Nouvellement construit. Studio, loft a sa propre entrée privée. L'espace peut accueillir 2 adultes max et 2 enfants. Il n'est pas recommandé pour plus de 2 adultes. La maison comprend un lit queen, un canapé-lit queen, une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle, four, cuisinière, micro-ondes et cafetière. La chambre est située dans un petit escalier menant à une mezzanine. Cet espace a beaucoup de lumière naturelle, de belles vues sur la montagne et est privé. Les espaces communs comprennent un espace de stationnement. Près du centre-ville, de l'Arizona Snowbowl et du Museum of Northern Arizona. Ce n'est pas accessible aux personnes handicapées. Perfect location for shops, restaurants and Snowbowl. It’s cozy and had everything needed for a short trip. Good selection of board games for children too. Steep stairs upstairs though so would not recommend for small children or if you have issues getting around, but owner is upfront about the stairs in description.

Jill and her family have created a stellar place to stay in Flagstaff! They are conveniently located near the Snowbowl and are very knowledgeable about the area if you need recommendations. The place was clean and served as the perfect home base during my 11 days in the city. I highly recommend staying at Cool Pines!

Super clean. Just the right size for a short or extended stay. Kitchen was Nice and clean, with good selection of cooking utensils.
Ones small note. Due to the steepness of the stairs to the loft, might be a consideration for those with balance issues.

Nice location in neighborhood close to hiking trail and town. Unit was clean and had everything needed. Bedroom is upstairs so could sleep warm in summer and stairs are steep. Good value.

Quiet, clean, private loft apartment in nice residential neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Full kitchen. Queen bed with memory foam mattress in spacious loft. Futon in living room. Steep steps to loft area. Roomy shower in bathroom. New AC - not needed in mid-June. Quick responses to questions from owner. Good landing place while visiting Flagstaff family.

trails to walk around in the neighborhood and it’s such a quick drive to the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again. :-)

I enjoyed my stay while picking up my son from NAU. Location was a quiet neighborhood and about 1 mile from old downtown. The place was clean with all things needed for a kitchen. I appreciated having coffee available immediately in the morning. Perfect place to stay for either one person or a couple.

It was clean, the description was accurate on the listing. The neighborhood was quite and a great location to destress. There was a talking trail close by that allowed for a scenic stroll.

My daughter and I loved staying here! The home was well-appointed with everything we could have needed for our stay and the kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals in. We especially loved the proximity to the bike path which we rode everyday! Great property - highly recommend

The space was clean, bright and comfortable. Our host was friendly and responsive.
I would suggest that it is more suitable for younger people than we are (70). The steps to the sleeping loft are steep and a little challenging at night. The convertible futon is quite uncomfortable for sitting (at least for us)

This was a great find! I appreciate the touches done in this property to make the visitor feel welcome. I stayed during a time period when a “bomb cyclone” was wrecking havoc along the west coast and into the Flagstaff area. The host made sure to shovel the path to the car, which I appreciated very much!

This was the perfect spot to stay for a few days while we were skiing. It was half way between the mountain and downtown Flag which worked perfect for us.

So clean and cute and great location to be able to get to everything in Flagstaff we wanted to do. Even though it is attached to a he house it still felt totally private. It was really nice having a kitchen with everything we needed to be able to stay in and cook some meals too. Definitely would stay here again:)

I enjoyed this property in its entirety. The images were an accurate representation of the apartment. It was very clean and the location is optimal if you are alright with a 5 minute drive into downtown Flagstaff. The directions onto the property and into the apartment were clear and easy to follow.

Nice and quiet space for couple's getaway trip. Perfect location between the Grand Canyon and Sedona, if you want to visit both. The space was very clean and easy to navigate to. Can't wait to go back!

We were very pleased with this VRBO. It is a small place so it was perfect for my husband and myself. The instructions for everything there were easy and concise. They had all we needed for our cooking needs. We would stay there again in a minute. This was an excellent experience.

Cozy little getaway
The property was immaculately clean and accurate to the listing. The road leading to the property was under construction but the owner reached out to us to ensure we could still find our way there. It was nestled back in a beautiful neighborhood, and had everything we needed!

The mattress tends to slide down. Very common of course with convertible futons. The unusual stairs to the loft and low ceiling at the top could present a problem for older or non-fit folks. Did not affect us and I am 62. Great place.
