taking care of things anytime we asked. Stay here. You won’t be sorry!

We really enjoyed our 2-week stay in November at Gisele's and Rob's house. The house was spotlessly clean, and well furnished and equipped, and the photos and description in the listing are completely accurate. Gisele was a pleasure to deal with, and the only very minor issues we had were resolved very quickly. The back patio and pool were very private, and the pool was kept at a pleasant 84 degrees. The beautiful beach was just a 5-7 minute walk away, and very handy for watching the great sunsets. You can also walk to Siesta Key Village in 15 minutes, with its several restaurants, shops, bars and grocery store, and there is a free, frequent bus service up and down the Key. Although we had a car, it would certainly be possible to stay here without one. The only possible minor downside is that we lost the sun in the back patio by 2-2:30 PM, but we were there in mid- to late-November when the sun is near its lowest point in the sky, and there is nothing the owner can do about this. All in all, a great stay.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 weeks stay at this lovely villa. From the moment you drive up to the property you know you are going to be impressed.lovely well kept garden at front.brilliant location 5 mins walk in one direction you are on siesta key beach. 10 to 15 mins walk in the other you are in siesta key village where there's lots of resturants and bars and shops.the villa is clean modern and large.we loved the pool. We sunbathed in back patio and when it got too hot we jumped into the heated pool. So good. Kitchen is well equipped but we ate out all the time anyway. Free WiFi.lovely big shower in main bathroom as we as ensuite. The location was great. 10 mins in car and you are in downtown sarasota. Lots of shops restaurant and bars.2 mins From there you are at the harbour with all the expensive boats.marina jacks bar does great lunch menu where you can sit outside and watch the boats on the bay. 5 mins further on you are in millonares row . St armands circle lots of boutique shops and restaurants. Next is lido beach then longboat key then 30 mins further on Anna Maria beach. Our favourite. Can't say enough good things about our time at this villa and Sarasota. We have stayed in Sarasota 4 years on the run and this was our favourite villa and location. Gisele the owner is lovely we had the pleasure of meeting her while we where there. We felt very safe while there and walking around. Everybody says good morning it's lovely. Here's to our next holiday next year and we will definitely be coming back to stay here. Jo and Colin dutton
