Nous vous remercions d'avoir envisagé notre cabane de montagne lors de vos vacances! Nous trouvons la paix et la tranquillité là-bas et nous pensons que vous le trouverez également! La cabine, qui n'a que quatre ans, peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes. Il y a deux chambres en bas, un lit queen (nouveau matelas Tuft et Needle), et un lit complet (matelas neuf), et une mezzanine à l'étage avec deux lits simples et un lit complet (TOUS ont de nouveaux matelas Tuft and Needle!) En outre, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour faire sauter deux matelas pneumatiques si un espace supplémentaire est nécessaire pour les enfants ou les personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine entièrement équipée propose des appareils en acier inoxydable et un coin salon pour voir la belle Montagne Roan ou toute faune qui peut jouer dans la cour. Le grand salon est équipé d'un canapé en cuir semi-circulaire avec fauteuils inclinables aux deux extrémités et un grand ottoman. Des balançoires sont disponibles dans cette salle, ajoutant des places assises pour de grands rassemblements familiaux. Il y a un grand téléviseur à écran plat sur le manteau, offrant un cadre de film pour ceux qui aiment les films ou la télévision. Le porche de notre cabine est équipé d'une balançoire, de deux rockers et d'autres chaises de porche, offrant une escapade tôt le matin pour les lecteurs et les observateurs d'oiseaux tout en écoutant le flux. C'est un endroit favori pour presque tous ceux qui visitent la cabine. Le porche arrière de la cabine est un endroit idéal pour griller et divertir. La propriété de 10 acres sur laquelle se trouve la cabine a un chemin de marche naturel pour ceux qui aiment faire de l'exercice sans avoir à quitter la cabine pour le faire. De plus, il y a un puits de feu naturel juste en face du pont près du ruisseau où vous et votre famille pouvez profiter des smores et des discussions tard le soir. L'eau du ruisseau est adjacente au foyer et est facilement disponible pour éteindre le feu / les braises après utilisation. Toutes les saisons sont magnifiques ici, car la nature met en évidence des couleurs brillantes en fonction de l'époque de l'année. Nous espérons que votre séjour à la cabane sera un moment de rafraîchissement et de renouvellement.

We really loved this property. It was so cozy and restful for our trip. The front porch swing was probably my favorite spot but the living room was also great for my entire family. A sweet bonus was family memorabilia sprinkled throughout the house. It was everything and more. Will definitely be returning!

There was a collective 'Wow' when we drove onto the property; so beautiful with the stream, the woods, and the cabin! The cabin was very comfortable and clean. Things were laid out and labelled well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My wife and I so enjoyed the mornings with coffee on the front porch rocking chairs. Very relaxing. The communication with the owner was prompt, courteous and accommodating. We enjoyed watching a movie inside as well as outside with the projector. I highly recommend!

It was beautiful! It was so nice to be unconnected from social media for the weekend! We got to sit on the porch, have coffee and watch the deer! The cabin was beautiful, plenty of room. We will definitely be back!!!

We stayed in this beautiful cabin after hiking and had the best time. The cabin was clean and beautiful!!! We were able to unplug and enjoy our family while playing board games,

Peace and Tranquility is the perfect name for this property. It is perfectly situated, surrounded by trees, a singing stream flowing out front, and a beautiful valley view of the mountains. Yet, it is just a few minutes drive to the town of Roan Mountain and the State Park. The cabin is well equipped with all you need except internet and cell service. We downloaded movies on our computer so that wasn’t too much trouble. This is truly a place to unplug and relax! Hope is a super host!

My son and I got to spend the week together with friends and had an amazing time. The cabin is amazing, the creek is so relaxing and the camp fires were so much fun. The cabin was very clean and had more than enough room for all of us. We found everything we needed and there were even board games and movies available. We were visited by 8-10 large deer one night by the fire pit. The snow was great and we enjoyed snowball fights. Everything we needed was provided and we had no issues at all. Cant wait to return next year.

My family enjoyed our winter getaway to eastern TN/the NC highlands thanks in large part to this beautiful property! We went for snow, outside adventure, and cozy cups of hot chocolate by the fireplace and checked every box. The cabin is a real treat, made all the more wonderful by the spacious and fun property it sits on. Check it out, you'll love it!

Amazing cabin,beautiful property! Communication was great. Cabin was super clean, had all the necessities, we even cooked a few meals and cooked on the grill. There is no Wi-Fi or cell service which was great!! Location was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit. Definitely would stay here again!

