Séjournez dans le luxe dans ce bel endroit spacieux, très propre, calme et sûr, situé au centre de la baie de San Francisco / Silicon Valley, idéal pour les familles, les touristes et les voyageurs d'affaires qui souhaitent un endroit calme mais pas trop loin de l'action . Cette luxueuse maison est proche de nombreux commerces, restaurants et commodités. Il offre un accès facile aux principales autoroutes vers les villes, les entreprises et les attractions à proximité.

Grand terrain d'angle ... idéal pour un séjour très agréable pour votre famille et / ou votre groupe.
La maison est joliment meublée avec un lit King California dans la chambre principale et un bain à remous. Deux grands lits dans les chambres deux et trois (en bas). Deux lits jumeaux dans la quatrième chambre. Nous avons également un canapé-lit queen size, un lit pliant double et un matelas pliant double. TV 55 "dans la salle familiale avec plus de 300 chaînes. Internet haute vitesse sans fil dans toute la maison. Piano dans le salon. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Grande table à manger formelle avec six chaises dans le salon et table à manger ronde dans la cuisine / salle familiale. Laveuse / sécheuse disponibles sur le chemin du garage.

Rahel was a fabulous host and after the madness of New York relaxing by the pool in a quiet residential area only 30 minutes from the City was just what we needed, lots of shops and restaurant only a couple of minutes away and everyone was so friendly and helpful, if we ever venture back to San Francisco I would 100% stay at this propert again

We stayed for a week with our 5 children. Property manager was super nice and quick to respond. The house photographs well, but in person it was dated, although we still really enjoyed our stay. There was breakable decor everywhere on the main level, so I had to rearrange quite a bit to be comfortable that there were no accidents. There were many features are not available to use, like the 3 fireplaces, or all of the plates/cups in the hutch, or half of the front door. My recommendation is to not display items that cannot be used. The neighborhood was nice and quiet! Overall the house was fine, once I got over the initial disappointment of the photos vs. reality. Would stay there again if the price were to go down, I don’t think it’s worth its value.

My family and friends stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved the house. The host came out to meet us and show us around and he was very friendly. The house is very clean, plenty of space for all of us (8 in total) and the pool and jacuzzi were great for kids. Location was convenient for shops restaurants and highways. Would definitely stay here again!

Rahet and her family have made this home so welcoming. And when you speak with them, it's like speaking with an old friend. They are so thoughtful, kind and truly think of every detail to make you comfortable. They're always accessible and promptly reply to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time staying at the property. The home is well equipped and perfect size for two families. It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Hot tub was awesome for the chilly afternoons. The host is very kind and met us in-person to give a tour of the property, and left a welcome basket for us with snacks, wine and cookies. Thank You! Not Bad, but Not Great
There were good and bad things about this property. The location is great for doing stuff in San Francisco and to the south. There is a center with stores and places to eat right down the road which was very convenient. The owners answered all our questions whenever we asked. The house was big and there was plenty of room for our party of 8 people. The whole reason we rented the house was for the pool. We were there the end of July and we had planned to hang at the house and swim in between our outings to see sights. But we didn't swim in the pool once because it was unheated and too cold. So that was a huge letdown. Also the showers are very bad. They have an electric water heater so it takes awhile for the water to heat up before you can use. The tiny water saving shower heads left a little more than a trickle to wash your hair. The house felt relatively clean. But lots of white carpet and rugs hiding previous stains. A little updating would go a long way in this house and a pool heater and better showers. We will probably find a different place to stay when we make it back to California next year.

Clean & Cozy
My wife & I stayed here for a week. Rahel (who we thought we would be meeting but unfortunately never did) was very nice to get us some roses & a gift basket before our arrival. We never got to thank her in person but her husband was there to receive it. Not a big deal or a problem, but it would have been nice to know that they are both hosting as I was surprised to hear a male answer the phone & door. He was courteous, just took us by surprise a bit. The kitchen has way more cookware than most rentals we’ve stayed in. Very comfy master bed. Some water in the fridge was nice. No salt though, but there was pepper. Hosts were very accommodating to requests & went out of their way to be helpful/thoughtful. We weren’t expecting a tour when we arrived but we got one. Guy was very nice but it was more thorough than we preferred because part of the fun for us when staying at rentals is looking through it & finding things ourselves but the host seemed to have good intentions. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplaces as there was no tools/wood. There were only 3 face towels (relatively minor inconvenience , more of a note to the hosts) so we definitely needed to wash. Neighborhood is safe, peaceful & beautiful. A great location away from big cities/attractions, but not too far.

