Riverdance a la climatisation centrale et est un townhome nouvellement construit qui se trouve directement sur la belle rivière San Juan. Very nice place. Lots of stairs that one person in our group couldn’t do. However there was a Murphy bed after only one set of stairs.

This condo was perfect for our group of 2 couples. Both bedrooms had king beds and attached baths. We appreciated being able to visit in a comfy, relaxed space. It met our needs perfectly.

This house has everything you need! My son and I stayed here for 5 days and walked to the river every morning. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. This will definitely be our go-to house every summer. Beth was also so kind and courteous.

This was our third time visiting Pagosa Springs but our first at this location. This house on the river was by far the best we have stayed at. First off, Beth is a wonderful host. Super nice and helpful, and she had the house set up and stocked perfectly. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It was great to be able to walk outside and immediately be on the river. My sons and I managed to catch all three species of trout in the river. We did river rafting, hiking, and shopping in town. This location was only 3 minutes from anything you could want in Pagosa. I can’t thank Beth enough and we all look forward to coming back!

This condo is very well situated to town, hot springs and restaurants. It is well appointed with most anything you could need or want. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, just beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing. Beth was wonderful, very organized and made sure we had all information needed before we arrived. I would definitely stay here any time we travel to Pagosa Springs. I would give it 5 stars all around, a real gem!!

This was our first trip to Pagosa Springs, and we were blown away by the beauty, and by our accommodations. Beth is an outstanding host, she really has thought of everything! The property has the warmth of a home instead of a rental. The property is literally right on the river, providing gorgeous views and relaxing sounds. Very easy walk to the center of town, and the Riverwalk is close by and scenic. Thank you Beth for a great stay, we're looking forward to our next stay here!

This home right on the river was a peaceful home base for a mother-daughter getaway. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the cozy blankets provided and listening to the sound of the river while watching geese. When it got chilly, we went in and turned on the fireplace. Our host had thought of every little detail.

We were so incredibly pleased with our stay at Riverdance! Beth has created a cozy, clean and inviting "home away from home". The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect with easy access to the ski resort and close to downtown shopping/stores. Beth was responsive to questions and super nice. Very nice condo in a perfect location right on the San Juan River and walking distance to town and the Hot Springs. The property was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was also well stocked in the kitchen for all that you need to cook and plenty of amenities throughout the house. We had one problem while we were staying but Beth was super responsive and was over in under 20 minutes to address and resolve the concern. If you want to be close to town and on the river this is a great place.

This condo has all you need. Fireplace in mst was great in the winter. Kitchen was well prepared for cooked meals.
Living space is a little small but for a week ski focused trip we didn’t need anything more. Easy check in and close proximity to the town. We would rent again. Thank you Beth.

House as advertised. Clean and nicely maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfotable furniture. Great to be able to use the garage since it snowed and simplified access to the house. Beth was easy to work with and had great communications. Thanks for making us feel at home!

This was our second time staying at River-dance. The location is perfect. Close to town, but there is solitude and great views. The house is well appointed. There is nothing you would want for.
We had perfect weather so we were able to enjoy the deck in mid October. It’s so relaxing to hear the river flow.

The driveway was a bit tight, I was driving my husbands truck, otherwise it was great. Located where it is made it easy to get around town. The view was beautiful. We didn't know where to go for dinner but Beth was easily available to recommend places.

My best friend and I stayed the weekend for my birthday to enjoy massages, hot springs and relaxation! This townhome is close to all of those amenities. The townhouse is super cute, clean and cozy! Beth the owner was very helpful with information and even greeted us upon our arrival. The fall is beautiful in PAG and I would absolutely come stay again in the winter months! Thank you Beth!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River's Edge. Beth's place has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy to prepare meals. The views from the patio and bedrooms are incredible and mesmerizing. The sound of the river outside the main bedroom is so soothing that it lulls you right to sleep. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing and cozy stay in Pagosa Springs.

Beth’s place is everything plus that is in the description. She has everything you would ever need in a kitchen.
Listening to the river run by just outside the deck was so calming.
If I were to ever open a place to rent out I would contact Beth and have her lead me though the process of setting it up.

Awesome stay for a labor day weekend in Pagosa Springs. We loved the location right on the San Juan River. Very close to the hot springs and down town. Property manager was great!

We loved this townhouse, especially sitting and watching the river from the balcony. We loved watching the wildlife out by the river earlier in the morning and then in the evening. Had all the dishes we needed, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. Lovely place and great communication!

Riverdance always holds a very special place in our hearts. We visit Pagosa every summer, and if Riverdance is available during our visiting dates, we book it! Beth's home is clean and has every amenity. It's close to most everything we like to do (rafting, horseback riding, hiking, fishing), and listening to the river below us at night is THE BEST! Will always want to come back!

It's a home away from home... but for us, with better views. Everything you would need. Close to stores for what you don't have. Lot's to do in the area. Just sitting on the deck listening to the river was a nice treat. Very relaxing. Comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen was fabulous.

Riverdance is the most well-appointed and scenic condo we have ever stayed in. There was easy access to the San Juan River trail which led into the quaint town of Pagosa Springs. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

My husband, daughter and I stayed her at the end of March, and found this unit beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly inviting. The kitchen is well stocked—best we’ve encountered in any rental—and is sits beside the San Juan River with a gorgeous view of the hot springs and snow capped mountains. It’s also an easy walk (and easier drive! 3-5 minutes) to the hot springs or to town. The owner was accessible and responsive by text, and the whole stay was seamless, easy, relaxing. We WILL definitely stay here again when next we visit the springs!!
