Bienvenue dans notre tranche de paradis à Jupiter FL!
Merci d'avoir consulté notre liste. Ma femme et moi avons acheté cette propriété et immédiatement fait une rénovation complète de haut en bas. Toute nouvelle cuisine, bains, appareils électroménagers, A / C, chauffe-eau, etc. Cette unité est impeccable à la fois dans son emplacement et sa finition.
Nous avons remplacé le canapé en mai 2017, nous avons maintenant un sectionnel en forme de L avec un lit Queen Pullout. L'unité peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes (chambre King, chambre Queen et canapé-lit Queen).
Voici quelques points clés sur cette unité particulière:
1. Ce condo est situé à la lisière du parc Carlin (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ Attraction_Review-g34335-d560953-Reviews-Carlin_Park-Jupiter_Florida. Html # REVIEWS), à quelques minutes à pied de l'océan
2. Tous les achats sont à distance de marche (banque, supermarché, grand magasin, restaurants, etc.) Vous pouvez honnêtement faire très bien sans voiture. (même si vous en voulez un!)
3. Deux chambres à coucher principales avec salle de bains complète (une avec douche, une avec baignoire) deux placards sans rendez-vous dans le maître principal.
4. écrans plats haute définition dans chaque chambre et salon. Le salon a un son surround compatible avec Bluetooth. TV dispose également d'un accès intelligent aux films Netflix et Amazon
5. entièrement rénové en 2015, de haut en bas avec un ajustement et une finition de haute qualité, y compris tous les équipements qui desservent la maison
6. Internet haute vitesse avec Wi-Fi gratuit inclus
7. Forfait Premier Cable TV
8. Cafetière K-Cup
9. Unité familiale, lit enfant et poussette disponibles

13. La liste des restaurants locaux est longue! Demandez-moi des conseils lorsque votre voyage est proche
14. Il y a beaucoup d'attractions locales à quelques kilomètres du condo, beaucoup à moins de 10 minutes à pied

We have just returned from another visit and stay at one of Jason's condos. As always, the place was clean
and had all we need for our getaway. As always, he was helpful in everyway. We will be back soon.

Easy walk to the beach and pool!

This review will probably sound like the host wrote it because our stay was that good.
The property was beautiful furnished and equipped with everything (and I mean everything) you could need.
From pickle ball and tennis equipment to high quality beach chairs.
Even little details like a new dish sponge were not overlooked.
The unit is steps away from a nice park with a 1.25 mile walking / jogging trail and parkour course.
The beach is just beyond the park and has life guards during the day.
I was having trouble figuring out the TV remote and texted Jason.
He replied instantly and helped me straighten it out.
We did have trouble with the provided WiFi but, again, Jason to the rescue by providing an alternate network which worked flawlessly.
Great experience all around ane we will be back.

We stayed at the property for two weeks in March and it exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness, accommodations, location were great. We will be back next year for an extended time.

This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend. We were there for a baseball tournament and had everything we needed. Great, safe location! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Host was great at follow up and ensuring we were taken care of!

Loved the location - close to some great restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us and it had all the amenities that are needed for the week. Jason was very easy to communicate with and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this stay for your vacation in Jupiter.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home was clean, well equipped with everything you would need for indoor or outdoor activities. Jason could not have been more accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Argos Jason was extremely accommodating. We had to move out of a previous short-term rental home because of mold issues that were affecting our home. She opened up his home to us immediately so we could easily transition. The condo was super clean, so welcoming, we loved that he included little extras like snacks bottle of wine and some beer for us upon our arrival.
He was easy to get in touch with me a text and Kim right away when we noticed a light bulb was out to repair it. We felt at home there and the kids and I really enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and of course the beach down the street.
It was fully stocked with tennis rackets, balls and plenty of beach toys. Along with all the other great amenities.
I would highly recommend this condo Stay in Jupiter.

Jason provided for an easy and memorable rental experience. He proactively messaged me 1 week prior to arrival and check in information 24 hours prior to. Jason was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. After a long drive, we were pleasantly surprised with some adult beverages in the refrigerator and healthy snacks. There are many extra amenities and pretty much everything a renter could need. It was quite nice to have the condo cleaned 1/2 through our stay. The condo is newly remodeled, extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. Super comfy beds and pillows. Perfect set up if you need to work remotely. There a good size desk and dual monitors which was perfect while I worked remotely for the month of March. A very short walk (650 steps) to the beach and a must see sunrise (a great way to start your day). The location is a short walk to many great restaurants (Twisted Tuna is great), shops, grocery store and great running trails especially along the beach. Short drive to several nice golf courses and one that is walking distance from the condo.
I would absolutely rent Jupiter Paradise or another one of Jason's (juprent.com) properties

Heaven on Earth … Perfect Location To All Activities!
Jupiter Florida is “Heaven on Earth” and a wonderful respite from the bitter cold! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and our host Jason was very gracious and responsive if we needed anything. Lovely winter getaway
We had a really wonderful time at the Bella Vista condo with Jason as the host. The condo was in the perfect location for a fun beach getaway -- walk to the beach, the golf course, Carlin park exercise path, the tennis courts, the pool and even the grocery, wine and restaurants if you wanted! Jason was incredibly helpful and the place was stocked with anything you could want or need to have a great time, including beach and tennis gear and a nicely stoked kitchen for cooking meals at home. We could not have been happier!

Excellent overall. Clean, well kept, many amenities. Exactly as advertised. The host was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and stocked with linens, snacks, etc. The complex was quiet and had good security as well. Beach was a very short walk.

Great place to stay In Jupiter
Great location. It’s a gated community so you have to get a pass the first time you enter. Dedicated parking space. Clean and functional. Owner has a variety of beverages in the fridge if you get in late and can’t run out for libations. Big comfy couch and TV. Minutes from the beach and restaurants with a Publix supermarket just around the corner. Five minutes from a great breakfast at Lazy Loggerhead Cafe and greet dinner at Food Shack next to the Publix. If you didn’t pack enough beach gear, a great surf/outdoor store also next to Publix. Jason the owner responded to my texts almost immediately.

Great property. Well stocked kitchen. Great trail right behind condo to run or walk. Close to beach and shopping. Very comfortable beds. We loved it!

Clean and comfortable with lots of thought given to the needs of the guests. We had beach towels, chairs, coolers, ice packs, etc making our trips to the beach easy to plan for. Also after a super long travel day full of unexpected delays- it was nice that when we finally arrived we not only had an easy contactless check-in but that the unit came stocked with a few much needed snacks and beverages for our arrival. We loved getting up early to start our day with a run through Carlin Park (includes workout stations with pull-up bars etc) then along Juno beach; then spending the morning at the beach and afternoons at the pool. Lots of great restaurants and bars a short distance away. Zeke’s golf cart taxi was a great way to get to and from. Jason was extremely helpful and communicative when we needed him and knows the area really well. He offered some great recommendations during our stay. Overall a great location, awesome host and a place we felt at home at.
