I was as expected, met very friendly staff in the morning. Nice family run place. Good place to get away from it all but take supplies with you as there is little available locally. This is a small quiet place.
We couldn't stay longer!

Location was good.
Sofa bed was not very clean, carpet was dusty and kitchen needs some basics like oil, foil etc

Good for location
I had booked 3 apartments but received key code only for 2 apartments. When I called the manager she rudely told me that I had booked only 2 apartments. Although she checked it and finally was able to confirm that I had booked 3 apartments and gave me key code at the end.
I felt furious when she told me that I should not book from another platform instead directly book from the apartment and she kept going on and on.
I do understand that she must have been pissed off as I called at 7 pm to get key code but I did email to request early in the morning which I did not get any reply. However, it was her phone mannerism that was shocking. If she does not like customers then it’s best not to open it!
She could have assisted us at least kindly and explained what has happened instead she blamed me for booking from another apartment which irritated me even more.

it’s a neat property but a bit dated.
the bathroom is attached to the bedroom which makes it difficult for a 3rd person to share especially in the night.

loved the location and the set out of the apartments
Room was not exactly clean…. All dishes had to be washed before use, cobweb on wall behind front door, toilet was dirty and coffee machine (capsule) was dirty and smeared so did not use it (used the kettle instead)…
particularly alarming was the wet washing (towels and sheets etc) were left freshly washed but put on top of green garden waste and a pile wash left on the ground outside on concrete clothesline area for 1.5 hrs till cleaning lady came back and hung them on the lines…. the thought that this is not the first time this has happened and people sleep in these…. (have photos to support this)

Bed was comfortable and kitchen was clean and tidy.
Location was very convenient, close to the beach, cafe and general store.

Loved, the Location, was a wonderful place to stay in an extremely cozy and comfortable apartment. Hosts were terrific and were able to provide us with help for any issues we had as well as tips on things to do around the area which was great. :)

clean and great location
The lady that runs the place is not a great communicator. our trip which was meant to be a family getaway ended up being extremely stressful due to the miscommunication with the owner and we received abusive and unkind texts from her which ruined our trip.

Great base camp for multiple day hikes in Wilsons Prom. Warm living room area during the cold winter nights. All cooking utensils and appliances were provided in the kitchen. Good sized accommodation overall for 2 people.
We were hardly ever in the accommodation besides night time. Not so much a dislike but the bedroom was super cold at night time even with the bedroom window closed and the bathroom door shut which had a window inside that couldn't be closed.

The location although a little remote from facilities was ideal for a short getaway. The apartment was close to beach access and on a quiet street, with minimal noise / interaction from locals (however, I was the only person staying at my accommodation on this stay). The beach was easily accessible on foot from both ends of town and looked like a safe place to swim (in summer). If you are happy to drive to see other tourist destinations or dine out, you need a minimum of 40mins each way but there was plenty to see. Judy was very welcoming and had great local knowledge which she was happy to share upon arrival. One bonus....an electric blanket, thank you!
I was really concerned at the level of cleanliness - crockery/cutlery/canisters all quite grubby, however the work surfaces were clean. The kettle had floating bits in it which I cleaned several times. There was mould and grime on the bathroom windowsills and fittings. Linen all seemed clean, the bed was great! My reverse cycle heating struggled to warm the 1-bedroom apartment, perhaps a better functioning heater would eliminate the cold and dampness I felt. Advice prior to arriving about drinking water would also be welcome so it can be brought along.

Quiet location. The beach and shops were within walking distance
We didn't realise that the front window was slid wide open on the first night- and nearly froze!
I'm sure the pictures showed table and chairs, but there were only bar stools and a narrow Bench.
The couch was really uncomfotable and saggy.
