Evadez-vous dans cette maison au bord du lac construite sur mesure située en eau profonde. Confortablement meublé, literie, cuisine avec comptoirs en granit très bien approvisionné. Grand 50 "TV à écran plat dans la salle familiale, téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre, lave-linge et sèche-linge, etc. Grande pièce avec plafond voûté, parquet en chêne et cheminée en pierre empilée. Véranda 10 'x 16' avec table, chaises et beaux couchers de soleil estivaux et vue sur le lac. Lakeside chambre principale avec lit king size et double douche de plain pied pour 2. Ouvrir pont hors de la chambre n ° 2 avec vue splendide sur le lac et lit queen traîneau. Chambre # 3 a également un lit queen. Quai de bateau éclairé avec cale de bateau. Idéal pour les bains de soleil, baignade, pêche et tous les sports nautiques. This was an amazing place to stay and the owners are a wonderful host. Everything was very clean and orderly and all the amenities really made our time here very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to everyone and truely appreciate the owners for allowing us to use it.

This was a great place to stay on the lake! Kids swam and fished off the dock, and we were able to have our boat in the slip readily available for tubing and fishing. This part of the lake is a whole lot quieter than the middle/southern part. Hardly any traffic and we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the back porch or sitting on the dock. The house had everything we needed, and we only had to go to the store for fish bait! We would definitely stay here again!

House is a great layout with a beautiful view of the lake, probably best view in the area! Communication and service was spot on. Unfortunately lost power for awhile one night, but owner was quick with communication with power company and making sure my family was taken care. Only issue (if you want to call it one) is no cell signal, but wifi calling fixes that.. personally really enjoyed the time to focus on family with the distraction. 10/10 would recommend.

Hands down; one of the nicest places we have stayed on any Lake. Home was extremely clean and very well stocked w all we needed. The view was fantastic, and the neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We caught all sorts of fish from the boat dock; and frequented Lake Russell as well, less than 15 minutes up the Road. Golf Cart, Concrete driveway, large garage, covered boat dock, game room, gym, etc., etc... This place has it all. Vince was great to work with; we will be back. Thx!

The house and property were exactly as described in the listing. Great location on the lake and very close to the boat ramp. The dock is Visible from the back porch which made it great watching the kids swim and the sunset in the evenings. Owners were also very easy to deal with and we’re very helpful when needed. Will be staying again !

Even before we arrived, Vince provided us with helpful information to plan for our stay. When we stepped foot in the house, we were pleased with the fact that the property was just as it was advertised. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were nicely furnished, and the views were incredible. It is in a quiet neighborhood as well. Although the home is in a remote area, we rented a boat from Savannah Lakes Marina and enjoyed a day of fishing and touring the lake. We also had dinner at Williemacs, which has great food. We were extremely pleased with this rental and would absolutely rent this house again.

So peaceful until the jet skies and boats go by i spent 90% of my time on the porch if there was a hammock i would have slept in it.Guys didn't catch any fish but they enjoy trying.If we are able to rent again we most definitely will if you would have us

We stayed at this property for our Memorial Day weekend and it was PHENOMENAL.
Vince was great with communication, as well as making sure we could get in touch with him 24/7 if needed.
The house was everything we could’ve asked for and MORE! Great views, very clean, lots of space inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with all sorts of spices, as well as all kinds of cooking utensils. Two types of grills to use, a gas golf cart. Two huge trash cans that could be used! The dock was in great condition as well as covered so our boat was able to stay under it all weekend. Basement was great, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and full bathroom down there. As stated earlier, house was clean and more than what we could’ve asked for. Great location. Definitely best memorial weekend we have had. Thanks so much, Mr. Vince!

We have stayed in dozens of homes, I can't say enough good things about this experience. One of the nicest, cleanest, well equipped homes we've rented. The location is perfect and private. Communication with the owner was immediate. I brought my bass boat with me and the ramp and covered dock were perfect. We squeezed in a lot of fun in 3 days. Willimacks for dinner and a great band, two days of fishing with my wife on the beatiful lake. Great getaway! Wish we had rented for a week. We will be back.

The 4 of us (age between 70 and 80) really enjoyed our stay there. The house was spotless and very well equipped. We spent most of our time outside, sitting on the balcony enjoying the view , fishing from the dock, swimming, kayaking or taking walks throughout the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the pool table and the darts on the ground floor. Communication with Vince was great (due to spotty cell phone receception in the area we communicated by text messages). We definitely intend to come back!

We had a getaway fishing weekend. We had all the amenities of home but right on the lake. We was able to dock our boats in a covered dock and also enjoyed fishing at the dock in the evening. There was a golf cart available that we used to transport us back and forth to the dock. The beds were very comfortable and waking up looking at the lake through the huge picture window was awesome. We had a great time and will definitely book this house again.

My friends and I have stayed here the past few years while fishing tournaments. This place has all the amenities you need plus some! The covered dock accommodates two boats and has lights and power to charge your boats. The home has all the creature comforts you need to ensure you dont have to leave once you arrive. Vince is an awesome host and has always went out of his way to accomadate all of our needs and wants. The home is very clean and and has all the amenities you could possibly need or want. During our stay this year we had some inclement weather and while we were out fishing Vince was thoughtful enough to come by and add some additional boat bumpers to the dock to ensure our boats had the extra protection needed and he did this without us asking. If you are looking for a clean and quite place to stay on Clarks Hill then this is the place for you.

If you don't mind being a half hour from anything like restaurants, bars, shopping, etc, there is no better place than this. The home is perfectly situated on a beautiful lake with wonderful views. It was stocked with all the necessary items you likely have at home. There was really nothing that we missed. My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals and I have to say that this one was the cleanest of all upon our arrivals. Owner Vince was very responsive to every question we had and he has thought of a lot of good information that would help those not familiar with the area and has posted notes in the home about many topics of interest and places to visit. My only fear is that if I continue to sing its praises, it will become too popular and it may be difficult for me to rent it in the future due to lack of available dates.

This was our second time staying here! We fell in love with the property and scenery the first time we stayed! House is so comfy and clean, beautiful views from every window in the home. Back deck is nice and cozy for sunsets! Kitchen is stocked with necessary cookware and utensils! Property Manager is easy to reach and quick to respond.
