Beau studio de plage situé à une minute à pied de l'océan avec une petite crique de natation et des bassins de marée.
Le studio est AC confortable qui assure des journées et des soirées fraîches et confortables pour aider avec notre humidité élevée de l'île. Il y a aussi une cuisine complète et une petite salle à manger pour deux personnes, un lit queen-size, une salle de bain complète avec douche, un canapé-lit futon double, la télévision par câble, le wifi et un parking privé.
La véranda extérieure dispose d'un barbecue privé et d'un coin repas extérieur avec vue sur le jardin.
Une laveuse et une sécheuse est également disponible pour les clients.
Nous sommes situés à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport et du parc Richardson Beach où vous pourrez surfer, faire de la plongée avec tuba et du paddle board.
Le centre-ville de Hilo Farmers Market, avec ses fruits, légumes et aliments ethniques frais, se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture. À proximité se trouve également le marché aux poissons de Suisan où vous pouvez acheter une grande variété de poissons frais et d'autres fruits de mer. Les jardins tropicaux de Hilo sont à 5 minutes en voiture.

My husband and I stayed here a few nights during our 2 weeks in the Hawaiian islands for our 30th wedding anniversary. It was very clean and updated! The host was very easy to get in touch with when I had a question. It was a very quiet neighborhood with a peaceful garden area in the back! We loved it! Thank you Claudia!!!

We have stayed in some studios in the past and they were “cozy”, in other words small. NOT this one. Plenty of room for two people. Great morning walks on the nearby rocky shores. All the amenities. Claudia is an awesome host. Hilo is a ton of fun. Destination Food Tours, Hawaiian Ziplining and Hawaii Tropical Gardens are all highly recommended. Fantastic stay. Thanks Claudia.

As advertised. Small, but perfect for a couple or friends getaway. Perfect lanai for drinking coffee or grilling out. Convenient W/D. Everything provided. Short walk to beach area, BEAUTIFUL! Lava rocks that form little tide pools. Definitely recommend!

This studio rental is one of 3 rentals at this location. The main house is divided into upstair and downstair units. Our studio is a detached building which has been recently remodeled. It features quality construction and a well equipped kitchen and an efficient AC system. This unit is well located in a private, secluded neighborhood about 5-10 minutes from downtown Hilo. When arriving we were pleased at the spotless condition of the unit and the "ohana" of bananas and loaf of Hawaiian "rainbow" bread. We enjoyed our stay in Hilo and this unit played a significant role.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property. The location is perfectly located near a ocean front park and Hilo. The property is very well appointed and very accessible for the mobility challenged. Check in is very easy. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning a visit to Hilo.

A great spot for the two of us. Quiet neighborhood, a few steps from the ocean. If it had not rained CONSTANTLY, it would have been a perfect getaway trip.

The studio was very cute and clean. We were welcomed with flowers, Hawaiian rolls and bananas. Communication with host was excellent!

Great location. Has a nice residential feel vs. the large hotel or resort rentals. Loved being able to walk about 100 yards to the ocean. We had some very rainy weather so were not able to go to volcanoes, but if we were to go it was not a bad drive. Loved having the coqui frogs sing us to sleep each night. Would stay here again.

A bit small for us, but clean and well equipped. Loved the patio and appreciated the grill. Enjoyed listening to frogs in the evening and birds in the morning.The water is just a stroll away. Quite a sight, with high surf warnings out.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the studio in Hilo. The room was clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, bread, bananas and flowers. The tables outside made the site seem larger than it is. Even though we are in the city it seemed more country. We would recommend this place.

The accommodations were wonderful. It’s away from everything but close as well. As outlined the beach is around the corner. There is a secluded spot just a few minute walk from the studio. It’s an hour from Volcano National Park, an hour from Isaac Hale Beach, and 2-2.5 hours from green sand beach. They have everything you need, beach towels, chairs, water shoes, snorkels, washer, dryer, and boogie boards. Ross, Target, and Safeway we’re a 10 minute or less drive. As for pans, utensils, spices, all were there and I only had to worry about buying food. Again, thank you so much for making the stay so easy and accommodating. I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Claudia’s studio was just perfect for myself and my 11 year old son. It was just steps away from the beach and the place was very cute, clean and safe. I will definitely rent from her again next time we’re in Hawaii. Thanks Claudia!

Absolutely Fabulous
The property in Hilo and the wonderful hosts made our stay in Hilo the best part of our trip to Hawaii. The accommodations were perfect, clean and beautiful. The hosts really showed concern for a perfect stay at their wonderful property. We hope to stay there in the future.

It was a great choice. So much better then a luxury hotel which we spent some nights at Kona. We located some volcano beaches right down the road. Live like a Hawaiian. Wonderful/Cheerful Studio Apartment
The apartment everything one would need for a beach and touring trip. The apartment had everything we needed for special time. They had lots of sizes of water shoes, beach chairs, and a full kitchen. It was a great choice. So much better then a luxury hotel which we spent some nights at Kona. We located some volcano beaches right down the road. Live like a Hawaiian. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Cute hidden gem
Loved our cute little studio. Was exactly as described and near beaches. Loved all the little Wildlife we saw. Claudia was amazing, helped us find her tucked away place and was available for anything we needed

Claudia is very responsive and check in was super easy. Very organized and without trouble. LOVE the sounds of nature in the evenings and the patio to sit and listen to the rainwater and dryer was super beneficial as well! We will be back!!!

Claudias Studio unit was amazing, It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and plenty of room. The location is 2 houses away from a beach park that you can hang out at and close to the richardsons beach which has good snorkeling. We really didn't need to bring anything with us as everything was there fir us to use. We cook so bringing a really good knife is a must. But there was all the cookware you needed, a coffee maker that doesn't need liners, blenders and a grill outside, Outside is a common area with beach chairs, water shoes, fins and snorkels, beach mats and a cooler inside to use. A wrap around lanai we used all the time. The only noise is the frogs which didn't bother us. No you cant hear the airport which is nearby. The unit is very convenient to Hilo. There is also a washer and dryer and soap is provided. We would definitely stay there again, Thanks Claudia for a wonderful stay:)

Great for the price
This place has what you need. It’s nothing fancy but it’s a great home base for exploring Hilo and the surrounding area. Things are well organized so there’s no question how to get to the property, how to check in, etc. The kitchen, laundry, and beach supplies would make this a great place for a family (studio would be small but there is also a main house) or extended stay. We saved a ton of money staying here and didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything.
