Détendez-vous dans ce petit bijou dans le centre de Bend.
Idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de Bend Drake Park, de 1915 maison de Ernest & Elizabeth Hanna est véritablement historique. Il a été à l'interne, totalement rénové, mais l'extérieur est en général comme il a été construit il ya près de 100 ans.
La maison est une courte promenade au centre de Bend, parc Drake et la rivière Deschutes. Le parc est au bout de la rue à moins de 100 yards loin. Downtown Bend est inférieure à 1/4 mile, à 5 minutes à pied, à sa salle cosmopolite et shopping éclectique. Vous pourrez savourer les rues de finale dans cette magnifique partie ancienne de la ville.
Juste garer la voiture et marcher!
La maison a été a été remodelé avec des inclusions de qualité, y compris des armoires de cerisier, appareils en acier inoxydable, revêtement de sol en bois dur, les comptoirs de béton, carrelage dans la cuisine et salles de bains, chauffage central au gaz, air conditionné. 2 chambres confortables, 2 salles de bain peut accueillir quatre personnes et est entièrement équipée avec à peu près tous vos besoins en visite.

This property was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. Nice street close to the river and Old Town. We could walk to shopping, restaurants and activities. Lots of street parking. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy. Hope to stay longer next time.

House is located within walking distance near most everything that you need-old mill district, downtown bend, Deschutes river trail, Drake park, etc. Owner was very responsive when we asked a question and flexible on our check-out since we had a late flight. We used the kitchen to cook a couple of meals but plenty of restaurants, brewpubs and take-out options near by. House is clean and comfortable. If you plan to visit Deschutes national forest, you can get a NW Pass at the near by Sinclair station. Our favorite spot in this house was the front porch. There is a large birch tree in the front that provides privacy and shade. It was a great place to relax after an active day. We played lots of backgammon(included with the rental). Next time we visit Bend, we plan to rent this house again!

You can’t get a much better location for a stay in Bend. Easy access to downtown, Drake park, Old Mill, the Amphitheater. The house is clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked.

This is the perfect home for a group of 4. Well furnished, comfortable beds. Great kitchen. The park and river are 2 minutes away at the end of the street. Close to everything but a nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to come back some day.

What an amazing Craftsman home! The owner, Bruce, is wonderful! We were able to check-in early (our flights changed) and oh, my goodness, the walkability is stellar.
Should we be in Bend again in the future, we will definitely see if this gorgeous, well-kept, beautiful home is available.
We walked a short couple of blocks to downtown and enjoyed yummy food, too. So fun!!

Bruce was so kind to get us into the house early on the day of our check in. He really went above and beyond knowing that we had our dog with us and we were able to check in two hours earlier. The place was clean and I loved the fresh flowers that were left for us on the table throughout our stay. This was our second time at Bruce’s home and it’s our favorite place in Bend.

Home away from home in Old Bend
This was our second visit to this excellent property, and we will be back again. This cozy Craftsman has everything our family of three needs and then some. We make all our own meals and love the kitchen, which is better equipped than any other VRBO we have stayed in. Bruce is a thoughtful and generous host who showed us much appreciated flexibility in our arrival and departure times. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well-equipped Craftsman gem. Modern appliances and mechanicals. A short stroll to Drake Park, Mirror Pond, and downtown; an easy walk to the trendy Mill District.

Would do it again
Great property in a great location. Bruce texted to let us know we could check in early. Gave us some pointers about the area (especially parking). House was in a great location, just across the street from Drake Park. House was well stocked and very comfortable with a number of modern updates but still holding on the the original charm. Would definitely rent this again.

Everything we needed for the weekend stay. The house was cozy and had a nice yard that was dog friendly. A block away from a beautiful park and river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Property is a classic 2 bedroom bungalow that is well maintained.

Great little house with superlative location
We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I over New Years. It has all the amenities you need so leave towels, dishes, pots, pans, and drinking glasses at home. The small fenced-in yard was great for the dog. And the location is steps away from mirror pond. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood and perfect distance for walking to downtown for drinks, shopping or dinner. We brought our dog and loved walking across the street to Drake park.

Location, location, location!
Clean, well stocked, perfect location, with all the bells and whistles! You can spend the day exploring Bend on foot (just a half block from the Deschutes/Drake Park!) and then snuggle in for a meal or snack with many options on the Apple TV. The beautiful houseplants and fresh cut flowers are a bonus! Thanks for sharing your special place with us!

Epic Bend spot
We absolutely loved staying here! The location was truly everything, and we could walk to all our favorite places! The neighborhood is charming and quiet! It is just a quick walk to Mirror pond and about 7 minutes to town! The house felt like home and was so comfortable for the 4 of us! We will Be back to this location! Thanks Bruce! Cheers!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay for so many reasons! The location is perfect for walking downtown, to the Old Mill or by the river. We spent a lot of time enjoying the front porch too. You could do some serious cooking in the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cottage
This is a lovely cottage in a quaint and lovely neighborhood. The cottage has everything you would need for a weekend getaway. The park adjacent to the cottage is beautiful. It is easy to walk to downtown from the cottage. I love this spot and would definitely return in the future.

Great vacation rental in an ideal location
Loved it! Good location in old Bend- close to restaurants and across the street from Drake park. My dog loved his early morning walk at the park. Also, centrally located to beautiful hiking trails in and around Bend.

Great house and great location!
Spacious and very comfortable house in great location! Across the street from Drake park and a 5min walk to town. Impressive kitchen with everything you need to relax, cook, and entertain. My pup and I loved working and reading on the front porch. Nice and modern washer and dryer (maybe a minor point, but great when you're on a 3 weeks trip :-) I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

We had a great time in Bend. The house was perfect for my husband, our 21 year old daughter, our two dogs, and I. Very cute house with comfortable furnishings. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood that was very close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The manager was very welcoming and great to communicate with. There was and unusually large amount of snow there and the manager kindly had the the sidewalk, parking area, and even part of the backyard cleared for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location to enjoy Bend! The house is situated one block from Drake park and a few blocks from downtown. The house is updated and well appointed with everything you need. We have been renting houses in Bend for 15 years and would happily return to this house.

This house is adorable! The kitchen has been updated and fully stocked with everything you need. Master bedroom has a nice king bed and large closet. The location is ideal. Just a few minutes to center of town, close to the park, the river and The Old Mill district. Everthing is neat, clean and very inviting.
