This apartment above the garage was just the right size and in the right location for my stay in Charlevoix. It was several blocks off the main thoroughfare but still within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
It is good for one or two people. The owner was easy to work with.

The place is beautiful. Laid out well, modern design, but still warm and welcoming. Bed is so comfortable and oversized chair is great for relaxing in. Quiet area, safe neighborhood, but still less than a mile walk to the bridge. Host was responsive and welcoming, instructions were clear and easy.

We had a great stay here. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our few days away. The location was very convenient to the beach and downtown Charlevoix. The only thing I would suggest are some brighter lightbulbs in the lamps but I like lots of light, even at night :)
If we make a return to Charlevoix, hopefully we can book here again!

This is our second time staying here, we loved it so much the first time we wanted to come back. Perfect location as it’s a short walk to downtown. The apartment is just the right amount of space. Definitely plan to come back next year!

My husband and I were out for a Fall get-away, and this was the perfect cozy apartment for us! It was very clean, the rental price was right, and it was just the right size for 2 (or 3) people. It was very quick to get to downtown Charlevoix. We also enjoyed seeing deer in our backyard.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and location of property. We easily walked to downtown Charlevoix in a short 15 minutes. Super cute. The bed is very comfortable. It was just the right size for my husband and I.
We had family that stayed at Weathervane right up the street and paid quite a bit more and after stopping in to look at where we were staying wished they had booked this condo instead. We hope to stay here on our next visit!!!

The studio was not only cozy and well-equipped, it was just a short drive to Bridge St. and all of the places you want to visit in Charlevoix! We loved the comfy bed and the nice shower, but were mostly happy to sit and have a cup of coffee together before we started our days in the sun!

This is our second time staying here because we loved it the first time. Still wonderful! Just a nice, clean, convenient, cozy little place to get away and relax. The bed is amazing and there are lots of little details to make everything perfect like having wine glasses and a cork screw plus having throw blankets to snuggle up with in the living room. Check in/out is very simple and quick and they don't have a bunch of over the top requirements.

This was my first time staying at a Vrbo and let me tell you, if every experience is like this, I'm never staying in a hotel again!
The space was beautiful, super comfortable (Like BEST Sleep I've had in a long time), perfect for a quick weekend stay for 2, and when we had some friends stay one night, they said the pullout couch was more comfortable than any other they've slept on.
The location could not have been more perfect and is ridiculously close to downtown but still just outside so it was quiet.
Overall, 12/10. Well done. If we come back to Charlevoix, we know where we are staying!

We had a local wedding to attend over LDW and found this place with great reviews! They didn't lie-- it was very private and nice to not share walls or floors with others. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and Mark allowed us to check in a little earlier when the holiday traffic didnt delay as much as we had anticipated. The apartment is stocked with everything you need and the sheets and bed were so cozy! You can walk to the Mt McSauba Recreation Area for a nice hike or trip to the beach, and it's a short drive to downtown Charlevoix for local eats and shopping. We highly recommend staying here and would return again for a quiet getaway!

Enjoyed the loft during our stay. The unit was easy to get to and a stones throw away from town. Comfortable with basic amenities. But I felt the property next store was on top of us. A little too close. It’s ok if we knew but that wasn’t described enough. All in all stay was fine.

The location was great and it was private. Very nice inside and clean. Could use a blind on the window up the stairs, the fridge is very loud and next to the bed. The chimes on the main house can keep you up if it’s windy. Otherwise really nice. We would stay again.

Did not know that a studio apartment meant “up the stairs over the garage”. Not good when your partner has a bad back, full disclosure would be good here. The description also offered a grill for use on the deck, but the deck had a barricade of chairs blocking its use. So disappointed because I was looking forward to fabulous dinners from the grill and evenings with a glass of wine; but we are not a couple to rock the boat on our vacation. Only found out when we were leaving that it was meant to keep the deer out. A quick note would have been helpful. Morning yappy dog in the main house was a bonus not mentioned in the description.

Perfect "up north" place! The studio was decorated so well and had everything needed for a great stay. Very close to downtown and the beaches while being removed from the noise.
