Great location near the pier.

The property and its amenities were perfect. The beds were very soft and comfortable The house had everything required and some great extras like chairs to bring to the beach and extras for doggies brought along. It's close proximity to the pier was great. We enjoyed playing card games around the large table. It had everything you could ask for. It is on the older side, but that added to the charm. The only issue we had the entire stay was that our little dog became infested with fleas. She had been treated before our trip as an extra precaution, however it apparently was not enough. Not much you can do about this, but if you are bringing you furry friend be cautious and bring extra provisions. Even after multiple treatment options my little furry friend is still scratching herself silly.

Had a great time. The house reminds of growing up. We lived on a farm in an old house like that. Plenty of room. It is walking distance to the fest. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks

This property worked out really well for us. It was very spacious with comfortable beds and the best part... walking distance to the shoreline, as well as, several good restaurants. We walked to the water every day. Really enjoyed the area. The people we met were very friendly and we felt safe. The large yard provided an area for exploring by our dog. It is partially fenced and there is a picnic table where we could watch her. We like the laid back type of getaway. Recommend this place especially for people liking to fish.

Cute farmhouse

We had a good time and the house is lovely! Central to everything. There is a great doggy daycare just a few minutes away(Salty Dog) so perfect for families with pets. John was quick to respond to any questions. A great place!

We love the farmhouse and try to come every year! It’s our starting point for adventures to Goose Island, Mustang Island, or just bird watching on the front porch.

We had a great time. We love the area and the farm house was perfect. We were able to walk to dinner and other activities.

My friend and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable weekend at this lovely home. The home is very well appointed and stocked. Great location on a quiet street and a short stroll to the seafront. We enjoyed walking to the nearby Irish pub for dinner and a few pints of Guinness. Wildlife and big oak trees accompanied us as we drank our morning coffee on the deck. Lovely property ~ definitely recommend for your stay in the Rockport-Fulton area.

Large property. 4 beds. We all slept comfortably. Convenient location.

It was a nice cozy place to stay. The only con was it was hot in there, not sure if the AC was going out. We went fishing so I washed our clothes and when I opened the dryer it was full of towels and sheets. We only had one roll of toliet paper which was on the wall already and went fast for 5 people. But other than that it was in a great location at a great price!

This charming, rustic house was well stocked with everything we needed. Location was awesome and very close to water. Both rooms had very comfortable beds and shower was roomy and perfect for a nice hot shower at the end of the day. It was a perfect yard for an Easter egg hunt with littles.

It was a great location and plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy our getaway.

Place was advertised. Very clean. Really cute place and a great location if you’re looking for some good fishing. Will definitely come back.

We always enjoy our stay at the farmhouse. It’s clean and roomy and has a huge yard and a washer and dryer as a bonus.

This home was older than I thought it would be, but that’s also what makes it so charming. The house was stocked with more than I could ask for and the beds were oh so comfortable! Loved that it was on acreage so the kids were able to come and go as they pleased without me having to worry about them. The location is beyond perfect as you’re a short walk to the pier, about 8 minutes from grocery stores, and only 13 minutes from rockport beach! Oh and becasue it’s nestled so close to the pier we were able to hear live music playing out first night while we bbq’d hot dogs which was just perfect for us!

I love this house. It's close enough to the pier to be a great place for those interested in fishing, and far enough to be quite when it needs to be. It's absolutely a great place to be with your family.

The little farmhouse was very cute and comfortable. We arrived very late and were relieved that checking in was so easy. The house was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a clean, cute, comfy beach vacation house! Our family loved spending time here and it was great being so close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, Everything was perfect except for the last night there some kids egged both our vehicles on 4th street. If you bring a boat watch it close several people walking neighborhood walking into peoples yards don't get me wrong it is a Safe neighborhood just be vigilant . But the place was wonderful plenty of room, great for the dogs stayed cool and was all around comfortable.We will stay agian.
