- no Wi-Fi???????? - they took „passport“ from me as deposit!!!!!! - they have a minimum price, so had to pay on top of „booking.com“ price - they knock the door until you get out before 12am - bathroom was wet - AC making noises - thin wall (you can hear noise from other rooms) - flying insects - very dark room - no toilet paper - only one plug at the TV (as far as I know) - probably I forgot something more

the location is very good, near from food, shop, atm,etc

tv is not working, bad attitude for staff, no helpfull at all

Smelly room.. bedsheet got spotted,tiny water flow ..rough bath towel.. lighting in and out hotel a bit sorrow ..scaryy

Nice place near UK Petra in Surabaya. I've choosen this place than back to Malang for a business trip.

The shower was hot. We were able to get a taxi early in the morning to the airport. The morning staff was helpful in getting us a taxi.

None of the staff could speak any English. I notified the hotel via email that I wanted to keep my booking and they keep emailing they would cancel the booking. The room was not very clean.
