We stayed in an exceptional facility with first-class amenities, including the golf course. We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Our community was just a short bike ride away from the local area's outdoor fun, dining, and entertainment. We will long remember Bethany Beach as Delaware at its best!!

This was the nicest place we have stayed in the Bethany Beach area. Clean, stocked kitchen, great screened back porch, comfortable bed in master bedroom, awesome master bath. As nice as our primary home in many respects. Hope to purchase a place like this as our retirement home! Excellent and good price.

From the start, Linda was in communication with us to ensure that we had everything we needed to have a complete hassle free and enjoyable stay at her place. The home was decorated charmingly, the kitchen fully stocked, the beds comfortable, one bathroom was completely redone (which I miss). There were games, tvs, screened in porch, and a fireplace, much more than expected. It was easy access to local shops, beaches and golf courses. If we go back to this area we will be sure to look up this great home again. Thank you Linda for everything.

I rented this for our sisters week. We are all seniors so this first floor condo worked out great for the 4 of us. The property was just as wonderful as the pictures showed which isn't always the case! It was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean..... which is my #1 priority. The location was great for visiting the beaches from Lewes to Ocean City. Linda was great to work with...checking in with me before, during and after our stay. 5+ Stars all around!

This is the best VRBO we have stayed at. Communication with owner is excellent. Home is very clean and has everything you need. Quiet and safe area. We enjoyed it so much we already booked it again for next year. Can't wait to go back!

Bethany beach vacation
Absolutely loved this vacation rental. Very clean and the decor was very cute. Linda was fabulous to work with their was an issue with the shower she had it fixed that day. Communication was great. Loved the outdoor screened in area. Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Also the house had pretty much everything we needed as far as pots and pans and utensils. The outdoor grill was great for a little bbq. Thanks Linda!

Cozy and airy
Linda was a wonderful host. Her home was clean, bright, and comfortable. The weather wasn’t great while we were visiting but the homey touches and fireplace warmed us right up after being out in the wind, rain and fog. The kitchen had all the tools you could need, and plenty of durable drinkware. Linda provided clear instructions for getting into the unit, using the appliances and enjoying time at Bear Trap Dunes. The restaurant recommendations were excellent, too! Thank you, Linda!

Quick Fall R&R break
Bear Trap is a beautiful golf resort and community. This property backs up to the 3rd green at the Grizzly course. The home is lovely. Clean, comfortable, well-organized and appointed, fun beach-themed accents, a screened in porch, everything needed for a home away from home vacation. We wanted to steer clear of the typical well-worn beach resort homes, and were happy to find this property to rent. Not sure how the owner managed to provide consistent 70 degree, sunny days in mid-November, but it was much appreciated, and I don't think we paid extra for that. Thank you.

First stay in Bethany/Bear Trap Dunes community
The owner was totally available for communication and was very helpful in providing info ahead of time. The condo's decor is very tasteful and everything looks quite new and lovely. It was very clean with some exceptions in the bathrooms and the fridge which I blame on the cleaning company and which I told the owner about. The kitchen was well appointed with all that you could possibly need, including a Keurig. The appliances worked great and the owner even supplied a Dustbuster/hand vac for small clean-up. (Love that- we have 3 in our home.)
Bear Trap Dunes is a lovely community and the condo's location is terrific, tucked in a cul-de-sac with back porch facing the (17th?) green. We enjoyed riding bikes in the community as well as neighboring communities. Although we didn't make time to use them, the community fitness facility, pools & tennis courts are also beautiful.

Just Perfect
This was our 5th year vacationing at Beartrap Dunes and our first in this unit. We’re not golfers but it was nice to relax on the screened in deck and watch the golfers pass through. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, no strange odors or stains. The kitchen seemed just about brand new. The beds were not over the top comfortable but we would definitely stay there again.

Beach trip
Property was even nicer than expected. Enjoyed this unit and location so much we could have stayed longer. Beautiful condo decorated very nicely. All one floor and only a couple steps to enter. View of the golf course from the screened porch. Very relaxing and comfortable. Kitchen very well appointed. Look forward to next visit.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated, up to date, immaculately clean
The condo was beautiful, perfect for our family of 4! By far one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in at the beach !
We did not use any of the amenities (pool , gym, etc) as we chose to maximize our beach time. That being said, think about that before spending the money for the passes to use the amenities and shuttle...The wait for the shuttle can be long and since it's not on a schedule, difficult to time it --we did spend 40 minutes + waiting for it, and opted to use our own vehicle after that --I wouldnt buy the passes if you dont think you will use the pool or gym...it's not very expensive to park at the beach in comparison. Again, the condo was FABULOUS and I 100% would recommend staying there!

Beach Week Review July 2021
The entire experience was amazing. Linda, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and very detailed with information needed in preparing for our week. She was extremely responsive when we had questions and super friendly. Her rental was extremely clean and well taken care of. We were very comfortable the entire week and Linda made sure we had everything we needed. Bear Trap is such a wonderful community and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot.

Relaxing beach vacation
Everything was perfect. The house was cozy and very clean. It had the perfect touches that made it feel like home. The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved all the personal beach themed touches to the decor. The location had it all. The property has a community pool, golf course and tennis court and a outdoor and indoor pool ( to name a few amenities ) The very minimal fee to have the extras was very worth it. We enjoyed it all. We absolutely loved eating all of our meals on the outdoor screened porch.. Thank you Linda for sharing your home with us and being an exceptional hostess

Wonderful Stay
This condo is better than advertised. The condo is very spacious with a lovely view overlooking the golf course. In addition to the rooms inside the condo being very spacious, so too are the screened-in porch an adjacent deck. The updates are very tastefully done and the kitchen is well equipped for guests. In addition, the Bear Trap community is quite nice as well. The host of this property is very welcoming and responsive should you have any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property as a high quality rental.

Would definitely book again
My two kids, mom, and I decided to get away for a week where we could comfortably school and work remotely. The unit had everything that we needed, including ample space for our laptop work stations. There were some times when the wi-fi was unstable, but it didn't adversely effect us.

Our stay here was short and not without some unpleasant weather. However, the condo was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail is amazing. This property exceeded my expectations! Communication with the owner was extremely easy; she was so friendly, responded to all requests right away and I can't wait to rent her property again! Her property was simply beautiful-bedrooms and baths were just as described but even better in person! All appliances were top of the line and the home itself was artsy and updated; she's taken great care to ensure that everything you need was there. I could've packed less but I'll know for next time! Backyard/sunroom was nice and quiet and gave the perfect amount of morning sun for morning coffee and great view of friendly golfers!
