Bienvenue sur notre belle plage paradisiaque. Pelican Isle Resort, Unité 414 offre une quatrième vue directe, de-chaussée de la magnifique Côte d'Emeraude de la Floride. Ce front de mer, 1 unité de chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 6. Le plan d'étage spacieux est parfait pour une semaine loin de la maison, avec la pièce pour chaque membre de la famille. La chambre de maître le roi dispose d'une salle de bain privée, télévision, avec lecteur dvd. Lits superposés couloir sur mesure sont parfaits pour adultes ou enfants, et il ya la place pour 2 sur le salon un canapé-lit. Une deuxième salle de bain complète et une laveuse et une sécheuse privées en font l'endroit idéal.

Fantastic location. Picked the perfect time. Could have used a crockpot but wasn’t a biggie. Really enjoyed the full size washer and dryer instead of a compact one! Until next time!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was great, parking was ample, the beach was so close and so beautiful, communication with the property manager was excellent- they even shipped us one of our wallets we unfortunately left behind! We would definitely stay here again!

I have to start by saying this was the hottest time we've ever stayed in Florida, and we walked into the condo wich is beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating all around, and the airconditioning was "down" we were worried about if and when we get it fixed, we called the number given to us in the packet, and the very next morning, it was fixed!! how awesome is that"? then, when the owner found out that the fix may be temporary, another peron came to check the unit telling us the owner was going to replace it of course the temporary fix was great for us, but for the owner to not want it to break down again, especially this late in the season, said alot about pride of ownership. Everything was so easy to do if you just print your packet they email you, we had no issues whatsoever, just the most relaxing vacation ever!!

We were satisfied with the condo and its location. It was fairly well stocked and clean. The king mattress was not very comfortable and the layout of the entire condo was not ideal (prefer the bedroom on the ocean side). Overall, it was an average place to stay.

We had a great vacation. Great beach quality, traffic isn't as bad as Destin, kids made some friends. Wish the pool was bigger but I see why they made it small and the ocean is big enough for the both of them. Shout out to the guy that sets up beach chairs!

This was a great condo! It provided everything we needed and then some. The bed is very comfortable as I have had back surgery and this has been a problem for me in the past for renting condos but this is a winner, winner, chicken dinner! The condo is beautiful, furniture is comfortable as we are not party people we like to come back to the condo and relax at night so if you are like us and want R & R, then this is the condo for you. Oh and did I mention they have a beautiful pool AND a hot tub!

I gave a 4 star for cleanliness only because the bathroom rugs either need to be washed or removed. The master bathroom rug was the worst. It smelled like rotten fish when I used that bathroom for the first time and thereafter. Bed is too soft for me, but neither of these would keep me from renting this condo again 😊

We stayed here as a family of four (two adults, two young kids) the kids slept in the bunk beds which worked out great! We did not use the pull out bed from the couch, no no review on that part. The condo was plenty of space for all of us. I loved that it included a washer and dryer! My only complaint would be the furniture the balcony. The high top chairs were arranged right next to the railing, which I did not find safe with small children. So we mainly only enjoyed the balcony when kids went to bed. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will likely be back next year!

I would highly recommend this unit for anyone who is looking to get away! There was not one problem. Everything was perfect! My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. A week of stay was the perfect getaway honestly I could have stayed forever ! I want more :)

Excellent
We just spent the last week at pelican isle. Unfortunately, it was the week with a lot of rain and sargassum on the beach, but we still enjoyed ourselves. The unit was very clean and the right size for two adults. However, due to the amount of time spent inside a different seating arrangement would have been nice. We felt it needed a recliner or a reading chair with an ottoman. We also took advantage of the coupon book in the lobby. The crab trap and the back porch were favorites!

Perfect Vacation
Very nice and clean condo. Had everything you would need to cook, with lots of dishes,glassware and eating utensils. I have to say one of the nicest places we have stayed. The 2nd full bathroom was a plus. We will stay there again. Also no long waits for the elevator.

Relax and Renew
My Family just had to get away. Its been 3years so we decided to come to our favorite place Okaloosa Island.
Thus condo was easy to access and the view was perfect. The beach access was easy to get to and the pool and hot tub was always clean. There were a few things within the unit itself that needs some attention. Overall my family was very happy with our stay. We can't wait to come back to Oskaloosa.

Very clean!! I would recommend investing in a new mattress for the master bedroom along with a new couch, as they were both extremely uncomfortable. The red chair was my personal fav.. Overall very pleased with cleanliness, but let us know when the bed is updated and we will be back to this unit!!

Awesome Spot
My wife and I have been renting this condo for several years for our anniversary trips. Very comfortable condo and well kept. Excellent beach front view and the ease of getting in and out of the condo is something we really appreciate vs the bigger, high rise type.We would certainly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in the Fort Walton area, which is only a 10 minute drive to the Destin area.

Lack of attention to amenities and cleanliness.
Common touch points and fixtures were clean, but everything else was VERY dirty and dusty. The TV was so old we were unable to use a laptop or device to watch programming. The mattress in the Master bedroom was at least 15 years old with broken down springs. Very uncomfortable!! The kitchen was supposed to be fully equipped, but the teflon skillets were gouged/unusable. Only one pan had a lid. I expected this condo to be more up do date, and clean. The pool and hot tub were dirty. The view of the beach and beach access was excellent, however, the overall wear and tear and amenities were more like those of a low rate hotel.

Our home every July for a week!
This year makes the 4th year in a row we've stayed at Pelican Isle in 414! We are a family of four, with two teenage daughters and this unit is more than enough room for us! The unit is well equipped with anything you would need for a stay away from home, and it's BEACHFRONT! We love Pelican Isle- as our daughters play travel softball, and we frequent the area for National tournaments. Our team stays at Pelican Isle due to the beachfront access, family feel and access to ballpark! The pool is large enough for all the girls to take a break in and have a good time, and it's right outside your balcony so you can always keep an eye while scrubbing softball pants, HA! The building is only 6 stories I believe, with two elevators and stair access on each end of the building- no waiting 20-30 minutes for the elevator like large high-rise buildings! There are 4 grills outside, which we use each year for a team cookout- which makes for an easy, large party dinner and it's still within eye of the pool! All in all, you're within a 5-minute drive of anything Fort Walton has to offer, but off the main drag and away from the hustle & bustle. There are easily 5 restaurants just within walking distance, and the cutest ice cream shop with put-put golf just down the road! If you're looking for a great unit with space for 6, beach front access, and easy access to the area- Pelican Isle 414 is the one!
