Extremely well stocked and very clean. It had everything we could ever use and was clean, clean, clean. Beds were very comfortable and I can not recommend the location. 15 minutes to the park, a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the farmers market, walking trails just out the door. Really nice property

Great home, great neighborhood, and great location for getting to all the usual hiking areas. Very helpful owners with lots of information about local fishing, hiking and restaurants.

Property was exactly as described! Clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable. Charlotte and Peter were very friendly and provided plenty of literature about places to eat and things to do.

In our group we had five adults and two children. From the beginning Pete and Charlotte were extremely friendly. We have been in contact since we booked our stay. They welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us plenty of kind suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. This house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need! They also provided us with bear spray, umbrellas, walking sticks and even a cooler! This was extremely helpful as we flew and could not bring these things ourselves. They had Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus, which the kids really enjoyed, as well as their large game selection. The parking easily fit both of our cars. We were also 15ish minutes from the west entrance of Glacier National Park, which was the main reason for us being in Montana. I cannot recommend this place enough! The furniture and beds were comfy, which after a long day of hiking was great! We will definitely be back!

Charlotte and Pete have a wonderful home very centrally located for all things Glacier Nat Park! It fit our needs perfectly plus all the additional items included in the rental were very much appreciated! A cooler with plenty of frozen water bottles made picnics a breeze. All paper products were included so no need to stock up on TP, tissues or paper towels. Also plenty of bear spray canisters to take on hikes! A big supply of coffee and filters, tea bags and water in the fridge were much appreciated! Beds and pillows were better than what we have at home! Plenty of towels! Tons of brochures about activities, trails and park info made for planning of day trips super easy. Charlotte and Pete were very helpful with questions we had about the area and we all thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them. Friendly and there when you needed something but they gave us our privacy too. I would highly recommend this home for your vacation!

This rental was clean, comfortable, convenient, and classy! Everything was provided for such as coffee and filters, spices, bear spray, bug repellent, cooler, drinking water, pillows of different support, maps and brochures galore, air conditioning, hiking poles, umbrellas, all soaps and shampoos, even toilet paper and paper towels and Kleenex. The decorating was spot on (no hand me down furniture here!), the unit was very quiet, and the extra powder room downstairs was so handy. The bedrooms have room-darkening blinds and the mattresses feel new with great support. Plenty of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby all within walking distance (we did walk to downtown easily). All three couples enjoyed coming home to this comfy space after a busy day hiking and exploring. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Book it now. Three bedrooms fit three couples beautifully, room for another as there’s a bed on the landing if you don’t mind that. The hosts were so helpful, they seem to really care about their guests. Thanks for helping to make this our best vacation yet!

The hosts had all local activities displayed for us to easily find things to do while we were there. All rooms were well equipped and very clean. The owner stayed in the house beside of us and visited us every day to ensure we were having a good time.

Located within walking distance to Montana Coffee Company and short drive to nearby stores in town and not too far from West Glacier. Absolutely love it - if looking for modern, comfortable and relaxing home away from home with excellent hosts- it’s all you need !

We enjoyed our stay at Charlotte and Peter's house. The location was perfect for frequent trips into the park. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The hosts were responsive and friendly. They went over and above by providing bear spray, water, a cooler, bug spray, and sunscreen for us. The house is very well supplied nestled in a quite neighborhood. The Flathead River is within walking distance and only 15 mito the west gate of glacier national park. Would most definitely stay there agian

Property managers were on site with loads of helpful tips for the Glacier area. The town is located between Whitefish and the National park. Prime location! Walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop! Wonderful week away.

We loved our time in Columbia Falls! Pete and Charlotte were very accommodating and were extremely helpful with finding activities/restaurants in the area. The house was clean and was stocked with all the necessitities. We would love to come back!

We loved staying at this property. It was in the perfect location to head to GNP, Whitefish, and Kalispell. We stayed with our family of 4 with 2 kids and my parents. The owners stay in the duplex next door but you don't hear a thing and apparently they don't hear us! My kids wanted to play dominos late one evening and we got worried about the noise but Charlotte assured us that they hear nothing. The property is so well insulated that we didn't even hear anything downstairs from our rooms upstairs. It was wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We were able to grill, roast ribs, have pizzas and a taco night with no issues. It is a very well cared for property that they use themselves in the off season. Each bed is different so you can choose your comfort level which was a plus. In the pantry there was all kinds of things that were nice to have for people flying in. There was bear spray, sunscreen, bug spray, etc. There are games like dominos and reverse Uno, which was a big hit with our kids. Overall, we all agreed that we would definitely stay here again on another trip. It was peaceful and comfortable which made for a great family vacation.

This is a perfect property/location for staying on the west side of Glacier National Park. The house was very nice and extremely clean. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room and bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable, and we really loved the shady back patio in the afternoon. Pete and Charlotte have done a great job having a lot of little nice touches that make the property feel very homey. Overall it was the perfect place to stay for us for our summer trip!

