Top Floor Cozy Condo Nestled Among Tropical Kailua Kona Treetops
Joliment conçu et récemment mis à jour reflétant la qualité et le confort, ce dernier étage condo confortable est niché entre les cimes des arbres tropicaux, avec balcon privé et peek-a-boo vue sur l'océan. Ma femme et moi appellent affectueusement notre unité # 322 le Dove Kona. Il est, à notre avis, l'une des unités les plus souhaitables dans le complexe Kona Islander Inn; la nôtre est une unité au dernier étage, loin du bruit de la circulation de Alii Drive et Kuakini autoroute, mais assez proche pour entendre les sons apaisants de surf de nuit. Notre véranda face à l'ouest et au sud-a une vue extra-large et ouvert depuis notre unité est également une unité de coin. Et ma femme Thérèse est un artiste et Designer- nous gardons notre unité belle et propre à l'intérieur!

• soleil tropical du matin se déverse sur votre véranda, où vous pourrez siroter votre smoothie et contempler votre journée. Nous avons ajouté une nouvelle table de patio, chaises et tirer vers le bas parasol

• kitchenette entièrement équipée avec tout nouveau micro-ondes, mini-réfrigérateur, cafetière, mixeur, poêle électrique, planches à découper, vaisselle, servir des ustensiles et des ustensiles.
• Un "TV à écran plat de qualité de 40 pouces avec le câble à distance et libre. Internet haute vitesse disponible à la réception / zone d'accueil.

We really enjoyed our trip. We were extremely close to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful ocean. Thisbwas a nice getaway.

Our stay at Dave and Therese’s condo was beautifully organized and decorated (whimsical) like my wife does for our beach house in O’ahu.. we will definitely be back! We grilled steaks at the pool/jacuzzi area and cooked meals in the electric fryer and had tons of room in the under counter refrigerator! The room is spacious for 2 adults and if you needed a porta crib and futon for babies would easily fit.. we had 2 other couples swing by for evening cocktails and there was just enough seating for all 6 of us.
Just make sure that if you rent a car that you park early before the lot fills. We opted for walking the short ways around the town when we went out for dinner just to make sure we had a parking spot as we rented a convertible and didn’t want to tempt anyone to trying to rummage through the car. The a/c blows cold and the pass-through breeze is perfect with the doors open!

Great place for short stays. We stayed for a week and loved the convenient location and the shoreline across the street. The bed was very comfy, and we loved breakfast on the balcony every morning. The only drawback is the kitchen which doubles as the bathroom sink. The lack of cupboards and counter space was beginning to get on my nerves, but for a short stay, it’s wonderful!

This was a quick get away from the heat of Phoenix, visiting a freind, different scenery, and relax. This property unit had what we needed. Decor and patio all said Hawaii. Steps away from good food at Java Lava which we frequently visited and a beautiful sunset dinner at Huggos. Evenings spent on patio and could hear the crashing surf occasionally. Other than our excursions to Volcano National Park and to Hilo we preffered just relaxing at the property.

Very cute condo with small view of ocean. Adorably decorated. Enjoyed location very much. Only disadvantages were not full kitchen, no washer/dryer in unit, not enough parking. My elderly mother and I had to park block away at 9:30 pm and walk to condo.

We really liked our stay here, the unit was small but ideal for a couple. The unit is on the top floor located in the corner of the building, affording a glimpse of the ocean from the lanai. The location is great, easy walking to the ocean street and real fine resorts. Didn't use the amenities on property, too busy enjoying the Big Island!

The location was very good, walkable to the water and convenient for the activities we wanted to do. It was modern and up to date. The patio was comfortable but not a good view of the water because the vegetation had grown. Due to limited space, the bathroom and kitchen share the same counter and sink for food preparation/cleanup and for shaving/brushing teeth, etc.

Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated with a lovely lanai that has more than a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The property also has a nice pool as well as laundry facilities.
The hosts were just a text away. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The only thing that was a bummer was parking. It was really difficult to find a parking space, particularly in the evenings. We often had to park on the side of the highway. This has nothing to do with the host, the complex just doesn't have enough on site parking.

Had a lovely stay at this cozy, clean, and quiet studio. The lanai is private and nestled among lovely tropical plants/trees. Condo is located in center of town so it is easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and beaches. A vehicle is not needed with free trolley and bus service. Dave is an exceptional communicator and had quick responses and remedies to my inquiries. Condo was very clean. Will return again.

This little place was an absolute delight. Quiet in spite of being in downtown Kona. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, beaches. Beautiful tropical landscaping gave a special atmosphere. Perfect accommodations if you are planning to be out and active during the day. We did struggle at first without a full kitchen but the appliances were a huge help. Would definitely come back!

We used to live in Kona so we knew the location was good. Easy walk to restaurants and town. Unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs up. Good clean unit size of hotel room. The owner contacted us ensure all was well. Overall a good stay and I would stay there again.

This is a beautifully furnished & decorated studio located close to a small dining/shopping area. The living/ dining/sleeping area was great. The kitchen/bathroom area were pretty cozy but functional. The balcony was lovely. It worked well for our 4 night stay.
