The property was very clean and everyone was very nice and helpful. The only issue we had was in the condo we stayed in there were 4 bathrooms and none of the locks on any of the bathrooms worked.

Great location. The place was very nice. Loved the lazy river. The elevators are always so packed and hard to get in. They are very slow, so can’t be in a hurry.

Several issues. Asked for a little earlier check in weeks ahead of arrival . was told could not guarantee but would try made several .calls told would try no guarantee. did not happen in addition we did not get a message untilll 4:15 pm. got to room hot tub was marked closed do not use. next day non english speaking came to room to clean and make hot tub work , well it never worked could not get temp over 86 degrees. so in summary no hot tub ,which was on our list to enjoy. Called office several times and there was no one to answer phone . The location not worth the price. customer service is not high on the agenda . Would like a slight refund for services not provided.

So roomy for the ten of us. The amenities for winter beaching surpasses all of the other places we have stayed. I felt so comfortable with the care of the hot tub. The technician came in daily to check the water. That gave me great security of the safety of using the tub. We hope to return again.

What an excellent choice! There were 6 of us staying for 5 days and not one time did we feel like we were on top of each other. My husband is on a walker and this Condo was perfect for him! The location is also perfect! 11th floor right by the elevator and the trash chute! Parking space was also in a perfect place for someone being handicap! We were able to park, walk right in to the elevators with no problems! The main bath had a built-in seat with a hand wand for someone who can't stand up to take a shower.
If you have someone who is handicap this unit is perfect!!!! Don't hesitate to rent this unit!!!

We had a fantastic time on our trip! The condo was a perfect size for the group we had. The kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed (utilities) to cook breakfast, lunches, and the dinners when we chose to stay in. I loved having a full sized laundry room as well. It was a great place to store our wagon & chairs when we weren’t down at the beach. Overall an amazing place to stay!

Overall very good unit was clean fairly well stocked could have used one r two more fry pans hot tub needs a step so easier to get in and out Friday they came by to check and said hot tub closed no explanation has to be drained and refilled luckily only had one more vet night but would have nice to use last night

First time to Orange Beach. Accommodations were as described. Great ocean view and beach. Clean comfortable space and seating for family. Balcony is large with hot tub maintained daily.
Would definitely consider returning again.

Beautiful weather, room was five star, ( could use a full length mirror ), can’t wait for the completion of the water slide next to tower - C, food at the bar was great both breakfast ad lunch, hopefully in the future 3 cars can park in the parking deck, was a great family trip, will be planning next years oon

My six sisters and my brother were looking for a place on the beach to get together for a siblings reunion. One of my sisters always had suggested going to Orange Beach based on suggestions from her clients. Started searching for a place and this is what I based it on (eight adults):
Square footage - Excellent!! Needed the space with 8 adults.
Bathrooms and Bedrooms - Excellent!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plus a half bath - Outstanding!!
Living area and kitchen - Excellent!! So much room but the creme de la creme was the patio and beach. If you are thinking about going, I highly recommend Turquoise Place and this unit if it is available. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place with us. We remember this vacation! Nothing but GREAT TIMES!!

The condo was even more than we expected. The grill and hot tub on the balcony was great with the ocean front view. All the beds were comfortable as well. It’s an excellent location from everything in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Also, the parking place is right by the elevator and the condo is the first one off the elevator too!! Definitely will stay here again!!

It was easy access nice property and amenities. Beautiful views, very nice dishes and quality of cookware. We never left the condo we ate all our meals right there it was super nice. Plenty of room to spread out and all the rooms having a private bathroom was certainly a plus.

Our only complaint was there wasn’t a large ice machine to get ice to fill ice chests daily. The ice machine in the room couldn’t keep up! But other than that we highly recommend!

Because we checked in later than 6 we were not allowed to purchase an additional parking pass that was needed. Had to text and call with multiple people to attain an emergency parking pass. We then had to go purchase the ticket the next day. A lengthy process for something that should be easier. The additional parking pass was $30 not $25 as indicated in the email. Just overall a difficult process for one of the nicest condos in orange beach. We have stayed there many times. This was the first time we booked through vrbo and the process was much more difficult than ever before.
