Communication was very good. And the owner quickly went above and beyond to solve a coffee pot issue which we greatly appreciated. Enjoyed the canoe (though we did have to pay the yard guy to weed eat a 12ft path through 3ft brush to get the canoe to the lake), pool table, ping pong and foosball. Too cold to try the pool. Many spiders and roaches. Cleaning could have been much better. The bottom floor is divided into 2 sections with 3 stairs not shown in the pictures. The downstairs bedroom is very small. My elderly parents were hoping to avoid stairs but had to do the stairs to the top floor to a larger bedroom and the 3 stairs on the bottom floor. The biggest issue was having to wash the towels/hand towels/wash cloths, so no shower before bed or in the morning and wiping your hands/face on your clothes after washing them. High fee if you don't wash the towels... Like others mentioned, this should be covered in the cleaning fee. Caught a 2lb bass off the dock along with tilapia and blue gills. Caught several bass from the canoe. Overall had an enjoyable stay.

The neighborhood wasn't what we expected. However, it was very quite and peaceful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the pool and our overall stay here. This was exactly what we needed. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing a get away.

Very peaceful lake house. Beautiful sunsets over the lake.. Plenty of room & things for everyone to do in the house. Fishing was great from the dock, and lots of different birds to watch. The owner (Greg) is very attentive to any questions or needs you might have. And Blackburn's BBQ a short distance away, is a must. I just wish we could have stayed longer 😔

Our family loved this beautiful lake house, we celebrated our son's birthday here for Legoland and this house couldn't be any better for the family and kids. Will definitely be coming back!

Fun vacation home, great for kiddos!

Plenty of room to spread out in this lovely home! Pool and hot tub were a bonus. Bring a fishing pool (we did not sadly) because you have your own dock. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple questions that we had. We would return. Very close to grocery store and Walmart and lots of restaurants.

The fridge tables and bedrooms were not very clean. Dust and dirt found also found a roach in guest bedroom The washing of the towels should be included in the cleaning price we could not even take a shower the morning we departed because the towels had to be washed and dried Cleaning team needs to wipe down the walls better dust on the fans and table as well. Other wise the location is beautiful

Speechless...Made me and the wife buy a lake house...

Communication with the owners was great… Check-in was easy… The facility itself is in need of quite a bit of repair… I saw a mold in the closets… Doors do not open and close properly… There were water leaks coming from the ceiling in the great room.. The pool area was broken up and did not feel safe with the kids by the pool… Foosball table ping-pong table pool table all needed repairing…. unfortunately myself and my family did not enjoy staying at this facility

This is a nice spacious house with lots of fun amenities. My kids loved the pool and ping pong table. And the host was super easy to work with.

This house located on eagle lake is the perfect place to relax and unplug. The home is older, but clean and spacious and the neighborhood is very quiet. My family got in late and had a little trouble with the lock, we text the owner and he called us back immediately with instructions. It was no trouble at all once we did it correctly 😆 We enjoyed the pool every day and the hot tub almost every night. It heats up quickly and stays hot for awhile after the timer switches off. We only needed to run it until the heat shut off automatically and it was perfect. We paddled around the lake in the canoe and the kids jumped off the dock into the lake. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of pots and pans to use along with a few spices and essentials in the cabinets. There is a Walmart nearby when you need to stock up and several places that deliver. When you stay at Eagle lake it feels like your staying at a friend's lake house, it's very cozy and comfortable. :)

Our family had a great time in this home on Eagle Lake. We loved the two separate living areas, game tables, pool, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable as well. We only wish we could’ve stayed a little longer.

This is our second year staying here and we had another great time. We didn't even shop for a new place, we knew where we wanted to come back to. We come hauling teenagers and this place is great for that. We found some nice new upgrades this year as well. There are great spaces in the house where you can separate quiet book reading from the video gamers and plenty of games inside in case it rains. The pool area is wonderful and there really is no reason to leave, except maybe Blackburn's BBQ. We got some really nice sunsets and the mornings when the teenagers are still sleeping is a great time on the back porch with coffee and wishing the early morning anglers good luck. We did have a couple of small items that we broke on accident and talking with the owner they were real cool about it as we worked out the best way for us to replace the items we broke. Another great stay, Thank you thank you.

