Narrow Escape Rental se trouve dans un quartier calme du village d'Elberta, à quelques pas de la baie de Betsie, à seulement 800 mètres des rives du lac Michigan et à 1,6 km de la baie de Frankfort. Notre location de 1 200 pieds carrés dispose d'une arrière-cour privée avec une clôture privée qui soutient une falaise boisée et se trouve à seulement 150 mètres du parc au bord de l'eau d'Elberta et de la Life Saving Station - un lieu populaire pour les mariages et les événements.
La région regorge de possibilités de loisirs en plein air et de nombreux cafés, restaurants, boutiques et galeries d'art. En plus des équipements typiques, la location comprend cinq vélos pour explorer la région. Un service Internet et un barbecue à gaz sont également disponibles.
La maison a un espace de vie principal spacieux avec un agencement de sièges confortable. Les trois chambres comprennent des lits des tailles suivantes: un lit queen dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la chambre 2 et trois lits simples (lits jumeaux) dans la chambre 3 (une couchette intégrée avec un troisième lit supplémentaire). We love the area and the house was clean and well stocked. Awesome location - my preschooler loved being able to walk to the park after dinner. Plenty of dishes, sharp knives, cotton sheets, plenty of pillows and towels.

We travel up to the Frankfort area frequently but have never stayed in Elberta. We loved our stay. The cottage is a short walk to the waterfront park and just a little farther to bluffs overlooking Lake Michigan.
The home is nicely renovated with a mid century modern vibe. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was large with stackable washer/dryer. Stainless steel appliances. Grill and fire ring in the yard. Clark was very great to work with and we will be back.

The house was a great fit for all of us. We like to share a house with a couple who also has a daughter the same age as ours when visiting the area. It’s a nice quiet location close to beaches, parks and biking trails. I loved having amenities to get us through a week and the beds were comfortable for us. The house is beautiful and we loved staying here.

The weather didn’t cooperate for our vacation, but where we stayed did! We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our rental. It was situated across the bay from Frankfort and was very close to some of the highlights of the northwestern Michigan area.

Clark' s home is clean & offers great location to Betsie lake, Elberta Beach, and town of Frankfort & Frankfort Beach. Its in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to the new Furnace Street distillery with pizza food truck & amphitheater on Betsie Lake with music on Mondays. Only a 5 min drive to Frankfort its a great place. Communication with owner is great, home has everything as described in listing. Lots of local areas to fish nearby too! This is our 4th time staying here and we would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property and it was the best place we've rented in the area over the past 10 years we've been coming here. My only wish was for better pillows, sheets, comforters but I was glad I didn't have to bring them all for the beds (which I've had to do in the past). The owner was very communicative and friendly and did everything possible to make our stay a great one. Highly recommend!

Pleasant and Quiet Stay
The property matches the description and photos perfectly. The home sits in a quiet, out of the way neighborhood with no traffic. It has simple access to a nearby highway which allowed us to use it as a launchpad while we toured the beautiful countryside, lakes, and attractions.
The property offers multiple amenities such as bicycles and a fire pit. Our host was helpful and provided a wealth of information that improved our stay. He ensured that everything was ready and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and all the other things that other owners sometimes miss.
We would definitely stay with this host again.

Art-Filled Getaway in a Great Location
We loved our week in Elberta! This was the perfect rental for our family (mom, dad and two teen boys). Plenty of space, clean, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms - this home has it all. Nice, quiet location yet close to everything. Clark is a wonderful host and fills his home with amazing art. So much to enjoy!

Great location for beaches, hiking, shopping and summer fun
Our family stayed here for a week starting with the 4th of July holiday. We found the house to be clean and well maintained. It was a great location to enjoy the beach of Lake Michigan, biking, hiking, shopping...anything you would want to do in Northwestern Michigan. The host communicated very well. We would love to stay again.

Nice west Michigan home
The house is located within walking of the water and several nice restaurants. The rest of our family was staying at Sleeping Bear National Park which was a nice easy drive. The location of the house makes it easy to get to surrounding towns and is a nice retreat at the end the day.

This property is a great place to stay! We picked this home because our daughter was getting married at the Elberta Life Saving Station which is in walking distance from this home. The home was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. The owner is quick to respond if you need anything. We will definitely come back!

Another great stay
This was our second time we stayed and was not disappointed. The home is always clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and toiletries. The yard is big enough for kids to throw football and kick soccer ball around. Grill worked great. The home is 2 mins from Elberta beach which we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. Frankfort is a 5 min drive which has alot of restaurants and shops. We took day trips to Glen Arbor to kayak and see Sleeping Bear Dunes. It's a great location and good space. We will be back again.

Location was great, close to beaches and beautiful lookouts. We enjoyed day trips up to Traverse and Mackinac Island.
My only slight complaint was the view from home. A truck/trailer with welding supplies was parked directly in front of the home.

Thanks for the hospitality
Clark’s place in Elberta was perfect. There was plenty of space for an larger group to sleep but it was just myself and my girlfriend. The house was really clean and I loved the fire pit and gas grill outside. The location is good as you’re around the corner from Main Street where there is food and shopping and a short drive to some of the many scenic hikes. Would definitely recommend staying with him and would for-sure stay with him again if we ever return.

Cute house in quiet lake town
Our family of six had a great stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable, all the necessities were present. Clark went above and beyond to make sure the bikes were in good condition and ready for us to use. Easy access to the bike path and a quick ride to the park by the Life Saving Station on the lake. Highly recommend this property. And the kids loved the singing Billy Bass, haha!

Hidden gem
Great little spot to get away, we used this as a base to explore out through the region. It was nice to come back to a nice quiet place every evening. The cabbage shed is an absolute must when staying here, we went in on Thursday night and the open mic night was great fun. The locals are super friendly and fun to get to know. We will be returning next year if Clark is still renting it out.

We rented the house for the weekend to attend a wedding. The house had everything we needed for the weekend that we stayed and the owner was very nice. If I ever find myself going back to Elberta, MI I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Clark!
