Took a family trip with four adults and two teenagers. We go to Bend every year and have stayed in many rentals. This rental had plenty of room for all of us to each have our own room and bed. Along with our three dogs. The dogs greatly appreciated the large fenced backyard. We had a great time hanging out back there playing corn hole. Great location for us, less than a 10 minute drive to the Old Mill District for some food and shopping. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to Benham Falls hiking area and the lava beds visitor center. The owner was very quick to respond to questions, and very accommodating to any of our special requests.

Very spacious, great division of space to share with a large group, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, huge yard & awesome hot tub. Definitely recommend!

This house is so neat. 4 levels which makes noise level really low, plenty of places to sleep and hang out. Great kitchen and living space for games, gathering etc. Really enjoyed this property. We will recommend and come again.

The house was very clean and modern. There was a space heater in every room and lots of extra blankets and pillows in each room! The game room was an absolute blast. The bunk room our kids just loved. Location was amazing, restaurants and a shopping center right across the street. We were only 30 mins from Bachelor. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach. This was a great experience from start to finish! Thank you so much!!

This house was such a perfect place to stay in Bend!

We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect for our group of 3 families. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was clean, plenty of parking and a good location in a quiet neighborhood. The host was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great property for our group! We went for my husbands 30th birthday and we loved the short drive downtown but we also loved the location and walking to the restaurants close by. The house was SO much cleaner then we expected as well. It was in a great neighborhood too! The stereos in every room were nice so we always had music! The pool table and darts were also a fun activity for everyone to play! The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly come back!

I shared this house with my extended family for my son’s wedding. It was a great location, space for everyone and fun activities. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was more dated and worn than we had expected from the pictures. I agree with other reviewers that the carpets could use a deep cleaning (this is true for most of the house, actually), but it wasn't anything that made us uncomfortable. I think the very reasonable price reflects the state of the home. It was very affordable for our family group of eleven. We never felt cramped and the yard is really nice. If we return next year, we'll remember to take sweatshirts. The house has four levels (each separated by half a flight of stairs, almost like two split level homes) and to keep the top floor at a comfortable temperature, the bottom floor gets chilly. We'll also remember to take extra bowls, spoons, and containers for left over food.

We had a blast using this house. An amazing back yard with lots of space for the kids to run around in. We forgot the corn hole set at home and were happy to see there was one in the yard when we arrived. The kids loved the pool table, darts and arcade game as well! Plenty of space for everyone- we didn’t even use the bunk bed room! The grocery store across the street made life easy with just a short walk. Would recommend!

House location is great and in a wonderful area. The house is a bit older and run down. Has a lot of DIY fixes and the dishwasher, dryers were not working properly. The carpet is very dirty and tore up (pets are ok at this location and you can definitely tell many have stayed). The house size is perfect though and it worked for what we needed it for, I need to contact the owner now that we are home to advise of the fixes that need to be done.

Nice, quiet location and plenty of room. Kitchen is beautiful, but it would have been appreciated if small items such as butter, sugar and more bowls were available. The Rae Dunn mugs are a nice touch. This house will not work for anyone in a wheelchair or unable to use stairs, as the bathrooms are either upstairs or downstairs. Curtains would have also been appreciated in the pool room and the main living room, as our daughter had to sleep on the couch and we had to use pillows on the 2nd night to block out the early sun. It appears the home is being updated, with the carpet hopefully being next. Overall, the home worked great for our large group!

Cannot recommend this spot enough for a big group. I was with a bachelor party of 8 and we're glad we went with this house. Even prior to check-in Tim communicated well with me. I had let him know some of us were coming in much earlier than the predetermined check-in time, but as soon as someone booked the for the day before us, Tim let me know so I could adjust plans with plenty of notice. He even recommended some good breweries to hangout and eat while we waited. Korri from housekeeping also communicated well day of and worked hard to get us in earlier than 4pm and her effort was greatly appreciated. The house was easy to find and the location right near a grocery was great for stocking up or running out to get something quick. The house is about 3 miles from the Old Mill District down one main road so that was very convenient for driving yourself or grabbing an Uber/Lyft. The house was quite clean upon arrival. Kitchen had plenty of plates, pots, utensils, etc so we could cook meals when we wanted. Some of the bedrooms were in parts of the house that did get cold as temperatures dropped, but the provided space heaters worked wonders to keep it comfortable at night. The backyard was also a good space. The hot tub was nice to have though we only went in it one time. There was also cornhole boards which we made great use of one afternoon. Very quiet neighborhood if looking for that type of stay. Would stay again if traveling to Bend with a larger group. Thanks!

What a great house and location! We really enjoyed staying at this house and sitting on the porch and in the yard. Our boys loved the game room with a pool table and arcade. It is a great house for families!

We traveled to Bend for a short spring ski trip with adult children. Half hour drive to Mt Bachelor was great 15 min downtown Bend however coffee grocery and Mexican restaurant less than 5 min walk. House is good sized for 8 adults didn’t feel crowded. Big game room with pool table darts and old arcade games. Communication was excellent which was nice as a few things didn’t go well. Cable not working had to miss Gonzaga game and hot tub not up to date with chemicals. Tim was quick to respond to both. Couple other small things master BR fan not working game room space heater not working and dishwasher did not get dishes clean. These things didn’t ruin our trip just an FYI We will be back

Great property to host multiple families and friends. We enjoyed all the amenities.

We loved being able to get to the mountain two ways was huge savings of time when there was traffic. Kids were thrilled with all the amenities (pool table, darts, arcade, hot tub). Was perfect after long days skiing to come home, cool a quick dinner and let the kids play. Thank you so much!!

We had four couples staying in the home (family and friends), and it worked out perfectly. Everyone was able to have their privacy yet have a place for us all to talk and visit. Big plus having a grocery store across the street for those things we forgot to bring.

The place was as described, hot tub worked great! Super clean and has everything we needed. We didn’t have any kids with us but loved that they had some toys and kids cups there if he had brought them. I will book this house again.

We will definitely look at other properties to have 2 families in one home instead of 3 other hotels rooms was wonderful . In the hot tub was nice for the adults later talk later