Location was ideal for frequent trips into the park. Unit was clean and kitchen well appointed, also outdoor grill. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Bear spray, cooler, bug spray, sunscreen all in unit. 12 minutes to Glacier airport. Great coffee, microbrews and food nearby. 6 active adults had plenty of room to relax and recharge. Would stay again.

What a wonderful property to stay in while visiting Glacier National Park! Lots of amenities and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need (even bear spray, insect repellant and sunscreen)! The owners have put a lot of effort into making sure it is a true 'home away from home'! The beds were comfortable and all linens were provided and very nice. The owners also placed brochures for local places to visit/eat/shop, etc. at your fingertips. We highly recommend staying while you explore the area!! Thank you again!!

Our family met here for a week and had a wonderful stay. This property is conveniently located near the Glacier Natl Airport and the West Entrance to the park. The hosts thought of everything! The house was well stocked, including bear mace. The hosts live next door, and they even took me to the grocery store. They are above and beyond. The place was very comfortable for a family of five. We hope to return.

My group and I enjoyed our stay here. We felt like we were at home. The host took great care in thinking of providing everything you could possibly need (full kitchen, park maps/tour brochures, lots of pillows, towels, laundry detergent, bear spray, insect repellent, first aid kit etc.). I packed a couple of these things but learned that I actually didn't have to! The beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies every night. I travel often and have stayed in many rentals and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the place is. It is spotless! The locations is also great. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants and near the Glacier NP entrance. Thank you for providing a home away from home. That's truly what it felt like. Thank you for all the tips and the muffins as well. We can't wait to visit again. I highly recommend this rental for anyone planning on visiting Glacier NP.

Owners were gracious and thorough on arrival. Ice bag in freezer, maps, listing of restaurants, all stocked kitchen appliances. Very helpful when we needed directions. Extremely clean and would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Columbia Falls condominium. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owners Charlotte and Peter, who showed us around the condo, and provided us with lots of information about the area. This beautiful condo was extremely clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Everything we needed for our family was provided. I would definitely recommend checking out this property if you’re looking for a place to stay in the Glacier Park area!

Charlotte was great with communication from the get go! She sent reminders to get reservations for Glacier National Park months ahead and was timely and responsive on all communication. Even though we arrived at 10pm at night, she and Peter walked us through the check in and everything in the house. Kitchen was well stocked with quality glassware, plates, utensils, cookware, spices - even ziplock bags and plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent (which a lot of places only provide a starter roll or first trash bag etc). We needed to use the queen air bed to accommodate the 8 ppl and that was set up and made up for us when we arrived. The place was super clean and just as described. And they were sweet enough to provide ice even though the ice machine in the fridge was out of order. Would definitely stay here again. For others reference, it is 20mins to the west glacier entrance and another hour from that entrance to Logan Pass. Due to reservation system, we did not secure reservations but could enter the park before 6am without one, so the Logan Pass parking lot fills up by 6:30am.. but there seems to be regular turnover every 2-2.5 hrs. At 10-10:30 there were 5 open parking spots that I could see in a parking lot of about 80spaces.

Had a wonderful experience renting from Charlotte and Peter! They were very nice and accommodating and communicated very well. You can tell they go out of their way to make it a nice stay! The place was spacious and clean and everything is well updated. Just a heads up, it is a duplex so you don’t get the entire building, but that doesn’t take away from the experience too much. I would definitely come back again!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this lovely property. Peter and Charlotte were such kind and helpful hosts. The rental was equipped with absolutely everything you could think of and so clean it looked like everything was brand new. We made so many memories in the surrounding areas and having such an amazing place to end our days was priceless. The beds were so comfortable and the air conditioning units were wonderful during the higher than usual temperatures. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Glacier National Park we would absolutely reach out to stay here again if they would have us! Thank you Peter and Charlotte for sharing your home with us. I am so glad we booked this place. We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean and home like. The kitchen is well stocked with nice cook and bakeware. It was also stocked with the basics, such as spices, salt and pepper, etc. There was also good stock of necessary items, such as TP, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent. The beds were comfy. There is a walking trail nearby, which we enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The owners were extremely helpful when we had some transportation issues. The reason for our trip was to visit Glacier National Park, which was around a 20 minute drive from the house I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We did not receive instructions on how to get our luggage up to the condo and we did not receive instructions for parking nor did we a proper permit but the condo was Beautiful. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

My family and I recently stayed at Peter and Charlotte’s VRBO in Columbia Falls, MT. We travel a lot, and have stayed at many different hotels, and VRBO style rentals. This property is by far the best all around property that we have stayed at. Peter and Charlotte could put on a clinic on running a VRBO. The property was incredibly clean, and Peter and Charlotte were gracious hosts, but not intrusive. They stay next door to the property and are readily available for any questions that you may have about the property or information on the surrounding area.
