2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 1272 pieds carrés, Ce grand condo est à seulement un pâté de maisons de la vieille ville de Florence. Le condo a à peu près tout ce que vous pourriez vouloir ou besoin de vous sentir comme chez vous, y compris une terrasse avec barbecue à gaz. Il y a une télévision 46 "et un lecteur DVD. Mobilier et équipements que vous attendez d'une location de vacances 5 étoiles. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, ce sont vos vêtements. Épicerie (Safeway) est à seulement un mile de distance et propose également des films Red Box. La grande chambre principale a un lit King; salle de bain principale a une grande douche à l'italienne. La chambre a un lit Queen; salle de bain d'hôtes a baignoire et douche. Place de parking couverte et numérotée dans le garage de niveau inférieur ou se garer dans le parking supérieur adjacent à la porte d'entrée.
Le Laurel Crossings Condominium est à quelques pas de certains des meilleurs bistrots, cafés et restaurants de la vieille ville de Florence. Profitez des nombreuses galeries et antiquaires. À quelques pâtés de maisons du Florence Events Center. Ou rendez-vous au casino Three Rivers pour jouer, avec 5 restaurants, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Le condo est en face du Florence Playhouse. La région propose de nombreuses activités comme la randonnée, la pêche, le golf, la marche sur la plage. Louez un buggy de dunes et essayez de monter sur les dunes. Si le peignage de plage est dans vos plans, South Jetty est à 2 1/2 miles au sud ou dirigez-vous vers le nord jusqu'à Heceta Beach, à environ 5 miles. Visitez les grottes des otaries et le célèbre phare Heceta, juste au nord de Florence. Pêchez, visitez l'un des 27 lacs de la région de Florence et attrapez des bars trophées. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo in Old Town Florence. It is light, bright, very comfortable and spotless. It is a short one minute walk to Bay Street, with so many yummy restaurants and fun stores.
We ate dinner in Old Town both nights, but the kitchen is well supplied if we had wanted to cook our meals. It was hard to leave, and we already look forward to our next stay! We enjoy visiting Florence, and we hope this vrbo condo is always available when we go!

The condo was absolutely beautiful with all the accomodations for a wonderful stay! Loved the parking space available as it can be hard to park downtown. The balcony was delightful! In walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and our favorite spot- River Roasters! So many nice touches and thoughtful additions to feel like home!

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this one is definitely one of the best! So clean, well stocked with anything you could possibly need and it just felt so comfortable. We loved walking across the street to Main Street and visiting the cute shops. Will definitely stay here again.

This place I would rate a 14 on a 1-10 scale. Looking forward to another stay in the future. I thought it was brand new. Had everything you could want. Pick it. You won’t be disappointed!

This home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to Old Town, which had great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed visiting 2 nearby lakes and attending the Rods and Rhoddies car show. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We really appreciated all of the amenities the owner provided. It was just like being at home!

The property was great. But I was appalled at all the fees VRBO tacked on. When they got done the fees were more than the cost of the rental. And forced to buy insurance did not set well with me. It would be more honest if the fees were advertised in the property cost!

I've stayed at several VRBO properties and this is, by far, the nicest. It has the nicest appointments and is better stocked than any I have rented. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend this property but you may have to wrestle with me for time!!

We were a block off the main business street. We had a deck which we used every day. We had a garage space for the car which was great.

Love this condo. We have stayed here before and it is the best equipped condo we have ever rented. They have thought of everything. Great location and no stairs if that's an issue.

Easy access to old town. Nice deco, like staying in a private home vs a hotel room. Lots of little details taken care off.
If noise is a concern remember you are in Old Town. Master bedroom can be noisy.

Two old ladies on a girl friend week.
This condo is located right in old town Florence. Everything was provided in this property down to a scrubby for the shower and a special hair drying towel. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, coffee and tea, everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. Many movies to watch, I can't list all of the nice additions in this condo. Loved it!!!!

Beautiful downtown Florence condo
Mom (86) and I (61) had a great time in Florence at this condo. We ate out so did no cooking (vacation from cooking!) but the kitchen had everything you could want if you were to cook. It was very clean, and the condo looks like an ad for Pottery Barn, it’s decorated beautifully. No stairs at all and the master bath is disabled friendly. Just a minute or two walk to all the shops and restaurants on Bay Street. Some reviews mentioned noise from garbage trucks etc. but we didn’t find that disturbing, it was just a few moments here and there, and what I expected being in a downtown condo. I had fun trying to collect all the charms for the charm bracelet from the shops that is the current promotion in Florence. We loved it and highly recommend. Would def stay again. Thanks to the hosts for having such a lovely and affordable condo in a fabulous location.

Wonderful Condo close to Old Town.
Coastal themed ADA accessible condo walking distance from Old Town and restaurants. Roomy, very clean, great floor plan with laundry. Stocked with lots of games, condiments in fridge, shampoo & conditioner provided.

Will definitely stay here again
The condo had everything we needed plus more. The attention to details made it a stress free stay. From kitchen spices, movies, games, to the little cups in the bathroom to get a drink in the middle of the night, every detail was thought of. The condo was extremely clean with no weird smells. My family will be staying here again and again.

Golf trip
Our husbands golfed a tournament and the girls strolled the shops and enjoyed watching people while sipping a cocktail on the deck. Perfect location! We will be back.

Perfect Getaway!
This was one of the best places we have stayed. It is fully stocked, beautiful decor and very clean. You will want for nothing! Perfect location in center of old town you can even see the bridge from inside and a slice of downtown from the deck. Previous reviews mentioned noise, we didn’t experience anything that was disturbing, light walking from upstairs and a midday delivery truck. I actually thought it was very quiet for downtown. Definitely will be back!

Lovely unit but beware of noise
The unit is lovely, spacious and very comfortable. It is also in the heart of Old Town so you are steps away from restaurants, shops and the water. The only negative is that it's rather noisy. It is not a quiet unit. The people who reside above this unit were very noisy and also because the unit is so close to the restaurants and businesses in Old Town the delivery and garbage trucks arrive in the middle of the night and make a huge racket. If you are looking for quiet this is not the place. But if you don't mind the noise, it's a great place to stay.
