This place was extremely clean and comfortable. Much larger than it looks in the pictures. Great value.

This historic "executive loft" offered everything described and more. Each room is interesting and professionally decorated. Attention to detail is incredible - from original floors and woodwork including high ceilings and 10" baseboards to custom made furniture and gallery quality artwork. Plus we enjoyed the food options along Main Street. Breakfast at the bakery, a friendly ice cream parlor, and several excellent lunch and dinner options at reasonable prices just steps away. Great stay! 5 stars!

The pictures don't do this place justice. The loft is very spacious and comfortable, and appointed with so many carefully selected furniture items and pieces of artwork. We met a few friends for a couple of nights, and found plenty to do mostly in walking distance of the small downtown area. Fantastic donut shop across the street, ice creamery right next door, assortment of interesting wines and other liquors at the pharmacy, and the Farm Museum just down the block. Our only regret was not making it to the gallery and boutique downstairs before they closed. We will happily stay again!

Great place to stay, central to many amenities in West Michigan. Much bigger in reality than the pictures!

It was everything they said it would be and more! Clean, plenty of space an adorable loft. Close to so much from Muskegon and every place in between to Grand Rapids

Six adults stayed in this spacious, stylish, outstanding space located in a small town in West Michigan. Just 15 miles/20 minutes from the Lake Michigan shore, folks went back and forth spending time at the beach, shopping Grand Haven and ending the day watching the sunset.

This spacious loft, full of charm, was perfect for our visit with family. Located in a quaint town with local restaurants and shops right out your front door, we will definitely stay again on our next visit.

We were in town for 12 days and loved everything about the loft. It was not only gorgeous and comfortable, but we all had our own space to spread out.

Teen birthday weekend
This loft is amazing! It has tons of space and is comfortable. It is also really quiet! We enjoyed everything about this property, from the communication, the location, the decor, the space, the character of the historic loft- everything! While there, we enjoyed going to Saugatuck for shopping and dune ride, Muskegon for the beach and Douglas for a hot dog and root beer at the Root Beer Barrel. I would stay again and recommend this property!

Beautiful and Artistic VRBO
My family and I can’t express how impressed we were with Susan’s rental. It was beautifully and artistically decorated with high quality pieces. The loft was clean and way bigger in person than we thought it would be. We enjoyed walking to the shops, bakery and restaurants nearby. We will definitely be renting again the next time we are in town!

Very nice, impressive property; well kept.
For a brick walled building, the walls seemed 'thin', as Friday night we could hear the bar next door and activity on the street. Thankfully, the bar was closed Saturday night.

Went on a long weekend trip with family and the loft was a perfect midway point between Grand Rapids and Grand Haven. Much larger than the pictures suggest. Very clean and well maintained.

We were very fortunate to find this loft. It is an art lover's dream...exposed brick walls, high ceilings and artistically decorated with all the comforts of home. Located in the heart of quaint downtown Coopersville. We look forward to staying here again!

Winter wonderland stay
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful loft. The property was as advertised and access to it was easy. It is a loft so there are stairs one must climb to get to it which was not an issue for my family. They area around the loft was so charming. Christmas music was playing in the town while the snow was falling. It was simply magical. One tiny drawback was that the music played well into the early morning hours so if you slept in the front bedroom you could hear that. Those sleeping in the back bedrooms could not hear the music. That is one thing to consider if you will be using all of the bedrooms and have a light sleeper among you. I am not sure if the music plays at other times of the year or just during the holidays. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Wonderful Modern place in a small town
The property is a beautiful loft. Full kitchen, three large bedrooms. The only downfall is no elevator, you must be able to climb a flight of stairs.
Highly recomend staying here… Great for visiting the beach and grand rapids!

A gem of a place
4 of us girls had a wonderful relaxing 2 night stay. Beautifully decorated. Modern & clean. We did a beach day in Grand Haven, hung out doing facials, talking, yoga, eating, walking… quiet little town close to GR & the lake. The space is spacious and everything of great quality. Would definitely recommend staying.

Our family of four stayed at the loft for three nights, and we enjoyed the space so much! The pictures on the rental listing simply don’t do it justice. The loft was so, so spacious! The master bedroom was on one end, while the second & third bedrooms were on another. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware, glassware, dishes, etc. that we needed, and we truly enjoyed being able to cook our meals while we we there. We were thankful to find extra pillows and blankets as desired. Though we travel with our own and did not need the provision, there were basic shampoos, soaps, and laundry detergent provided. Really, everything a traveler could need! The loft’s location between Grand Rapids and Grand Haven made for very nice, easily-traveled day trips to check out beaches, restaurants, and shopping.Speaking of shopping, be sure to make a visit to The Green Brick Boutique, located just below the loft. Terrific clothes and a super friendly shoppe keeper! And, the cinnamon rolls at The Delly Belly bakery, across the street from the rental, are wonderful. There is a small splash pad for young children just down the street, and a warm, inviting alley just a couple doors down that has seating, cafe lights, and a large fireplace. The small convenience store next to it sells firewood for it, with a cash box for after-hours purchasing. The exposed brick, tall ceilings, beautiful artwork, quiet location, and terrific amenities make this loft one we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again and would highly recommend to others. Thank you, Susan, for making it available to travelers! We simply loved your beautiful home.