This is the second time this year that I stayed at the Boon Cabin. It is absolutely a delightful place to get off the grid. There is no cellular service here or internet access. While that may seem undesireable, it is, in fact a blessing.
You should definitely try it. The surroundings are beautiful. A great place to get back in touch with your inner self and nature. Hope and Wade are just great. We experienced a problem with the pilot llight going out for the fireplace gas logs. Hope and Wade jumped right on it and resolved the problem in a few hours. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are. Anything you need, they will do all humanly possible to make you happy. Don't pass up an opportunity to stay at this wonderful place. I hope to return for a third time in the not-too-distant future.

This place was amazing…..we have rented several cabins over the years but this one was far superior to any place we stayed previously. Everything was to perfection, Hope is a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any questions or needs and just a down right pleasure to deal with. We wanted a place to take out two granddaughters that would expose them to a simply more basic way of life and to experience nature at it finest. We discovered that and more…..Hope has missed nothing in her furnishings and supplying of this cabin. She clear takes a great deal of pride in her property and the decor, which includes a lot of her family history made this cabin seem like home right from the first minute we entered…..it just felt like home. Thank you so much for you hospitality Hope….we will certainly be returning!

Cabin was perfect. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water and towels, good water pressure. Beds slept great, kitchen supplied well and the gas grill was great.
There wasn’t much of anything in the way of grocery stores so either bring it with you or buy it in Elizabethton. All but two of the local restaurants were closed. Bakers pizza was a life savor in that the pies were great! They have excellent breakfasts too. Very nice stay and will do it again.

This property exceeded our expectations! I would rate it 6 out of 5 if I could. Hope was quick to respond and so accomodating to our needs. We do plan to return.

We were only at the cabin for the weekend, but wish we would have stayed for the week. Our 3 children enjoyed having their own beds in the loft. My wife and I loved morning coffee out on the porch. The cabin was warm and inviting (we enjoyed the family history) and the property with the fire pit (perfect for s'mores), mowed trail for walking and the babbling creek made for a relaxing stay. Anyone willing to wake up early (6:30ish) will see the deer that frequent the property. Our children all want to come back next year.

Although we did experience a slight glitch with locating the key box upon our arrival which was very quickly resolved, I could not not have been more pleased with our stay at Boone Cabin in Roan Mountain, TN. I can't imagine a more beautiful cabin. I've never before seen one as beautiful. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and spacious -- a great place to get away and relax. Lots of foliage and privacy. It is truly a paradise. Hope to return here again some time. Highly recommended.

My friends and I loved the house and the property. The hostess was very communicative and the instructions were clear for everything we needed. The property itself is gorgeous and we were even able to play some kickball in the field. 10/10 would highly recommend

It’s definitely out in the country so peace and quiet are just the ticket. Lovely cabin with great fireplace. Kitchen nicely equipped and big refrigerator. Outdoor fire pit next to bubbling creek. Bring fire starters. There is a grocery store in the town of Roan mountain for last minute perishables. We will be back

Wonderful cabin. Very clean, well maintained and beds were all very comfortable. The rooms display rich family history. The decor is intentional and cozy. The kids loved playing in the creek and loved exploring the property. Perfectly located with gorgeous view of mountains. While in town for the weekend, some of the boys went to see the Nascar race in Bristol . We enjoyed fishing at Lake Watauga. In only sad we couldnt stay longer. Would absolutely go back.

Enjoyable stay
The house was just as described, but even more peaceful and relaxing than we imagined. The house had everything we needed. It was also very convenient to all the activities we wanted to do in the area. Our three kids (all under 10) loved seeing the wildlife and playing in the creek. We thought only one bathroom for 7 of us might be an issue, but mostly it wasn't. The loft area did get pretty warm on occasions, but was manageable. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend Getaway to the Mountains
The property was perfect. There was no internet or cell phone service and it was nice to disconnect for a few days. Beautiful property. We saw deer, turkey and the children loved playing in the creek and s'mores by the fire. Lots of relaxing time on the front porch.

Peaceful Retreat
This mountain hideaway is a perfect place to unplug and relax. The house was very well kept stock-wise regarding linens utensils pots dishes. The creek was awesome and peaceful. The location couldn't have been better something you would see in a magazine. If you have a large group having one bathroom made pose a challenge but not impossible. Bring a fan for the loft area as it can get warmer up there overall experience was exceptional thank you for opening up your home Boone family