Beautiful stay in a huge house
We were a family meeting up from a few cities and needed a big place to stay. This house was perfect. We had a lot of space for everyone. It was cold for the pool but be enjoyed the hot tub. Rahel was the perfect host with very fast responses. We absolutely had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood itself is very quiet but minutes from some beautiful national parks. Thanks!!

Our family of 7 stayed in this house during a wedding event. The home was beautiful, well-maintained and cozy. We were so busy with wedding events that we didn’t cook or spend much time here, but it would have been great for a quiet retreat.
The hot tub was wonderful and Rahel was a great host. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely House in Good Location, Quiet Neighborhood
This is an deal house for a family vacation. Union City is conveniently located near Palo Alto, ad not far south Oakland. The BART station is 4 miles from the house and we rode the train into San Francisco for a beautiful lunch on Fisherman's Wharf. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Loved out stay in Union City. House was clean, hot tub was a nice add for winding down after long days. Close proximity to everything you need, and a great starting hub to explore San Francisco and the San Jose area.

We had a great time at Rahel's place. Very nice house, clean and spacious. My family enjoyed the pool and the gazebo with fireplace in the backyard. We found the house as pictured. Great home, wonderful host, central location
Rahel is a wonderful host! She met us at the house and walked us through everything so we were acquainted with the house as soon as we walked in. The house was gorgeous, clean, spacious and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Rahel left us a gift basket that was so thoughtful! We chose to stay in her place because we have small children and they need some space to move around. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were also perfect for in-laws. The backyard was tidy and well maintained and gazebo to relax. The hot tub outside was so nice to soak your feet in after walking around all day! Visiting many places in the bay area, including San Francisco and San Jose, the location of the house was perfect for us. We strongly recommend this vacation home. Beautiful home, highly recommended
We found Rahel’s house very beautiful and clean inside and outside, exactly as pictured and as described by many reviewers. The outside was nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the gazebo by the pool and the fire pit. The inside is spacious and well-furnished. All beds were well made and comfortable. The master bedroom was especially spacious with large walk-in closet and bathroom. One bedroom and bath is downstairs, which is convenient for someone who doesn’t want to go upstairs. Rahel is one of the nicest persons you will meet. She welcomed us upon arrival and showed us the house. She had a gift basket for us with chips, cookies and bottled water, etc. That was nice. The neighborhood is great and convenient for everything you want. It is close to highways and plenty of shops, groceries and restaurants, all within about a mile radius... Love this house, wondeful host, great location
Rahel’s house was everything we could ask for. The place is beautiful as we expected and as shown in the pictures, 100% legit. We found it clean, well furnished, cozy, and well located. We really enjoyed the backyard and the gazebo and fire pit. Major attractions are within 30 mins. Rahel the host was fantastic and extremely nice to deal with and very helpful. She had a gift basket for us when we arrived and water and coffee and tea supplies, which was very thoughtful of her. Lovely Owners but property below standard.
Having just returned from our weeks stay in this property, my family and I were very disappointed in its appearance. What we found was quite different from the photographs on Homeaway, which were obviously taken some time ago. In short this house is in need of painting and a good clean. There were cobwebs, grubby curtains and stained pelmets in the master bedroom/bathroom, blinds which did not close correctly and the blind in the family room has slats missing. There was no gas in the fire pit for first night. Although this was quickly rectified following a text message the following day, it’s the kind of detail you expect not be overlooked when booking an ‘Executive Villa’. The pool and hot tub were lovely however it did not appear that the twice a week pool maintenance was carried out as stated by the owners. Having stayed in a number of Executive Villas over the years, when we have vacationed in the USA, this home is way below that standard in our opinion.
Grubby white carpets, trip hazards of multiple rugs everywhere, master bathroom lock sellotaped together, broken bathroom floor tiles taped together, undressed double beds in two of the rooms we used are a few examples that have influenced this opinion. We met the owners upon arrival and they are a lovely couple. The welcome pack they provided was much appreciated after our long drive from LA.

Host has included amenities to make this very comfortable. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and hwy (mile or so). Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space. Kitchen is large as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
Only minor drawback is Amtrack blows its whistle in the distance as it comes through town.

