Nice house in quiet area not far from Broadway. Hosts had many details covered—too many to list. We communicated a couple little issues; the host addressed them so quickly that everyone in the group was shocked. I highly recommend this VRBO (or any others managed by these people).

Even with the city shutdown we had a great time. Some of our friends had flights canceled and we were able to get them back to the house. If we could rate Rick and Candy higher, we would. They are 10.0 Star host's.

We booked for my sister-in-laws 50th bday celebration. House was nicely stocked and comfortably slept the 7 of us. Location was perfect - 10 min Uber ride to the Broadway excitement and yet safe and quiet neighborhood. Fantastic long weekend in Nashville!

We cannot say enough about our experience! - owners wrote us a handwritten card welcoming us and had Nothing Bundt cakes in the fridge - owners checked in everyday letting us know the weather - we have never seen a home so fully stocked with amenities! They had everything. Ladies, you are well taken care of with hair supplies. There are tons of games and we could have cooked our own thanksgiving dinner with all the supplies they had in the kitchen. - my dad got to Nashville before anyone and because the rental was ready, the owners saw him on the ring cam and welcomed him in. He was so thankful and gladly grabbed the in law quarters downstairs. - the beds were so cozy with a selection of pillows and soft sheets! - the backyard was simply beautiful. We took advantage of every area. We stay at a LOT of vacation homes and we have NEVER seen a place this stocked with amenities! Checking out was a breeze too. They literally take care of everything. I sure hope we get to stay here again. Getting to downtown as well as the airport was so simple. We have a family member who is a cop in the area and he said that the neighborhood is one of the safest! Thank you thank you thank you for making our family feel so welcome and for bringing the Nashville Charm to your home!

My family took a weekend to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. We had 4 generations together at this beautiful home. Everything was as described and more. Kitchen was well stocked as well as bathrooms. Rick and Candy were so helpful from start to finish. Do not hesitate to stay at this house. Close to many things. The backyard is cozy and a nice place to take a break when needed! Thanks for a memorable stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this well stocked house- tons of linens, towels, toiletries, coffee and tea, and although we didn’t cook, plenty of spices and basic staples. Although we never met him in person, Rick was an amazing host - extremely responsive and provided tons of useful information and even left us a welcome treat. There is a keypad entry and alarm system for easy and safe entry. The back patio was a great place to hang out, and all the beds and sofa were very comfortable. Walking distance to a coffee shop and Centennial Park, and a 10 min Lyft to downtown areas. Nice view just a ten minute walk from Love Circle.

What a perfect home to stay in! Every need of ours was anticipated. Fully stocked kitchen with every spice you can think of. The bathrooms had extra toothbrushes, shampoos, lotions, etc. If you forget anything, don't worry! Rick and Candy have it for you at the house. They were awesome to work with. Very responsive about anything with the house and so helpful with suggested restaurants, etc. You will not go wrong by renting this home!! 100 Stars!!!

My husband and I, along with his three brothers and their wives, had a lovely family reunion in Nashville. The premises were immaculate and so well stocked that several of us realized that there were supplies that we should also have at home. The host left an abundance of information and was so responsive that he spent quite a lot of time trying to help with problems entirely outside his area of responsibility. Our single caveat is that the bedrooms can only be accessed by stairs, which may be a problem for some people. Otherwise, you can’t do better .

From the kindness in their communication and their sweet gestures to welcome us, Rick and Candy were amazing hosts. The place has absolutely everything 6 girls would need for a fun weekend in Nashville! I will definitely recommend it to friends and will be back with my own group in the future!

Perfect place to get away from the city. If you don’t like staying in the house on the bustle short Uber drive beautiful home well worth it.

Best equipped house ever!

We came for short visit but it was wonderful! Great house! Great help from host! House has everything you could imagine and came with treats from our host! Great location peaceful at night easy to get around. The beat stay we have had! Thank you Rick and Candy!!

We wanted a place that was big enough for 8 of us to cook, eat, drink, watch a football game, and hang out. We have extended family in the area and wanted to be able to entertain them as well. This house certainly accommodated all of that! We had great weather and spent most of our time in the outdoor area, which was so cozy! The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oils, coffees, teas, and much more. There were plenty of towels for all of the bathrooms, as well as lots of personal care items! The hosts were so gracious and available to make sure our stay was perfect!

Rick and Candy were amazing hosts! They had the home ready, stocked with all the basics (coffee, tea, sugar creamer etc). The location was great, quick Lyft or Uber to town ($8 - 20) depending on where and time of day. A thoughtful welcome/thank you for choosing them and, left a delectable dessert for us in the frige. The communication was always quick. They were available and answering questions before we even got there. I would HIGHLY recommend the home. The backyard is set up beautifully. Great room space. If a family vacation, they also had a ton of games and things for families. Rick and Candy, thank you for hosting us!

We had an amazing trip! This property was in the perfect location and had all the amenities you could ask for. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was as promised, the house was clean and fully stocked with all the essentials. The patio is very nice to sit and relax after a long day in Nashville exploring. I would highly recommend the Hillsboro West End Tudor for anyone who wants to visit Nashville. This house was beautiful. The neighborhood was quite and safe to walk around. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing was lacking when it came to kitchen utensils and small appliances, spices, etc. The games added extra fun to our stay. The welcome cupcakes a wonderful treat after a long drive! We would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Nashville.

This property is fantastic. Rick and Candy go above and beyond with this rental home. House was very comfortable and roomy. Spotless condition with more amenities than you would ever expect. Backyard patio was the perfect place to relax and entertain. Made use of the stone fireplace, gas fire pit and hot tub. Beautiful gardens and landscaping with total privacy. Will definitely be first on our list when we return to Nashville.

House was easy to get to and just outside of a busy area. It was well stocked with towels and pillows etc.. The outdoor patio was cozy and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended.
