3-bedroom vacation home 13 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee
Profitez de votre séjour dans ce chalet récemment rénové au sommet de Gunstock Acres avec vue sur le lac Winnipesaukee et Gunstock de chaque pièce. Cette chambre a coucher a un lit king, un lit double, un lit superposé avec un lit superposé sur le bas et un futon complet. La maison est équipée de 2 télévisions à écran plat, machine à laver / sèche-linge, internet, câble et de nouveaux appareils. Tout est réglé pour une maison loin de la maison. Nous sommes situés à moins d'un mile de Gunstock et à quelques minutes à un accès à la plage privée. Profitez de votre café du matin sur le premier étage enrouler autour du pont ou sur votre balcon au deuxième étage avec accès par 2 chambres à l'étage. Chaque plate-forme a une vue magnifique sur soit Gunstock ou le lac Winnipesaukee.

This is our fourth visit at this location. We will be booking a fifth shortly. The property is always well-maintained and clean. The owner is always friendly and responsive.

The views were amazing, the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the house is nice and cozy without being too small. Already considering booking again.

Absolutely perfect stay — from the check in to check out — can’t recommend it enough. The home itself is well maintained, fully stocked, nicely laid out and cozy. The views, magnificent.

This place was just what my family needed to escape for a summer vacation.
Plenty of living space for our group, common area worked for all of us together. Spent the evening around the firepit.
Wish we had had better weather so we could really appreciate the view, but was still lovely even in the rain.
Having the master downstairs so the younger generation could have the area upstairs was very useful. The beds were incredibly comfortable- the couch too.
Being in the mountains did mean you had to drive a little to get to things to do. Would be a good winter getaway - really close to the ski resort.
The time went by fast - could easily have spent the rest of the week there.

2 nights for 2 couples. Nice to have rooms and bathrooms not on the same floor for intimacy. WelL equiped kitchen and nice gas BBQ. We would go back without hesitation.

We traveled (two sisters) with granddaughters age 11 and 13. The house was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed. Ample supplies. Great games for kids and we had a fabulous fireworks show every night we were there over the Fourth of July weekend.
And of course the beautiful view could not be beat. (Also owner was quick to respond to the couple questions we had). We Definately would recommend.

Excellent experience overall! Only recommendation would be to move time to vacate from10am to 11am. Check-in is 4pm.

This was our first time in New Hampshire and the views were great. I loved the small wild life that was around the house and the view of that lake was great. We came up from NC for the motorcycle rally and I will definitely be back up!

We felt pressured to pay the General Global Assistance insurance or face the possibility of a really high deposit. The cabin was expensive enough as is. This seemed like an “extra” way to make money, along with all VRBOs fees.

It was within 4 mins to get to Gunstock for our Bronco 4Wheel Weekend.
Very accurate on the “breath taking views” but the fog kept rolling in, but still beautiful!

We loved our stay! The house was lovely, the view was amazing, and the communication was very easy. All in all, the perfect long weekend to relax and enjoy the view! We had everything we needed at the house and the location was perfect for the few activities we wished to take part in. We highly recommend and would love to stay again some day!

We had a great stay at this property and it had everything we needed. Views of the mountains and lake were breathtaking. House was in close proximity to Meredith, Laconia, and other fun spots!

As advertised for our 2 day stay for a wedding in Laconia. Wonderful location and very private. Restaurants and stores located within a 15 minute drive as well. Beautiful view as well. I would have hoped for more flexibility on the 4 pm check in time and the 10 am check out time.

House was very comfortable and well stocked with all the essentials (cookware, spices, paper products, etc). The view is truly breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice! Owners were great with quick communication when needed.

It was just what we all needed. The views were breathtaking. We enjoyed morning cup of tea/coffee and breakfast on the porch looking at mountain peeks through the clouds!
Plenty to do around Gilford as well with the little one.

this hse worked out great for my family of 9,we had a weekend wedding at the margate and for all of us to stay there we would of had to get 7 rooms for 2 nights, ,finding this house was a life savor it was much cheaper for us, we were only about 15 min from the hotel, the views were beautiful, there was just enough rooms for all of us and for once none of us turned on the television,
it was the best weekend getaway for my family.

What a beautiful view ! The home is so warm and cozy and inviting . It was very clean and you did not need a thing.
My family had such a great time. We did have an issue with the tv but I have to say it was nice not having it on and just enjoying some music and each other ! Can’t wait to go back ! Thank you to the Hosts !

This is an amazing property! Gorgeous views, gorgeous house. No issues with the house or communication. House was clean and smelled nice. So close to so many activities. We went to the escape hour house and had a great time. Love the welcome book with information on the house and local spots. A little windy up on the mountain but we still enjoyed the deck and views. House was stocked with plenty the essentials and amenities, even games! We will definitely be returning!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! Amenities were great as well as everything you could need with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and even a full size washer and dryer! Robert and Andrea thought of everything to make this a cozy and comfortable stay! The views were so gorgeous! Only regret was not being able to stay longer! Will definitely rent this property again!

Nous avons adoré ce logement: une propreté impeccable, une décoration chaleureuse pour se sentir immédiatement chez soi, un aménagement très fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires, une superbe terrasse avec vue panoramique et du très bon mobilier pour en profiter à chaque instant. La situation géographique est excellente pour les visites, le lac, les plages, le shopping. Très facile et rapide pour communiquer avec Robert, qui en plus avait immédiatement accepté de reporter notre séjour d’une année dans le contexte de la pandémie. En résumé, une belle maison où on a envie de revenir.