Property owners are great people who accommodated an early arrival, warm greeting and showed us around the beautiful home. I'd highly recommended the property and it's my only choice anywhere in the bay area. Excellent value!

Thanksgiving in San Francisco
My family’s first Thanksgiving in San Francisco and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Rahel for making it happen. Your home is warm and very inviting and comfortable. We all stayed around the kitchen making Thanksgiving dinner. Our MOST MEMORABLE holiday away from home and we’re all grateful!

The house is fantastic, Rahel was extremely nice to deal with and was very helpful.
The location is great to get away from the city and relax but also ideally situated to the freeways and BART station to get in and out of San Fran.
The house itself has everything you could possibly need, would highly recommend staying here.

My party of 7 stayed for a week at this wonderful house. Everything was indeed pristine upon arrival, and we were met and shown around by the gracious owners, who were kind enough to provide a "welcome basket" of goodies for us.
First, the location is on a corner, very conveniently just enough away from the bustle of shopping malls nearby to provide a nice, quiet stay. The neighbors are really nice, and the atmosphere is old-time suburbian U.S.A. in the best sense.
The rooms are spacious and well-cared for, and the photos do not do justice to just how nice they are. Someone in an earlier review mentioned this house as being "pricey", but that is just not fair. For 4 rooms and 3 baths and all this spaciousness, plus a pool and hot tub, not to mention the ideal location: this is as fine a deal that anyone can find on VRBO!
The BART is very close by, and there is bus service to the station from just around the corner. The traffic is heavy in rush hour on the freeways, so one can easily park at the BART for a nominal fee and avoid all the hassles of a day in the City simply by taking the BART. Still, the traffic is not that bad other than the morning and evening commute jams.
One thing: as with most vacation homes, there are no phones on the premise, so some form of communicating device is essential. We were doing fine until one member had his SmartPhone stolen in Japantown, and that was the only one that was truly capable of calling from anywhere, so we were in tough straits until we got back to the house where we were able to take advantage of the excellent Wi-Fi system that let our other devices work fine.
In all, top recommendation!

First off all the reviews before this one are true, about the owners Rahel and Mulugeta and the condition of the house. Everything worked out well for my mother and family of eight adults. The house was roomy and very comfortable. Be prepared to take your shoes off inside the house , and relax and enjoy your stay in this affordable gem of a home in the Bay Area.

This place is the ideal place to stay, everything was close by. The hospitality was very good, nice and we even received a gift from the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

My first mention must be about Rahel. Rachel is the nicest person I have dealt with in some time. While be a professional, she manages to project warmth and an extremely welcoming demeanor. She is a solid gold person and welcomed us with open arms. She met everyone in our family last week and was a charmer to the kids. I know this has little to do with the home but first impressions are significant. We were welcomed, accommodated, assisted and made to feel like the home was our own. Rahel is the landlord from heaven.
The home is pretty much as it appears in the photos. It is beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. The inside is impeccable and the outside well-maintained. Our family from several states were all so impressed!
The house location is pretty convenient as well. There is anything you need within minutes. We traveled all over the region from San Francisco to San Jose to Santa Cruz, Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton. The house was geographically convenient. The BART station is close and BART takes you to Downtown SF for $12.
Our was a perfect stay. Look at the other choices out there and you will see that this home is a great option. I am more than satisfied with our choice and would come back without a second thought.

This home totally lived up to the beautiful photos the owner had posted, and the backyard is professionally landscaped. Rahel, the owner, was there to greet us personally. She showed us everything we needed to know about the house, and had the most wonderful basket of goodies waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We were very appreciative of that basket considering that we had spent the entire day traveling, were tired, and unfamiliar with the area. We could rest up and start out fresh the next day. There were a few hiccups we'd like to mention. We didn't have use of the hot tub for the week. Rahel had noticed it wasn't working and had a repairman come to look at it. He had to order a part, and it hadn't come in. The pool had some sort of hose that cleaned the bottom all week long, but the skimmer that took bugs off the surface never worked all week. The upstairs window screens needed repaired. Other than those three things, we had no concerns. The house is conveniently located just off Dyer Street. Everything you need, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, etc., can be found on Dyer St. We used this house as a "home base". The Giant Redwoods were about five hours to the north, so we got a hotel room there for one night, then came back to the house and pool the next day. San Francisco is only an hour or so away. The San Jose Airport was only about twenty minutes away. We had a great trip and will definitely book with HomeAway.com again.
