Lake front walk-in condo, large deck with evening shade and awesome water view.
Professionnellement décoré, sans marches pour cette unité sans rendez-vous! Il y a 2 chambres et une salle de bain. La chambre principale a un lit queen size avec une belle vue sur le lac à travers la porte coulissante en verre qui mène à la terrasse extrêmement grande. Il y a une table à manger plus haute avec quatre tabourets de bar sur le pont, plus deux chaises et une table supplémentaires, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour s'asseoir et regarder toutes les activités du lac ou profiter de votre café du matin ou de votre boisson du soir. Une salle de bain magnifiquement rénovée avec une grande douche carrelée, un pommeau de douche à main, des portes en verre et une barre d'appui. Pas de baignoire à enjamber! La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux, un adorable thème de plage et une télévision à écran plat avec DVD intégré.
Toutes les chambres et le salon disposent d'une télévision HD. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle, une laveuse / sécheuse et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Il y a aussi une porte coulissante en verre dans le salon allant sur la même terrasse surdimensionnée que le curseur de la chambre principale, avec un ventilateur de plafond. Avec 2 grandes portes coulissantes en verre, vous pourrez voir la vue sur la vaste crique et le canal principal. Le condo est situé au 21 mile par l'eau.
Il y a des serviettes de bain, du linge de lit et à peu près tout ce dont vous aurez besoin dans la cuisine. Vous voudrez peut-être apporter vos serviettes de plage surdimensionnées pour la piscine. Il y a quelques jouets de piscine pour les enfants à utiliser à la piscine pendant que vous êtes ici.
Il est à quelques pas du restaurant et de la marina de Shorty Pants, avec des divertissements en direct certains week-ends pour votre plaisir! Le club de yacht de Red Head est à 5 min. conduisez depuis le condo et vous n'aurez pas à sortir sur les routes principales pour vous y rendre. Les deux ont une excellente cuisine et les deux ont été élus meilleurs au lac.
Nous avons le wifi gratuit dans le condo. Le complexe de condos a une grande piscine pour les propriétaires et les locataires seulement, encore une fois avec WiFi gratuit!

Fun with the family. With the holiday weekend it was busy but that was to be expected. My only complaint is the WiFi was not good at all which made it difficult to check in on work things.

Shelia's condo is very clean and all beds are comfortable easy entry pool very clean. Love the early check in at 1:00pm and Shelia call us at 12:30 to let us know the condo was ready how nice that was. All the girls want to come back next year.Shorty Pants was next door love hearing the music from the deck every night. Thank you Shelia for opening your home to us had a good time...

We loved this condo! Shelia does everything to make you feel welcome. The kitchen is stocked, so we didn’t even have to bring a toaster or any pots and pans. It was all there! She gave us plenty of towels and even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash available if you forgot it! LOVE the view from the balcony. You’re SO close to the water! Enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and getting to watch the boats go by. Enjoyed dinner right next door at Shorty Pants! You’re only 20 minutes from the strip as well. Thanks again, Sheila!

Condo was really nice and enjoyed being in walking distance of Shorty Pants. We checked in and were close enough to wait at our condo until our table was ready. Would stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Osage Beach. The condo is great, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boaters. Shortly Pants (restaurant next door) had live music one night and we were able to enjoy.

Checked in Fri. and left Mon. Once we parked the car on Fri., it NEVER moved till we headed for home. Condo had EVERYTHING we needed, and having Shorty Pants next door can't be beat!! We WILL be back!!!

The location at Three Seasons is perfect to watch the boats from the spacious deck, enjoy the sunshine, read, and relax. It’s walking distance to Shorty Pants and a short drive to Red Heads. Sheila makes check in seamless and she communicates with greetings and follow up after the stay. A gracious hostess!

Very cute little condo. Was able to talk to the host before hand to make sure we had what we needed. Asked about a crockpot which they didn’t have and now she’s adding it to the listing. Exactly what you want in a host someone who’s willing to help. They have a cute little guest book that has so many ideas of what to do on your trip if you don’t know the ozarks well. So close to fin pool bars and right next door to a great restaurant. We will definitely be back!!

What an amazing condo and equally amazing location. We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was immaculate and beautifully remodeled and accommodating. The fact that Shorty Pants was right next door was such an added bonus. You could hear all the live entertainment from the balcony. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

The condo was a perfect fit for my family. Very modern decor, with conviences like a full size dishwasher and a Keurig for morning cups of coffee. There was plenty of seating on the balcony and WiFi made ecenings and rainy days entertaining. Sheila is awesome and has great communication with guest's. She will be my go to renter from here on out!

My family and I always enjoy going to the LOZ and staying at 3 Seasons. This was our first time in this condo and it was wonderful. I think this condo has one of the best views of the lake from the deck. The condo had everything that we needed and was perfect for a family of 5. Sheila was very helpful and responsive to my questions. It was so nice to be able park and unload right in front of the building and not worry about any stairs. Easy walk to Shorty Pants for dinner or a drink, or walk down to the marina for some essentials if needed. The pool was fabulous and fairly quiet. I would definitely stay here again :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sheila's wonderful condo on the lake! The view and deck are absolutely spectacular!! Sheila is so very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. She also was so kind to offer suggestions of local boat rentals. The condo was very clean and we loved the decor! I can promise you we will be back! OH, and the fact that Shorty Pants is right next door, walking distance, with great food and live entertainment that you can hear from the deck was awesome! The pool was great too! Loved the 2 bedrooms especially since our son is a teenager now and loves his privacy. Thanks Sheila!! We will be back! :)

Every summer for years I have brought my family to Sheila's condo. And every summer it does not disappoint! Everything we could possibly need is inside. Kitchen is fully stocked. Towels, linens, etc. Always easily available. The condo is always clean and well cared for. The location is great and the water views are breathtaking. Sheila is a fantastic owner who is always reachable by phone. I will continue to visit her condo every summer!!!

This condo checked all the boxes! We really enjoyed the giant balcony and the fact that it was a corner unit! The view was so beautiful and there’s plenty of seating to choose from. Everything was clean and cozy! This condo was located close to a few restaurants! We spend most of our time either at the pool at High Tide or fishing off the dock at the condo. Shorty pants is a short walk away where we had a delicious dinner!

Sheila is the best. So great with communication. The condo is great! No stairs to access which was a big plus. View from deck was amazing and really enjoyed hearing the music from Shorty Pants and watching the boat traffic. Our favorite place in Osage Beach!

Great location. Host was very responsive. Deck faces east so it was so relaxing to sit on the deck in the evening and watch all the boats and have a few drinks and also listen to the live music from Shorty Pants restaurant. We will definitely be back!

We had three requirements for a rental: No stairs, walk-in shower, queen/king bed. This property met all three. Very nicely decorated with a large deck and great view. Walking distance from a fun restaurant (Shorty Pants). Fully equipped. A responsive owner who was available and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Was really pleased with condition and cleanliness of the condo, worked great having no stairs to get into with our son in his wheelchair. Sheila was great to work with and talked several times leading up to our stay making sure any questions was answered. Will defiantly recommend for anyone and we will stay there again.

What a beautiful condo this is! I spent the majority of my stay on the oversized balcony. Being directly on the water, I enjoyed watching the boats go by and listening to live music at bar next door! The bed was very comfortable, I slept well each night! Was nice not having to access condo using stairs at all! Sheila was a delight to visit with and very accommodating during check-in! I only have one negative thing to say about my stay, and that is I didn't stay long enough! I will definitely come back!
