Pour la paix et la tranquillité, Springfield House offre un beau jardin privé. Pourtant, est à seulement 3 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Victoria sur le pont Johnson Street, ou à 15 minutes à pied. Une autre suite est disponible si elle est réservée.
Springfield House est une gracieuse maison édouardienne de 1907 avec une touche contemporaine.
Une palette de couleurs calmes vous accueille dans cette demeure aérée.
Chaque chambre spacieuse contient un dressing. Tous les draps sont fournis, une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur est dans la suite. La cuisine contient tous vos éléments essentiels, y compris un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose pour votre projet de cuisine, veuillez me le demander et je suis sûr que je peux le fournir!
Mettez vos pieds et détendez-vous dans le salon avec une sélection de jeux, de livres ou d'une télévision connectée et d'un lecteur DVD. Une vue sur l'océan et les montagnes depuis la fenêtre du salon orientée ouest. Les couchers de soleil du soir prélassent les murs dans des teintes douces.
La chambre sud est adoucie par un grand noisetier avec des aperçus de la maison en briques voisine de 1890.
La chambre nord a l'intimité du cèdre donnant l'impression d'être dans la cime des arbres.

Beautiful century home in great walking location. Great character throughout the house with big rooms and all the comforts of home. Ianine was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

We had an amazing week staying here. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful and the property was perfect! Super location and easy to access. Everything you could need in a home was supplied (kitchen & cooking equipment etc). we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Myself, my wife, my parents and our 2 bulldogs loved it and hand ample space. Thanks again!

The property was just as described and in a perfect location for us. Ianine was a wonderful host. Very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed our conversations with her. Check in was easy. I highly recommend Ianine's property if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very comfortable, fully equipped home which is close to downtown. Lovely garden, full kitchen, TV and spacious living room. Definitely would come back here.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Janine's home is beautifully kept, full of character and quiet. My family enjoys walking so the location was perfect for us. It took us about twenty-five minutes by a scenic route to downtown Victoria to the sites and restaurants. The garden was a nice place to hang out and enjoy a meal as well. I highly recommend this place! Janine is a most welcoming host.

We arrived at Ianine's property with a small dog and 2 year old. Sounds stressful, right? Well, Ianine could NOT have been more accommodating and helpful. We discovered we needed a baby gate....no problem! There was one! Time after time, we had questions, and she had answers. It truly was like visiting a kind relative. Her suggestions for shopping, dining, and recreation were spot on.
Her apartment, above hers, is completely charming. It is well supplied with just about anything a visitor might need. The gardens were delightful for someone from the midwest to behold!
We wouldn't hesitate to stay again as Ianine's guests!

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. The listing was accurate. Although, the pictures don't do it justice. Ianine was very responsive and helpful. All the right features to make our stay comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect too. The kitchen was stocked with useful tools and equipment, we had everything we needed to cook! The beds were comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The location could not be better, we were easily able to walk to shops and the beach. Great place to stay... we will be back!

Great location, it's close to downtown, walking distance to resaurant/ pub, parks and coffee shop.
Definetly rent again next time we visit Victoria.

Fantastic. We loved our stay at Ianine’s. It is a beautiful home with an amazing garden and wonderful host. We had plenty of room (a unique room for our son :) and it was in a great location. Everything was very clean and it was well supplied with all that we needed. Would definitely come again

Ianine's place is beautiful and cozy! The garden both back and front are lovely. Our host went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be back.

We loved staying here. The apartment was really clean, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of space for either two couples, or a family with kids. It is really close to downtown, but in a unique area, that was fun to explore. Ianine was a fantastic host, and allowed us to have two dogs. She even left dog treats for them. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had the best vacation ever. Victoria is beautiful, and to have to stay close by was very convenient. This house was very clean, and homie. Ianine was very helpful . If we ever come back to Victoria we definitely will stay here again

We had a wonderful stay here exploring Victoria. It is close to downtown Victoria and many attractions. It was very clean and well stocked with small personal touches to make you feel right at home. It is very spacious compared to a hotel room and easily fit 4 adults and our small dog. Ianine was a gracious hostess and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We LOVED our time here...in fact we'd move in in a second! Ianine has decorated the home so beautifully and there are lovely little "extras" all over, to enjoy :-)

The property was nicely laid out, had a lot of space, had great amenities, and was very convenient. We also enjoyed the the yard. Ianine was very nice and extremely helpful. On our arrival, there was a welcome sign that was directed to our family. The house had everything that we would need and it was very convenient to downtown Victoria or any other location that we wanted to travel to. We would definitely stay there again.