This house was perfect for our visit. Enough for the grandkids to keep entertained and for the adults to relax.

Enjoyed your place, fishing was great. The house was nice and cozy. Was planning on going to the theme parks in orlando but never got around to it because the house was great enough for my family to spread out and enjoy. Once again, Thank you!!!!!!

We had an excellent week with family. The pool was great yes there is some staining as previously mentioned but the water was crystal clear. The screened porch facing the lake was a great gathering space in the evening and early morning. The house was large enough for all 9 of us 3 teenagers and we could all have our own space. Property manager was awesome as well as the home owners would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

This place needs lots of renovation and updating. Most importantly, we reported how unsafe the french doors to the pool were, we found our young child in the pool when the doors were suppose to be locked. We found that you could just push on the doors and they would fly right opened. It was way overpriced, and we were thankful to leave.

Nice lake views with a nice pool and lots of space for a large family to hang out and relax.

We had a very nice time. We would come back again. Gas grill dosen’t heat very well and hit tub stopped being hot. Overall great experience.

We really enjoyed the house but it needs a good cleaning. After we cleaned it we had a great time.

Plenty of space to spend quality family time. Large living room with ping-pong table, billiard table and foosball. A few steps down to the kitchen/family room, so watch the toddlers! Lake is beautiful and just a few steps away. Swimming pool is even closer! We enjoyed our brief stay.

This lake home has everything!!! We had the Best days just staying here!!! Swam in the Lake and Fished, swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub, played ping pong and Foose Ball. This house was clean snd equipped with EVERYTHING!!!! We will be back!!!!

Wonderful

We loved our stay, the house is big with lots of room to have large families to be together or splitting up for a game of pool, foosball or ping pong and that's just inside! 4 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. A great big dining room table for family and the kitchen had everything we needed. Outside the pool and spa worked flawlessly and we even enjoyed the canoe out on the lake. Dock was in good condition and we fished from it every night. Sunsets were magnificent and my wife and I sat on the lake side porch and relaxed while the teenagers were horse playing in the pool. Very enjoyable 4 days.

Property as described with lots of space and things to do while there. Master room is huge, the other rooms kind of small but who spends lots of time in bedrooms other than to sleep. Terrace by the lake was my favorite spot early in the morning and at sunset and afterwards.

As others have stated, the property is clearly showing its age. Front door moulding around the window was broken and the repair had failed. Not a first good impression. Rooms are ok, but clearly in need of some paint / maintenance. Oak trees are all around the property so they tend to make the exterior shaded but covered in oak tree stuff so it looks messy. Beds were ok, but again, clearly well used. For our stay the porch facing the dock had a few issues. One of the doors had broken off of the hinges (we are told due to the storm that occurred just prior to our arrival) and was not repaired. A used cigarette was left laying on the light switch like someone lit it and forgot it. We had multiple electrical outlets that were so worn they wouldn't hold a plug. One light switch was so worn out you had to jiggle it to get it to work. The pots and pans had long since seen better days and the non-stick was non-existent so everything stuck. With some TLC/maintenance this would have been more favorable. 3 of us stayed and shared the same impressions and opinion. The pool and jacuzzi was nice, once you follow the not so obvious directions to turning on the jacuzzi. The two deck chairs by the jacuzzi were so rusted that they broke (we were told new ones were on order). There is a ping pong table and pool table so you can find things to do if inside or sit on the well worn couch in the lower living room and watch youtube TV. The lake view is very nice. However, you have to go down a fairly narrow road and down a cul-de-sac to get to the house so it seems a little off the beaten path. Best way I could put this is a hotel that should have been remodeled 5 years ago but is still being rented out. We would not stay again unless this is addressed.
