Selah Maison
Bienvenue à "Selah House," une chambre 4, 3 salles de bain maison de montagne à plusieurs niveaux niché dans les arbres près du lac Monte Verde et à quelques minutes de Angel Fire Ski Area. Cette maison dort 8-12 est idéal pour les groupes de skieurs et snowboarders, les familles à la recherche d'un lieu privé avec accès à une variété d'activités, ou ceux qui cherchent une retraite paisible dans les arbres.
Emplacement
Bien que cette maison se trouve parfaitement dans une forêt de conifères et de trembles, il est facile d'accès depuis la route principale pour tout véhicule (pas de 4 roues motrices requis). Il est moins d'un mile ¼ de Monte Verde lac, 2. 5 miles de Angel Fire Country Club et parcours de golf, et 3. 5 miles de la station de ski avec une variété de boutiques et de restaurants.
The Great Room

Les trois chambres en bas, chacune avec un lit queen size, partagent une salle récemment rénovée. La plus grande des chambres possède également un ensemble solide de lits superposés en bois. divans Fold-out dans la grande salle fournissent deux matelas queen supplémentaires. Il y a une nouvelle salle de bain complète avec baignoire sur le niveau moyen pour la commodité de notre locataire.

Husband, adult kids, mother-in-law and I had a wonderful time. Place had lots of room for everyone. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen stocked with all the pots/pans and dishes we needed, for every meal. Nice grill on the deck.
Met wonderful people, around the neighborhood. Family enjoyed a day of Train riding out of Antonio, CO. ATV riding in Red River, shopping in both Angel Fire and Red River. Son loved mountain biking down slopes of Angel Fire. Great place to hike. Weather was amazing. Great communication from Hosts.

The Selah House is a true family cabin with plenty of space to sit, play games, watch movies, and relax on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook for a big family. Our favorite moments were watching the kids play in the forested area outback, building forts, while the adults relaxed on the porch and watched the birds at the feeders. We also enjoyed the location. The cabin is a short walk to the lake and the nearby trails. We plan to return for future trips to Angel Fire!

We took our 18yo here as well as our family to celebrate her high school graduation. First time skiing and we had a blast! This home was amazing and more than we could have ever asked for! Home owners were so kind and quickly responded to us! You will not be disappointed in renting this home! Well equipped for all needs!! Cozy and comfortable! Eat to get to and close to town! We fed deer off our front porch almost every morning!! ❤️❤️❤️

We were so happy with the accommodations. We were a group of nine. I was unsure about the kitchen having all of the kitchen utensils and appliances to accommodate making the sides for a Thanksgiving meal, but we had everything we needed! The entire home was well furnished, clean and comfortable. We loved having access to snow sleds, making for a fun afternoon in the new snow. Plenty of games, books and movies. This is a great place for families of all ages! Thank you to the hosts for making the home a cozy temperature upon our arrival!

We stayed here during a family reunion that was at another cabin. This was the perfect quiet place to retreat to for the little ones naps. Everything was exactly at advertised.
The ONLY thing that needs to be done is to take a hose or power washer to the baby high chair. It really needs a good cleaning.

Selah House is perfect for families. We love the short walk to the lake, the deck with so many wildfire visitors, and the comfortable layout. Everything we needed for an extended stay was already there. Such a great vacation home!

This cabin is very family friendly in that the floor plan/rooms accommodate multiple family/friend combinations. The kitchen was well-stocked, and they have a great collection of games and books. We enjoyed the birds and deer and the nearby beautiful lake. My only suggestion is improved lighting. But would definitely recommend for family and friends.

We have stayed here before, that’s why we came back! Such a peaceful place, well stocked kitchen, and games, and room for everyone! Oh did I mention the daily visitors! The kids loved seeing all the deer!

Wonderfully stocked home. Lots of extra linens, lots of kitchen supplies, even bird food for the bird feeders. Our only complaint was the smell of cats, especially strong in the master bedroom. Some pet hair on carpets. Would not be great for a person with allergies to pets.

What was needed for our aging parents was a break, a break away from the daily grind and a dip in the constant temperatures from the upper 90s to the 70s during the day. This Selah house offered an opportunity for me to bring everyone at an affordable price. No massive frills needed but all the necessary amenities included that one would need in a place to stay for a week. The bonuses were a simple walk down the hill to a trail around the lake my parents could handle, the constant deer and fawns grazing through the neighborhood, the multitude of birds for the ornithologists, and of course our chipmunk and squirrel friends. While we were there during the resort's shoulder season Angle Fire, Taos and Red River are all relatively close and provide alternate environments. Thanks for the usage of the property and I would say if you are looking for a place to stay in Angel Fire - go ahead and give this place a try. Enjoy.

Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Took full advantage of the lake access, hiking trails, and large patio for a week of working remote and relaxation. House has many bedrooms and bathrooms for a group, and stocked kitchen.

Great Family Vacation House

Very close to fishing, canoeing, hiking, horse back riding and stores and places to to eat
Enjoyed everything with no complications with property, arrangements or finding anything, owners gave a pamphlet that helped with everything and kept in touch with us. Would do it all over again.

Great summer get away
We wanted one last breathe of cool air before the summer heat and humidity settled in around Houston and the Selah House was perfect. Mark, the owner, was great with communication and the house had just about everything we needed.. Honestly, my only complaint (and it’s a very minor one) was that the kitchen knives were dull and need to be sharpened.

The house was amazing! It was everything we needed and wanted. It's comfortable and homey and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Mark was very responsive and gave us great guidance and advice. I highly recommend Selah House.

We were so blessed to stay in this house. The bedrooms are comfortable and separated enough that we could put the kids to bed and stay up playing games and laughing without disturbing them. Super close to the lake for morning walks, and a fire pit for scores to end our days. We would come back for sure.

My family had an excellent time at Selah House. The area is very pretty and quiet. We enjoyed seeing deer on the property almost every morning of our stay. The house is very clean, comfortable, and included everything we needed.

Selah House - Angel Fire
The Selah House had everything a large group needed to spend a weekend in Angel Fire, from crates for dogs, to kitchen amenities. All the beds were comfortable and we were only a 5 min walk from the lake. Could not have enjoyed our stay more.

Motorcyclists in Angel Fire
The property was exactly as posted on VRBO. Well even better. The owner was very kind to responding to a little hiccup upon arrival. We wish we could have stayed longer but Hurricane Ida cut it short by one day. The guys had daily riding adventures on their bikes. One of our best houses we have rented in Angel Fire.
