Lovely clean, spacious apartment. Very convenient to local shops and restaurants and only 5 mins walk to the railway station for popping in and out to London City. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat. The flat is near the bus and train station so you can easily travel across London and it is near to the airport in Heathrow. We can really recommend this flat for your next vacation in London

Kevin was amazing. Super quick to respond to my questions. The place is perfectly located for everything you would ever need within walking distance. I was worried something would be wrong with the property before arriving because of the very reasonable price, but the flat exceeded our expectations. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Hope to rebook when I come back to pick up my daughter after her semester abroad is over..

We wanted somewhere we could stay close to London, pleasant neighbourhood, close to transport, free parking and comfortable accommodation for us (2 adults, 2 children with separate lounge and two bathrooms). We found it all here. I don't think we could have found anything better for the price with a host always helpful and responsive. A great place for a very enjoyable trip.

All the experience was so amazing! Kevin was the best host ever! He sent us a lot of important informations, the house is good for 4, is really near to the station, stores, mall, supermarket… It was a amazing surprise! The property was great; train station, waterfront and groceries all within a 5-minute walk. Host was great to communicate with: prompt and pleasant, and provided a backup local contact in case we couldn't reach him. The apartment was spacious with a balcony; my kids loved the bunk beds, and the master bed was very comfortable. Separate washer and dryer as well as clothes horse. The only hiccup was that there are two entrance doors at the same address which both accept the access code. The one on the right is a commercial property - the one on the left is the residential property.

Property was very secure so we felt safe. Loved the space with the 2 spacious full bathroom, living area and balcony. We felt at home. Kevin was easy to reach by phone and response time was great. Loved the Kingston area with the train station a few steps away, galore shopping plus a mall, and quaint streets with numerous restaurants, especially on the Riverside water front with views of boats and greenery. We plan to return to this spot whenever we visit England again. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stayed here for our trip from Boston, US to London for four adults. The flat was clean and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Sofabed in the living room easily converted to a couch. Very clean. Kitchen well supplied. Owner was easy to communicate with. Don't forget to get your check-in info before your trip though! Loved the flat and the neighborhood, but it did take us 1 hr by train to get to central london. Happy with the experience over all.

This was the perfect flat for us. It has everything we could have needed for a 3-night stay. Very well-equipped flat, incredibly quiet, and private. The location is within a short distance of the train station and lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops in Kingston, one can drop off one's bags and continue shopping (we were there on Black Friday). Kevin is a wonderful host and anything we needed or questions we had he was able to help us. It could not have been a better fit. We will definitely come back!

the apartment is very clean and surprisingly quiet. The beds are not the most comfortable , otherwise, everything was just perfect. Communication with the host was fluid and instructions to access the property where very accurate. We would return anytime without hesitation.

Super location, so clean, host was on the ball and in communication when contacted. I haven't given it 5 starts. If there was an option of 4 and a half I would have chosen it. Why? The keybox was not the easiest to open and took a few shots and the decor in the apartment could be doing with a lick of paint. Other than that would definitely stay there again.

great location in Kingston upon Thames, 5 min from Sainsbury, railroad, buses, town centre, secure free parking is a bonus. apartment is cosy, and well laid out for the space. some utensils need updating, home instructions and welcome information needs to be left out and reprinted, it was only found on the last day, stuffed in the bookshelf? great having 2 bathrooms with a family of four and quiet in the evening. overall this is a great secure place in London to travel in the local area or further into London in approx 30-45mins depending on bus or train.

Perfect flat in great location.
We rented this flat for a nice stay to see family and attend a wedding with our 3 year old. It was the perfect size in a great location. Loved that the Sainsburys is on one side, and the Bentall Center and train stop is just on the other side.
Communication with the owner could not be beat! He also replaced the kitchen items that were wearing out, which we appreciated. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Kingston!

Outstanding gem
Firstly, I'm originally from Kingston, so pleasing me was always going to be a little be more challenging. Kevin's property was amazing in everything from cleanliness to location to communication with him about whatever we had questions about. Those questions by the way were most pre trip because his level of communication is great. The apartment has everything you need (even with a curious toddler!). Great location and very quiet, even over the busy and raucous Christmas period. I would 100% stay here everytime I come back 'home'. Thanks Kevin!

Great location, quiet, excellent access to town, transport and amenities but the props could benefit from some attention such as kitchen cabinet door hanging off, a number of lights not working and cooking pots in poor condition and in need of replacement as they were unfit to be used. Shame as it could be 5*.

Great apartment in an amazing location
Everything about staying in this flat was easy and comfortable. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient, the flat itself was comfortable and easily heated when necessary. It was brilliant to have car parking in a city centre and the location of the flat just a few minutes from John Lewis, Waitrose and the Thames was unbeatable. We can't wait to return!
