This is a beautiful rental with plenty of space for the eight of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the extra refrigerator in the garage was so nice and the ease of leaving all of your sandy chairs and beach toys on the bottom patio to hose off was wonderful. We usually stay in a high rise condo in Destin but after staying here we definitely prefer staying in a townhome. We will be back for sure! The only negative is two of the bedrooms did not have comfy beds.

This units location is awesome! Directly beachfront with multiple decks to enjoy. We took advantage of all of them! The deck off the master was great at night before we went to bed. The main deck off the living room was a great gathering place. The lower deck was where we dropped our chairs off and took advantage of the outdoor shower. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were perfect. The fully equipped kitchen was awesome and the extra fridge in the garage was a big help! You can tell we enjoyed!!!!!!!

Lovely home in a great location. Clean and well-equipped. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, but feeling of seclusion at the house. Paradise Homes was very helpful and easy to deal with. Blue Angels flew by on Sunday! So exciting!

Great home. Everything as described. EXCELLENT LOCATION!
But there was a problem with WiFi. Great response when called. However, it off and on, mostly off, throughout the 4 day stay.

Loved the beach mat and cards they provided upon check-in! House was very nice. Was already stocked with lots of things. Before we arrived we bought beach chairs and they already had about 5-7 chairs for use and lots of beach toys for the kids. They also had a decent supply of a few household items like dish detergent and trash bags. Great access to the beach. Would definitely book again!

The condo was great. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary pans and dishes for cooking. The beach is right out the back door. This location is very close to all of the great restaurants and the beach was not crowded. This location is not far from the Fort Pickens area. Very nice stay. We really enjoyed this property.

From the reservation to checkout, this was an excellent experience. The people at Paradise Beach Homes were quick to respond to all questions. The house was super clean and stocked. Needless to say, the beach was beautiful, we had perfect weather and clear water all week. The location of this townhouse couldn't be better. It's right on the beach making it easy to get out there and enjoy our day.

We started going to White Sands over 50 years ago. Every June our families rent several condos for a week-long family reunion. We include the vacationers in adjoining condos who have become great friends. The adjoining second-floor decks afford plenty of opportunity to visit and share our wonderful Louisiana food. With only a few hundred feet walk to the beach, we can spend the day enjoying the sun and surf. Plenty of room for tossing frisbees, flying kites, ladder golf, cornhole, etc. We fill the very spacious 2nd level kitchen/den area with wonderful food, fun, and laughter. Memories that will last a lifetime. If you love the beach this is the place to be!!!

This was a wonderful house for our family of 6. Amazing location, right on the sand and close to everything. Plenty of room to spread out. Beautifully renovated kitchen and comfy beds. We used the patio for outside dining and played games while enjoying a view or watching the kids just steps from the beach. Our sprinter was too tall for the garage, but there were several guest parking spots and we never had trouble getting one. There were beach chairs, toys and umbrella with the condo, so no need to lug yours down. Hands down we would stay here again. We have rented the last three years with paradise beach homes and will be back again! Thanks for the great memories!

We could have asked for a better experience. Our unit was so beautiful and well kept. The office staff was amazingly friendly and nice. The convenience to the beach is like no other place I have ever stayed beach front. The views from the balcony's are breathtaking. The neighborhood is nicely kept, quit and cute. Amazing stay!

We stayed here in October 2022, it was very nice! We all loved the patio, had plenty of seating! It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It had a garage large enough for 3 vehicles, had a refrigerator in the garage which was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

Have been going to White Sands for over 50 years. Great location on the beach. Short walk from beach to re-stock ice chest and use restroom. No high rise for us. Beautiful view from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies. Parking for three cars on first floor under condo. 1st floor deck perfect for our annual shrimp boil and beach chairs, canopies, etc. ALredy booked for 2023. Personnel at Paradise Beach Homes Rentals are a pleaure to work with.

The townhouse was nice. Probably needs some updating. The couches were lumpy and not very comfortable (not a big deal since we spent most of our time on the beach) and the mattresses in some of the rooms were not very comfortable. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

My family and I rented a unit at White Sands for a week. That unit had everything that we could ever need! Clean ,comfortable and convenient! We ate and had cocktails at the nearby restaurants and had beautiful beaches for my grandchildren to play. Paradise Beach Homes was very accommodating to every question I had and their team working in the office were very pleasant. I will definitely be renting from them again! They even gave a beach bag with special gifts for our stay.

This was the best rental unit for our large family, there were 7 of us total and we had enty of space and we're not on top of each other. The walk to the beach is very short. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough dishes and utensils for everyone. We will definitely be back.
