Staying in this condo exceeded our expectations. Even though there are small things that need to be updated, we would highly recommend this condo and would be more than happy to rent it again.

We love Watch Hill; our fav haunts for 20+ years. We loved the condo location. It does need upgrades like rugs, couch slip cover and couch and chair pillows.

Debbie's home was perfect for what we were looking for - clean, full kitchen, extra towels, etc. The views of the water and sunset are spectacular and there are some restaurants and shops close by (unfortunately many of them were closed since we visited in off-season). We'd definitely recommend this place to others!

Watch Hill Mini-holiday
This well-appointed condo is very clean and bright and in a great location with fabulous views. It was very nice to be able to walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Debbie was a very good communicator.

Lovely location
Beautiful, well appointed condo right by the water. Off season was very quiet, but that left plenty of space to stroll the beach and star gaze at night.
Debbie was very helpful with the arrangements and getting situated.

Quiet Getaway
My family has been going to Watch Hill, RI for over 20 years and we were looking for a new rental option, that would allow us to stop in for a short 3 day stay vs. a full week.
The location was perfect, as we had amazing views of the sunset and quick access to Napatree Point. We brought our bikes and had a wonderful time exploring the area and taking a quick day trip over to Mystic!
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for place to stay beachside.

Cozy Watch Hill Paradise
We had such an amazing stay this cute downtown condo. The sunsets were breath taking!! You can walk to everything- beaches, lighthouse, ocean house, town- etc. It was New England paradise in Watch Hill. We cannot wait to return!

Perfect weekend getaway!
Very cute condo with everything you need. Bright, open and clean! Location was perfect! Walk a few steps to either the beach or the shops and restaurants. We would definitely rent again! The only issue was the ice maker didn't work.

10 Fort Road
Great location!!! Loved my stay there. Only a few issues-ice maker needs fixing, the screen in the twin bedded room was laying on the bed when I arrived[I placed it on the porch off the master] and the plug in the twin room between the beds does not work. Might want to check all of them. I would definitely stay there again.

Five Relaxing days
The views of both the harbor and ocean were exceptional. It very quiet once the Sunday crowd left. It was considered off season so there weren't many shops open but we expected that. Everything in the unit functioned as it should and the unit overall was well maintained. We would definitely stay there again.

My favorite place in the world!
This was my second end of summer getaway to this wonderful, bright, well maintained condo on the Harbor at Watch Hill. Takes me about 5 minutes to feel like I own it. The views are breath taking , the space is warm and welcoming. Little slice of heaven at Napatree Point!

Reliably relaxing
We've spent a week at this pleasant condo many summers and have always had an enjoyable experience, even when the weather didn't cooperate. The view is great from the sitting room and outside deck, and one can always rely on a comfortable breeze through the screens. The condo is removed from the noise and bustle of the main street. Best of all, there's a terrific gelato store only steps away to enjoy after watching the sunset over dinner!

10 Fort Road
We have stayed there for years and love 10 Fort Road. Wonderful location and very nice place. Only problems - the ice maker did not work and we were unable to access the WiFi. I stay in a lot of different places and have no problem with connecting. And I have stayed at 10 Fort for many years. but neither myself or my son-in-law could connect this year.

Fantatisic place!
We were so impressed with the place and couldn't have been happier with the location and amenities (note: the beach and carousel were not open the weekend we were there, but we should have checked before booking). In any case, short walk to Napatree and East Beach, which we were able to do without any issue with a toddler and baby in tow. We really enjoyed our stay - everything was just as described. Definitely book!

Both Debbie and the condo made for a great stay in Watch Hill. The proximity to both the water and downtown made for a very relaxing time. The walks each morning were beautiful, and to know all is within walking distance to the condo made this place very unique and one that is a definite for return trip!

A wonderful condo right in downtown Watch Hill. Comfortable beds, nice amenities and an amazing view of the bay and the ocean. Just a few minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in RI. Definitely look forward to returning.

Magical Space! Perfect getaway
Location is everything, and this spot in Watch Hill was perfect. The condo is spotless, perfectly appointed and felt like my own home within hours. Each night I was treated to a stunning sunset and each morning I walked the beach just a few hundred yards away.
The owner was attentive, even letting me know I could stay beyond checkout because the place was free. I didn't have to ask.
I will go back again next year and hope to make this an annual retreat.

Wonderful vacation in a great location!
We had a wonderful time in watch hill. Our condo was clean and spacious for 3 people. We were even told that they had renovated the condo so that was a real treat. The location was great! We could walk everywhere. We had water view and could hear the ocean at night. One night there were fireworks and we were able to see them from our balcony. The beaches were just beautiful and within walking distance. our favorite beach was napatree beach. We loved the place so much we will plan to come back next summer! Hopefully it will still be available.

Cozy Downtown Condo in Watch Hill, RI
This is a perfect location right in the center of Watch Hill. I could not believe how close we were to the beach, the quaint shops, restaurants, etc. Once you park the car right outside the condo, there is no need to drive anywhere else in town. It was the perfect size for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of extra linens, blankets and pillows - all the comforts of home! I wish I had more time to enjoy the condo. I would highly recommend this condo.

The condo unit was lovely. Very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great views from the three decks and easy walking to shops and restaurants and beach. We will definitely be staying there again.

Could have been cleaner, Floor Fan & portable fans very dirty. Oven dirty, pans unusable teflon pitted. Had to buy my own pan. Couch had stains & rip. Covered it with clean sheet. chairs out side (1) broken and one on its way. Bucket to wash feet loaded with sand not cleaned out.. Rugs stained. However, bathrooms clean, kitchen, refrigerator and living room clean, Bedrooms pretty clean. everthing else was very good. Loved the place. Beautiful view of Watch Hill. Perfect location for us. All and all a beautiful
place. Listing was accurate. Would recommend it, if it was cleaner in some areas as mentioned. Recommend Ice Cream shop for breakfast. Deli for lobster roll. Recommend Ocean House for lunch, beautiful view and very good food.We had a great time. Debbie was very helpful. I would rent it again when I go to Watch Hill. We met owner next door, Mark. He has air conditioner in bedroom. That might be something to think about. All and all We thought it was beautiful & spacious. Everything you needed was there.

We stayed in the Watch Hill condo for a week. We had fun times at the beach, loved walking the cute little town and sitting on one of the 3 decks watching the spectacular sunsets. The location is perfect with lovely places to take long walks and enjoy the sea air. The condo is bright and well appointed. Bach chairs, umbrella, beach passes in addition to what you would expect in a 2 BR condo. We will return.

Great location and nice views from 2 porches that look out over bay and ocean. Enjoyed biking around neighborhoods and out to the light house. Condo was clean and comfortable with lots of light and ocean breeze throughout. Already planning our next stay.
